Sports car provided with a conditioning system
A sports car provided with a conditioning system comprising a conditioning device for treating environmental air, an internal channel for delivering conditioned air generated by said conditioning device throughout a vehicle cockpit, wherein said conditioning device is arranged at the rear of said vehicle cockpit.
ON-VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER
An on-vehicle air conditioner includes a suction port disposed on a ceiling of a vehicle cabin to suction air within the vehicle cabin, a door discharge port disposed at an upper end of a door opening portion located on a wall face of the vehicle to discharge air downward, and an upper duct configured to guide to the door discharge port the air suctioned by the suction port.
DEBRIS SHIELD FOR AN AIR CONDITIONER UNIT
A recreational vehicle air conditioner includes an indoor cover defining an indoor air plenum, an outdoor air plenum, and a shaft aperture. An indoor fan is positioned within the indoor air plenum, a drive motor is positioned in the outdoor air plenum, and the indoor fan and the drive motor are coupled by a drive shaft that passes through the shaft aperture. A debris shield, such as an annular rubber washer, is positioned around the drive shaft within the outdoor air plenum for blocking debris from passing through the shaft aperture.
Agricultural vehicle cab fitted with an HVAC system
A cab of an agricultural vehicle has having a seat for an operator and a console unit arranged forward of the seat for housing an instrument display. The cab is fitted with an HVAC system comprising a heat exchanger unit located within the console unit and a blower located on the floor of the cab beneath or adjacent the seat and serving to blow air by way of a floor-level duct to the heat exchanger unit.
Roof fan assembly
Present embodiments provide a roof fan assembly with numerous improvements. The roof fan assembly includes a cover which allows for a fan shroud to be opened. The structure includes a base clamp which connects to the roof of an RV. The base clamp includes a fan and motor which push or pull air out from the RV or into the RV. The base clamp includes a worm gear assembly which includes a worm gear structure to open and close the shroud. The arm may include a sleeve which moves relative to the arm and connects to the shroud at the opposite end. The base clamp includes mounts for connecting the base clamp to the roof as well as allowing for connection of the cover to the fan assembly as a whole. Still further, the structure provides integrated hinges in the base clamp to allow connection of the shroud to the base clamp for pivotal movement.
Detecting residual host cell proteins in recombinant protein preparations
This application provides a method of using aptamers to determine the presence of HCP's in a recombinant protein preparation, and provides methods of preparing a plurality of aptamers for use in the method of detecting a plurality of HCP's in a recombinant protein preparation. In accordance with the description, a method of determining the presence or absence of a plurality of HCP's in a recombinant protein preparation comprises: providing a recombinant protein preparation; providing a final pool of aptamers; combining the recombinant protein preparation with the final pool of aptamers; and determining the presence or absence of a plurality of HCP's.
Sports car cockpit
Sports car including a cockpit equipped with a windscreen that delimits the cockpit, the windscreen being supported by a peripheral frame made of high-resistance material including an upper crossbeam at the top, a lower crossbeam at the bottom and a pair of side uprights connecting said upper and lower crossbeams, the windscreen including a front central upright arranged between said front side uprights to connect said upper and lower crossbeams.
Roof vent
A roof vent includes a roof disposed on a vehicle and a vent assembly. The vent assembly has at least one vent unit disposed on the roof and configured to enter the roof, a driving unit driving the vent unit, and at least one rack unit applying the driving force of the driving unit to the vent unit. The vent unit enters the roof due to operation of the driving unit.
RAM AIR VENT FOR A VEHICLE
A ram air vent for a vehicle has a base defining a base aperture therein; a hood connected to the base over the base aperture, the hood and base defining a forwardly facing air inlet therebetween, the hood and the base defining an air passage extending from the air inlet to the base aperture; a baffle disposed in the air passage for deflecting air flowing in the air passage from the air inlet for separating water from air flowing in the air passage, the baffle facing the air inlet; and at least one water passage defined in at least one of the base or the hood. The at least one water passage exits a rear side of the ram air vent. The at least one water passage drains water separated from air flowing in the air passage from the ram air vent.
AIR VENT
An air vent for a vehicle or vehicle canopy includes an external and an internal duct. The external duct has an inlet and an outlet. The height of the outlet is less than that of the inlet. The inlet and the outlet are arranged such that, in use, an uppermost point of the inlet is located above an uppermost point of the outlet. The internal duct is in fluid communication with the external duct via one or more openings arranged in the internal duct or at a junction between the internal duct and the external duct. The internal duct is configured to be in fluid communication with an interior of the vehicle via a slot defined by the vehicle. The or each opening is arranged such that, in use, the uppermost point of the outlet of the external duct is located below a lowermost point of the or each opening.
