Enhanced vehicle operation
A computer includes a processor and a memory, the memory storing instructions executable by the processor to receive first input to sanitize a vehicle passenger cabin via a passenger cabin heater, output one or more candidate initiation times at which to begin actuation of the heater, and, then, actuate the heater to a temperature above a specified sanitization threshold according to the initiation time identified in a second input.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, PROGRAM, AND VEHICLE
An information processing device that controls a vehicle including a plurality of heating devices. The information processing device executes acquiring an air conditioning request transmitted from a user terminal, and selecting a heating device to be operated, among the heating devices in which an operation is specified by the air conditioning request, based on a remaining battery amount of the vehicle.
INSPECTION SYSTEM
An inspection system includes a thermal camera and an inspection processor. The thermal camera is mountable on a vehicle and configured to perform imaging of a heat transfer part of heating and cooling equipment mounted on the vehicle. The inspection processor is configured to execute, after causing the heating and cooling equipment to start operation, operation check inspection of determining whether the heating and cooling equipment normally operates on the basis of an image of the heat transfer part obtained by the imaging by the thermal camera, and to, in executing the operation check inspection, perform a modification process of modifying an imaging state of the thermal camera to enable the heat transfer part to be imaged by the thermal camera.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING OBJECTS LEFT BEHIND BY USING HEATED RESISTIVE FILAMENT IN A VEHICLE
A system and a method for determining an object has been on a vehicle seat of a vehicle are provided. The processing circuitry may determine if passengers of the vehicle have left the vehicle. The processing circuitry may determine if a temperature of a vehicle cabin of the vehicle meets a threshold of temperature. The temperature of the vehicle cabin to a first temperature may be adjusted. A temperature of resistive filaments of the vehicle seat of the vehicle to a second temperature may be adjusted. A thermal image of the vehicle seat with a reference thermal image of the vehicle seat may be compared. The processing circuitry may determine if the object has been left on the vehicle seat.
HEATER FOR HEATING A HEAT TRANSFER MEDIUM, ESPECIALLY IN A VEHICLE
A heater (10) for heating a heat transfer medium, especially in a vehicle, with at least one heating element (14) built up with PTC material with a plurality of heat transfer medium flow ducts (30) passing through the heating element (14).
Vehicle-mounted gas water heater
Disclosed is a vehicle-mounted gas water heater, wherein the water flow pipe comprises a water inflow section, a first heating section, a second heating section and a water outflow section, wherein the water inflow section is shortened, wherein the water inflow section is shortened, a heating section is rapidly heated directly by the combustion heating device, and the second heating section is heated by winding on the heat exchanger, so that, formation of condensed water at the water inflow section is reduced due to reduction of surface area, condensed water formed on the surface of the first heating section is rapidly evaporated, and it is difficult for condensed water to form on the surfaces of the second heating section and the outflow section.
Vehicle heating device
A vehicle heating device includes a heat storage material, a heat recovery unit, a footrest, and a heat controller. The vehicle heating device heats an occupant with heat stored in the heat storage material. The heat recovery unit recovers thermal energy from at least one of a heat source generated by a vehicle or a natural heat source from outside of the vehicle. The heat storage material stores the recovered thermal energy. The footrest is provided at a front portion of a vehicle seat disposed in a vehicle cabin, and has the heat storage material packed inside a heat insulating material. The heat controller heats the footrest by radiating the heat stored in the heat storage material at a predetermined timing with respect to the occupant to be on the vehicle.
METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THE TEMPERATURE OF A HEATING SURFACE OF A HEATING PANEL AND CORRESPONDING CONTROL DEVICE
A method (7) for controlling the temperature of a heating surface (5) of a heating panel (1) suitable for being installed inside a passenger compartment of a vehicle, for example a motor vehicle, this surface (5) being likely to be touched by a passenger in said passenger compartment, the method (7) involving controlling the temperature of said heating surface (5) as a function of at least one item of data representative of the profile of a passenger accommodated in the passenger compartment and/or at least one item of data representative of the heating surface (5) of the heating panel (1). The invention also relates to a corresponding control device (15).
Vehicle air conditioning device
There is provided a vehicle air conditioning device of a heat pump system which improves comfortability when changing to heating only by an auxiliary heating device. The device includes a heating medium circulating circuit 23 to heat air to be supplied from an air flow passage 3 to a vehicle interior, and when shifting to the heating of the vehicle interior only by the heating medium circulating circuit 23 in a heating mode, a controller executes a shifting control to increase a heating capability of the heating medium circulating circuit 23 prior to stopping a compressor 2 and decrease a heating capability of a radiator 4 in accordance with the increase of the heating capability of the heating medium circulating circuit 23.
AUTOMATIC CONTROL OF HEATING AND COOLING OF A VEHICLE SEATING ASSEMBLY PURSUANT TO PREDICTIVE MODELING THAT RECALIBRATES BASED ON OCCUPANT MANUAL CONTROL
A method of controlling a temperature altering element within a seating assembly of a vehicle comprising: presenting a vehicle including a seating assembly including a temperature altering element, a controller in communication with the temperature altering element, the controller including a Pre-established Predictive Activation Model setting forth rules governing the activation of the temperature altering element as a function of data relating to Certain Identifiable Conditions, and a user interface configured to allow the temperature altering element to be manually activated or deactivated; occupying the seating assembly with a first occupant; collecting data relating to the Certain Identifiable Conditions while the first occupant is occupying the seating assembly; determining, by comparing the collected data to the rules of the Pre-established Predictive Activation Model, whether the collected data satisfies the rules of the Pre-established Predictive Activation Model so as to activate the temperature altering element; and activating the temperature altering element.
