VEHICLE-MOUNTED TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER
A vehicle-mounted temperature controller includes a low temperature circuit and a refrigeration circuit. The low temperature circuit has a heat generating equipment heat exchanger exchanging heat with heat generating equipment, a radiator, a first heat exchanger, and a three-way valve. The refrigeration circuit has a second heat exchanger discharging heat from the refrigerant to a high temperature circuit to make the refrigerant condense, and the first heat exchanger making the refrigerant absorb heat from the cooling water to make the refrigerant evaporate. The low temperature circuit includes a first partial circuit through which the cooling water flows through the radiator and the first heat exchanger, and a second partial circuit through which the cooling water flows through the heat generating equipment heat exchanger without passing through the radiator and the first heat exchanger. The cooling water circulates simultaneously and separately at these first partial circuit and second partial circuit.
VEHICULAR AIR CONDITIONING DEVICE
A heating temperature is appropriately estimated according to an operation mode to achieve comfortable vehicle interior air conditioning. A vehicular air conditioning device 1 includes a compressor 2, an air flow passage 3, a radiator 4 for heating air to be supplied to a vehicle interior, a heat absorber 9 for cooling the air to be supplied to the vehicle interior, and a heat pump controller. The heat pump controller calculates a heating temperature TH being the temperature of air on a leeward side of the radiator and use the heating temperature in control, and calculates the heating temperature TH using an estimation formula which differs depending on the operation mode.
Method for operating an air-conditioning system for a vehicle
The invention relates to a method for operating a climate-control system (12) for a vehicle (10). According to the invention, total energy efficiencies are determined for a group of operating strategies for the air-conditioning system (12) and an operating strategy with the greatest total efficiency that fulfills the heating output requirement (44) that has been determined, is selected.
METHOD FOR THE START-UP OF AN AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM, COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM, AND AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM
The commissioning of an air conditioning system requires a series of manual steps, which leads to inefficient commissioning. A method is therefore provided for commissioning an air conditioning system of a vehicle, including the following: a) Reading in a target data record indicating a target vehicle state; b) Recording an actual data record indicating an actual vehicle state by measuring at least one signal and/or communicating with at least one vehicle component; c) Comparing the actual vehicle state with a target vehicle state; d) Activating at least one function of the air conditioning system only if the actual vehicle state corresponds to the target vehicle state.
HEAT FLOW MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A HEAT FLOW MANAGEMENT DEVICE
Heat flow management device for motor vehicles has a refrigerant circulation, a power train coolant circulation and a heating line heat carrier circulation. The refrigerant circulation includes a compressor, an indirect condenser, an expansion element, an ambient heat exchanger, an evaporator and a chiller. The power train coolant circulation includes a coolant pump, the chiller, an electric motor heat exchanger and a power train coolant radiator, wherein the heating line heat carrier circulation comprises a coolant pump, the indirect condenser and a heating heat exchanger, wherein the refrigerant circulation and the power train coolant circulation are directly thermally coupled with one another across the chiller. Refrigerant circulation and heating line heat carrier circulation are directly thermally coupled with one another across the indirect condenser. Power train coolant circulation and the heating line heat carrier circulation are only indirectly thermally coupled with one another across the refrigerant circulation.
System and method of controlling air conditioning system for vehicle
A method of controlling an air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided. The method includes detecting a cooling mode while the vehicle is being driven and comparing a vent discharge temperature of air with a cooling target temperature set by a user. When the vent discharge temperature is greater than the cooling target temperature the compressor RPM is determined and air is introduced into the vehicle without passing through the interior heat exchanger and the electric heater. When the vent discharge temperature is less than the cooling target temperature, the compressor RPM is determined and a door in the system is opened to guide the air through the interior heat exchanger to heat the air is heated and then the vent discharge temperature is compared with the cooling target temperature again, and the electric heater is operated.
