Venting valve
A venting valve for venting the interior of a vehicle includes a housing having at least one passage opening, and at least one venting flap which is mounted on the housing by a pivot mounting so as to be pivotable between a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, the at least one venting flap closes off the at least one passage opening and, in the open position, opens up the at least one passage opening for an air stream from the interior of the vehicle to the outside. The pivot mounting is arranged on an inner side of the housing, which inner side, in the assembled or installed state, faces the interior of the vehicle.
Pressure relief vent assembly
A pressure relief vent assembly that defines a plurality of enlarged water collection pockets and a plurality of water passage recesses that enable water to move between the water collection pockets and to be more evenly distributed relative to and in the respective water collection pockets, and thus is configured to inhibit water from entering an enclosed area through the pressure relief vent assembly.
Cover for a pressure-limiting valve arrangement of a vehicle, pressure-limiting valve arrangement, and method for producing a cover for a pressure-limiting valve arrangement
A cover (1) for a pressure-limiting valve arrangement of a vehicle, wherein the cover (1) has at least one side wall (2a, 2b, 2c), preferably at least two side walls, and has a wall region (3) serving as a lid region of the cover (1), wherein the cover (1) is transferable from a state of manufacture into a state of use, wherein, in the state of manufacture, the at least one side wall (2a, 2b, 2c) and the wall region (3) serving as a lid region are situated at least substantially and/or at least regionally in a common plane, and wherein, in the state of use, the at least one side wall (2a, 2b, 2c) and the wall region (3) serving as a lid region are situated in mutually different planes.
VENT DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE CAB
A vent device for passage of an air flow from inside of a vehicle cab to the outside, the vent device comprising a main body having an inlet side, an outlet side and one or more air passages; an outer protection plate connected to the main body, wherein air flowing from the main body is directed to the outside via the outer protection plate, the vent device further comprising one or more main flaps, where each main flap is associated with a corresponding air passage, wherein each main flap is arranged to be moveable between a closed position and an open position wherein each main flap is configured to move from the closed position to the open position when the air pressure inside the cab is higher than outside the cab.
Waste exhaust ventilation door automatic control device and vehicle body having the same
A waste exhaust ventilation door automatic control device comprises a core body (8), an inner door body (2) and an outer door body (1); wherein the core body is fixed on a ventilation opening of the waste exhaust ventilation door, a top of the outer door body is movably hinged on an outer side of the core body, and a bottom of the inner door body is movably hinged on an inner side of the core body; when there is no pressure fluctuation outside the core body, the outer door body and inner door body will open, and when there is pressure fluctuation outside the core body, the outer door body and/or the inner door body will be closed automatically due to a pressure difference between inside and outside the core body. A vehicle body comprising the waste exhaust ventilation door automatic control device is also provided.
Flap-cushioning pressure relief assembly
A pressure relief assembly includes a housing defining an air passage chamber having at least one airflow opening. A flap is secured within the air passage chamber. The flap is configured to move into an open position to expose the airflow opening(s) to relieve air pressure. A cushion is secured to the housing underneath the flap. The cushion is configured to cushion motion of the flap. A first attachment securely couples the flap to the housing. A second attachment securely couples the cushion to the housing. The first attachment is separate and distinct from the second attachment.
Finger tab interface for vehicle pressure relief valve incorporated into a ventilation module for providing slow closing/opening of valve under low pressures resulting from a door slam event
A ventilation module for a vehicle having a housing including a flap hingedly secured along an inner edge to the housing to extend across its open interior. The flap includes side edges and an interconnecting outer edge which contact, in a closed flap condition, support locations configured along the housing to define its open interior. One or more fingers extend from at least one of the side and outer edges of the flap so that the fingers abut standoff locations of the housing located in proximity to the support locations. Upon a sufficient positive air pressure condition created within the passenger compartment which overcomes a holding force exerted by the fingers against said stand-offs, the flap is allowed to open in a controlled fashion to vent to the exterior the excess air pressure, until reclosing upon achieving an air equilibrium condition.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE
The electric vehicle according to the present disclosure calculates motor torque using an MT vehicle model simulating an MT vehicle having a manual transmission and an internal combustion engine. In the first operation mode, an operation amount of a pseudo-clutch pedal and a shift position of a pseudo-gearshift are input to the MT vehicle model to reflect operation of the pseudo-clutch pedal and operation of the pseudo-gearshift in electric motor control. In the second operation mode where the operation of the pseudo-clutch pedal is not needed, an operation amount of a clutch pedal calculated by a driver model is input to the MT vehicle model instead of the operation amount of the pseudo-clutch pedal.
EXHAUSTER ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE
A mounting assembly for a silencer of an exhauster assembly includes a mounting plate. The mounting plate has an opening configured to receive an exhauster of the exhauster assembly while the exhauster is coupled to a structure of a vehicle at least partially separately from the mounting plate. In addition, the mounting plate has a first side configured to face the structure of the vehicle and a second side configured to face the silencer. The mounting assembly also includes at least one exhauster mounting feature configured to couple the mounting plate to the exhauster. Furthermore, the mounting assembly includes a silencer mounting feature configured to couple the silencer to the mounting plate.
Impact-absorbing pressure relief assembly having cover
A pressure relief assembly includes a pressure relief device including a housing that defines at least one air passage chamber, and at least one flap secured within the air passage chamber(s). The pressure relief device is configured to securely couple to a component. A cover is secured to the pressure relief device. At least one impact-absorbing bumper is disposed between the pressure relief device and the cover. The impact-absorbing bumper(s) is configured to dampen impact energy and undesirable noise.
