WATER SEPARATING AIR INDUCTION SYSTEM
A hood air intake and water separation system includes a first separation chamber having a first inlet fluidly coupled to a hood intake vent of the vehicle, a first outlet, and at least one first drain opening. The first separation chamber is configured to separate water and air ingested through the intake and direct the separated water through the at least one first drain opening and direct the separated air through the first outlet. A second separation chamber includes a second inlet fluidly coupled to the first separation chamber first outlet, a second outlet, and at least one second drain opening. A third chamber includes a third inlet fluidly coupled to the second separation chamber second outlet, and a third outlet. The first and second separation chambers are configured to direct ingested water away from an airpath to the engine.
VEHICLE FRONT STRUCTURE
A vehicle front structure includes a dash upper panel and a grille top face portion having outside air introduction holes taking in outside air. The vehicle front structure includes a cover member covering an engine from a vehicle upper side and having a top plate rear portion opposed to the grille top face portion on a vehicle lower side throughout a predetermined range, including the outside air introduction holes, in a vehicle width direction, and a grille front face portion disposed from the grille top face portion to the top plate rear portion on a vehicle front side of the outside air introduction holes. The top plate rear portion has a shape having inclined surfaces extending from a vehicle lower side of the outside air introduction holes in the vehicle width direction, the inclined surfaces being gradually inclined to the vehicle lower side toward vehicle-width-direction outer sides.
WINDSHIELD PLENUM ASSEMBLY WITH INTEGRATED VENTILATION PORT
A plenum assembly for a vehicle includes a plenum body, a plenum grid coupled to the plenum body, the plenum grid including a grid surface having a plurality of grid openings and a separation member extending from the grid surface toward the plenum body, and a vent port including a side surface extending from the plenum body and a domed surface formed integrally with the side surface, the vent port including an edge defining a vent port opening in the side surface such that a flow of air passes through the vent port and through the plurality of grid openings in the grid surface.

Multiple inlet filtration system
An apparatus and a method are provided for a multiple inlet air box to communicate an airstream through an air filter to an air intake duct of an internal combustion engine of a vehicle. The multiple inlet air box is comprised of a housing that supports the air filter within an interior of the housing. A mount portion within the housing fixedly receives a base of the air filter. Multiple air inlets couple with corresponding air inlet ports of the vehicle to direct the airstream into the multiple inlet air box. A duct directs the airstream from the multiple air inlets to the interior of the housing. A conduit communicates the airstream from an interior of the air filter to the air intake duct of the internal combustion engine.

VEHICLE HVAC SYSTEM WITH MODULAR DOOR DESIGN
A modular door kit for a vehicle HVAC system includes first, second, and third subcomponents. The first subcomponent defines a receptacle and is configured to be standardized for first and second door configurations. The second subcomponent has a first protrusion and is configured to be standardized for the first door configuration but not the second door configuration. The first protrusion is configured to engage the receptacle to rigidly affix the position of the second subcomponent relative to the first subcomponent to form the first door configuration. The third subcomponent has a second protrusion and is configured to be standardized for the second door configuration but not the first door configuration. The second protrusion is configured to engage the receptacle to rigidly affix the position of the third subcomponent relative to the first subcomponent to form the second door configuration.
