System and method for controlling compressor of cold-start vehicle
A system for controlling a compressor may include an engine controller that controls a fuel injection amount corresponding to an engine load and an opening amount of a throttle by reflecting a required torque required for an air conditioner (A/C), an operation information detector for detecting operation information according to driving state of the vehicle, a compressor that generates pressure during operation of the A/C, an air conditioner relay which is turned on when the air conditioner operates and is turned off when the A/C is stopped, and a controller which determines an engine negative pressure of an intake manifold, and when the cooling water temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature and the intake manifold pressure is lower than the first threshold value, a cold-start intake manifold negative pressure insufficient event is generated to reduce the A/C duty in accordance with the entry into a negative pressure recovery mode.
On-vehicle motor-driven compressor
A common-mode choke coil includes a loop-shaped core, a cover made of a conductor covering at least part of the core, a first winding wound around an outer surface of the cover, and a second winding wound around the outer surface of the cover. The cover includes a first region around which the first winding is wound, a second region around which the second winding is wound, and two connection regions that connect the first region and the second region to each other in a circumferential direction. The cover has first and second slits in an inner circumferential surface. The first slit extends such that the first region is non-continuous with respect to a winding direction of the first winding. The second slit extends such that the second region is non-continuous with respect to a winding direction of the second winding.
VAPOR INJECTION HEAT PUMP AND CONTROL METHOD
A refrigerant loop of a vapor injection heat pump includes a compressor, first and second expansion valves, and first and second separator valves. The separator valves allow an entire refrigerant flow to pass therethrough or operate to separate vapor and liquid components of expanded refrigerant and inject the vapor component into a suction port of the compressor. Vapor injection occurs in both heating and cooling modes of operation and may depend upon an ambient condition (e.g., high or low ambient temperatures). An accumulator receives an output refrigerant of the heat exchangers dependent upon the mode and directs a vapor component into another suction port of the compressor. A control module controls at least the first and second expansion valves and first and second separator valves dependent upon the mode of operation which include, among others, heating, cooling, and dehumidification and re-heating.

Assembly workability of an electric compressor to which an inverter circuit section and a filter circuit section are attached is improved. The inverter circuit section (3) includes an inverter control board (17), a sleeve assembly (18), and a power module (14). The inverter control board, the sleeve assembly, and the power module are integrated. The filter circuit section (4) includes a filter circuit board (66) and a support member (67). The filter circuit board (66) and the support member (67) are integrated. The inverter circuit section and the filter circuit section are structured to be capable of being stored each individually within an inverter storing section (8) from the same direction and detachably attached to the housing (2).

An electronic control valve for an HVAC system of a vehicle may include, in the electronic control valve configured to control the angle of a swash plate (angle with respect to the surface perpendicular to a rotation shaft of a compressor) in the compressor in an HVAC system, a solenoid, a plunger coupled to the solenoid member and configured to slid according to whether the solenoid is magnetized, a valve body formed integrally with the plunger, and configured to open or close a supply flow path through which a fluid flows into the compressor, a discharge flow path through which a fluid is discharged from the compressor, and a control flow path through a fluid flows to control the angle of the swash plate mounted inside the compressor, a diaphragm configured to operate the plunger by the pressure of refrigerant, and a return spring configured to return the plunger, and the solenoid is applied with power according to a vehicle target cooling load.
Vehicle air conditioner
A vehicle air conditioner includes an air-conditioning case having a drain hole through which an air passage communicates with an outside of a vehicle compartment, a heat exchanger disposed inside the air passage, and a seal member. The seal member is held between a dash panel and a seal wall of the air-conditioning case. The seal member has a through hole, and closes a through hole of the dash panel. The vehicle air conditioner includes a refrigerant pipe and a pressure reducing valve. The first case part and the second case part are fitted with each other in a fitting part below which, in the vertical direction, the air-conditioning case has a communication hole through which an outside of the air-conditioning case communicates with the air passage.

A heat pump system may include first and second cooling devices, a battery module, and a chiller by heating or cooling the battery module by one chiller in which a coolant and a refrigerant exchange heat and a main heat exchanger provided in an air conditioning device is connected to each of first and second coolant lines so that the coolant circulated in each of the first and second cooling devices passes through the main heat exchanger, the refrigerant passing through the main heat exchanger exchanges heat with the coolant supplied through the first coolant line and exchanges heat with the coolant supplied through the second coolant line, and a flash tank separating refrigerants which have exchanged heat into a gaseous refrigerant and a liquid refrigerant and selectively discharging the gaseous refrigerant and the liquid refrigerant may be provided in the main heat exchanger.
MULTI-COMPRESSOR CLIMATE SYSTEM
Disclosed are climate systems and methods for control the climate systems. A climate system includes a plurality of compressors, a first heat exchanger disposed downstream of the compressors and a second heat exchanger disposed downstream of the first heat exchanger. The compressors and heat exchangers are fluidly connected by refrigerant lines to form a refrigerant circuit. The climate system also includes a controller that controls the operation of the compressors to draw back lubricant to the compressors without use of an oil equalization system.

An on-board electric compressor that comprises: a housing; a compression unit; an electric motor; and an inverter device. The inverter device comprises: an inverter circuit that converts direct current power to alternating current power; and a noise reduction unit that is provided on an input side of the inverter circuit and that reduces common mode noise and normal mode noise that are included in the direct current power. The noise reduction unit comprises: a common mode choke coil; and a smoothing capacitor that, in cooperation with the common mode choke coil, constitutes a low pass filter circuit. The common mode choke coil has: a core that has a first core part and a second core part; a first winding that is wound around the first core part; and a second winding that is wound around the second core part.
