Car Roof Automatic HVAC Apparatus
A car roof automatic HVAC apparatus disposed within a roof of an automobile to maintain a more comfortable temperature inside of the automobile for a driver to return to, and to act as a safety mechanism to prevent a child or pet left inside the automobile from dying of excessive heat or cold. A plurality of vents has a plurality of fans disposed within, and a heater allows the fans to blow hot air when needed. A first CPU, the heater, a light, the plurality of vents, and the plurality of fans are powered by a rechargeable battery or an alternate power source. A remote control can be used to operate the car roof automatic HVAC apparatus. An automobile interface unit disposed within the automobile can detect when the vehicle has been turned off for a programmed amount of time to automatically begin ventilation or heating.
Vehicle headliner assembly for zonal comfort
According to some embodiments, a zonal conditioning system for a vehicle comprises a headliner assembly configured to be secured to the top surface of a vehicle interior, wherein the headliner assembly comprises a first side positioned away from the vehicle interior and hidden from the vehicle interior, and a second side positioned toward the vehicle interior, the headliner assembly comprising at least two vents through which air selectively passes. The zonal conditioning system further includes at least two fluid modules positioned along the first side of the headliner assembly, wherein each of the fluid modules comprises a fluid transfer device and an outlet. In some embodiments, at least one property of the air discharged through the first and second vents can be selectively regulated to create separate conditioning zones within the interior of the vehicle.
Skylight vent cover
The skylight vent cover is installed immediately beneath the existing skylight in the ceiling of a structure, e.g., motorhomes, cabin boats, etc. The vent cover includes one or more opaque panels that are spaced away from the overlying structure to substantially block light passage while allowing airflow between the panel(s) and overlying structure. Some embodiments have a single planar or non-planar panel. Other embodiments have a plurality of tiered panels. The upper surface(s) of the panel(s) can have a reflective coating thereon to reflect light and heat from the skylight and vent. Various attachments can be provided, e.g., mating hook and loop material, magnets, hinge and latch, etc. In all embodiments, the panel is spaced away from the overlying ceiling structure, and in the case of multiple panel embodiments, the panels are spaced apart from one another to provide good ventilation and airflow therebetween.
ROOF ASSEMBLY FOR A CABIN OF AGRICULTURAL MACHINE HAVING AN AIR INLET SHIELD
A roof assembly for a vehicle cabin, particularly for the cabin of an agricultural machine, comprising a housing of plastic material and an air conditioning unit housed within the housing, and at least one air inlet fluidically connected to the air conditioning unit and arranged at a periphery of the housing, and a filter arranged downstream of the air inlet. An air inlet shield is arranged at the air inlet, said air inlet shield being mounted to the periphery of the housing and sealingly mounted to the air inlet, the air inlet shield comprising a pair of shaped plates of plastic material, peripherally welded to each other, between which a chamber fluidically communicating with the filter and with the outside of the roof assembly is defined.
Vehicle roof fan
A vehicle roof fan for providing air conditioning to a user of a vehicle. The vehicle roof fan may include a plurality of individually controlled fans. The apparatus includes power management features to limit the power consumption, such as a user presence detector and/or battery threshold monitoring. The plurality of fans may be associated with one or more optical sensors that each control the operation of one or more of the fans based upon the presence of a user. The air conditioning apparatus may also include heating and/or cooling components to modify the air temperature from the apparatus.
Work vehicle with accommodation for air conditioner in rear beam of cabin frame
A work vehicle includes a cabin to cover an operator's seat on a traveling body. A cabin frame that constitutes a framework of the cabin includes a pair of left and right front pillars, a pair of left and right rear pillars, a front beam, a rear beam, and side beams. The front beam couples upper end portions of the front pillars to each other. The rear beam couples upper end portions of the rear pillars to each other. Each of the side beams couples to each other upper end portions of each of the front pillars and each of the rear pillars that stand at a front and rear. The rear beam is formed to have a U-shaped cross-section by presswork of a metal plate material.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PERSONALIZED THERMAL COMFORT IN A VEHICLE PASSENGER CABIN
A personalized thermal comfort system includes an air registration system, configured to establish discrete air curtains around individual seats in a vehicle passenger cabin, and an HVAC system. The HVAC system functions to condition air flowing in the discrete air curtains. The HVAC system includes a controller configured to allow a seat occupant to individually control the conditioning of air in the air curtain associated with the occupied seat. A related method is also disclosed.
Vehicle air conditioning unit
A vehicle air conditioning unit is obtained that is capable of deflecting a blowing direction of an airflow blowing out from a blower outlet formed along a flow path. A movable shaft that supports a length direction other end portion of a guiding member is configured to be movable along the airflow flow direction. As a result, by turning movement of a lever, the movable shaft is slid, through a guide groove, along a vehicle width direction. The distance between the movable shaft and a fixed shaft thereby changes, changing the curvature of a front face of the guiding member, and enabling the airflow blowing out from a main flow blower outlet to be deflected along the vehicle width direction. Namely, the airflow blowing out from the main flow blower outlet is capable of being deflected toward the vehicle front-rear direction rear side, and toward the vehicle width direction.
Auxiliary air distribution system for use in a vehicle
An air distribution system for the distribution of air to a rear portion of a vehicle includes a housing extending between a first and second end. The housing defines a plurality of first direct air outlets disposed adjacent the first end, a plurality of second direct air outlets disposed adjacent the second end, and a plurality of indirect air outlets disposed between the first and second direct air outlets. An airflow control assembly is configured to interchange airflow of the air distribution system between a first mode in which airflow is open through the direct air outlets but blocked from the indirect air outlets for guiding air directly to occupants situated in the rear portion of the vehicle and a second mode in which airflow is restricted through the direct air outlets and open through the indirect air outlets to create a bloom of air over the rear vehicle occupants.
VENT SHADE ASSEMBLY
A vent shade assembly for a recreational vehicle ceiling vent comprises a vent shade outer frame having an inner flange, a vent shade inner frame having an inner flange, and a pair of side walls disposed between the inner flange of each of the outer and inner frame to form a slot. A movable pleated shade element disposed within the slot is operable between a closed position and a plurality of positions there between. A first and a second shade string is disposed at least partially alongside and parallel to a first and second of the pair of side walls, respectively, and proximate a first and a second side edge of the movable pleated shade element, respectively. A portion of the inner flange of the vent shade outer frame supports the first and second side edge of the movable pleated shade element.
