A vehicle-mounted temperature controller includes a first heat circuit having a battery heat exchange part exchanging heat with a battery and a first heat exchange part, with a first heat medium circulating therethrough; and a refrigeration circuit having a compression part compressing a refrigerant, a second heat exchange part radiating heat from the refrigerant, an expansion part expanding the refrigerant, and the first heat exchange part evaporating the refrigerant by making the refrigerant absorb heat from the first heat medium, realizing a refrigeration cycle by the refrigerant circulating therethrough. The first heat circuit includes a bypass flow path bypassing the battery heat exchange part, and an adjusting device adjusting a flow rate of the first heat medium flowing through the bypass flow path based on the temperature of the battery.

A transport refrigeration system (100) including a container (10) having an outer wall defining at least one compartment. Also included is a first refrigerant system section (202) disposed at an exterior location of the outer wall of the container, the first refrigerant system section having a first refrigerant routed therethrough for cooling of the first refrigerant. Further included is a second refrigerant system (204) section disposed at least partially within an interior location of the outer wall of the container, the second refrigerant system section having a second refrigerant that is different from the first refrigerant routed therethrough for cooling of the second refrigerant. Yet further included is a heat exchanger (240) in fluid communication with the first refrigerant system section to receive the first refrigerant, the heat exchanger in fluid communication with the second refrigerant system section to receive the second refrigerant, the first refrigerant cooling the second refrigerant within the heat exchanger.
Thermal management system for a vehicle
A thermal management system for a vehicle may include a refrigerant circuit in which a refrigerant circulates, as well as a heating circuit, a first coolant circuit configured for a temperature control of a drive device of the vehicle, and a second coolant circuit configured for a temperature control of an electrical store of the vehicle in which a coolant circulates. The system may further include a chiller incorporated in the refrigerant circuit and a chiller guide fluidically separate from the refrigerant circuit. The chiller guide may have a chiller path configured to conduct the coolant and which extends through the chiller, and may have a bypass path configured to conduct the coolant and which circumvents the chiller. The system may additionally include a chiller valve device configured to selectively fluidically connect the first coolant circuit and the second coolant circuit to the chiller path and the bypass path.
THERMAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a vehicle thermal management system which comprises multiple means of thermal management for electronic components (electronic units) for an autonomous vehicle and allows for efficient interworking between the multiple means. The vehicle thermal management system, which is a system for cooling electronic components required for the autonomous driving of a vehicle, is configured to cool electronic components by applying at least two systems among a first system for cooling the electronic components through the cooling structure thereof, a second system for cooling the electronic components by using a refrigerant cycle for air-conditioning a vehicle interior, and a third system for cooling the electronic components by using a separate refrigerant or a coolant cycle.
System for thermal management of the components of a hybrid vehicle
A hybrid vehicle includes a thermal control system having a first high temperature cooling circuit, a second low temperature cooling circuit and a third cooling circuit for cooling/heating a battery pack. A system of valves is configured to connect the third circuit with the second circuit so as to create a loop consisting of a main portion of the third circuit and a main portion of the second circuit including the cooling portion of one or more electric motor assemblies of the hybrid vehicle, one or more additional components of the motor-vehicle, such as a turbocharger assembly and an intercooler assembly. In this operating condition, circulation of the liquid in the loop thus-formed can be activated by the pump of the third circuit and causes heating of the battery pack by the heat generated by the electric motor assemblies and, preferably, by the aforesaid additional components of the motor-vehicle.
HEAT EXCHANGE SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
A heat exchange system for a vehicle includes a refrigerant circulation loop for circulating a refrigerant includes a compressor, a condenser, a first expansion valve, a second expansion valve, a first chiller and a second chiller. The first expansion valve and the first chiller form a group and the second expansion valve and the second chiller form another group. Three two groups are arranged in parallel; a first coolant circulation loop comprising a first cooler, and circulating coolant which exchanges heat with the refrigerant via the first chiller second coolant circulation loop includes a second cooler, and circulating the coolant which exchanges heat with refrigerant via the second chiller. The first expansion valve and the second expansion valve are controlled so that the refrigerant passing through the first chiller during a cooling mode has a higher pressure, temperature, and rate of discharge than refrigerant passing through the second chiller.
THERMAL MANAGEMENT ARRANGEMENT FOR VEHICLES AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A THERMAL MANAGEMENT ARRANGEMENT
A thermal management arrangement for vehicles is disclosed including a refrigerant circuit having chillers and/or heat pump function and a heat carrier network for cooling and/or heating components of the vehicle. The heat carrier network has a heat carrier reservoir and a plurality of heat carrier supply segments fed from the heat carrier reservoir. A separately controlled and regulated ambient heat exchanger supply segment implements a circuit having a central low-temperature ambient heat exchanger and least one heat carrier reservoir.
COOLING SYSTEM AND COOLING METHOD
A cooling system is provided to cool fluid used in a device mounted on a vehicle, by exchanging heat with cooler cooling water in a cooler. The system includes a cooling water passage connected to the cooler and having an undercover cooling water passage provided to an undercover, a cooler radiator configured to cool the cooler cooling water by exchanging heat between the cooler cooling water and air flowing into an engine bay from a grille, a flow rate adjuster configured to adjust a flow rate of the cooler cooling water supplied the undercover cooling water passage, and a controller configured to acquire at least a pressure or a temperature of the fluid, and control the flow rate adjuster to increase the flow rate of the cooler cooling water supplied to the undercover cooling water passage based on an increase in the pressure or the temperature of the fluid.

An on-board electric compressor that comprises: a housing; a compression unit; an electric motor; and an inverter device. The inverter device comprises: an inverter circuit that converts direct current power to alternating current power; and a noise reduction unit that is provided on an input side of the inverter circuit and that reduces common mode noise and normal mode noise that are included in the direct current power. The noise reduction unit comprises: a common mode choke coil; and a smoothing capacitor that, in cooperation with the common mode choke coil, constitutes a low pass filter circuit. The common mode choke coil has: a core that has a first core part and a second core part; a first winding that is wound around the first core part; and a second winding that is wound around the second core part.

Provided is a vehicle air-conditioning apparatus heat pump system configured so that an excessive increase in the temperature (superheat degree) of refrigerant discharged from a compressor can be prevented in air-heating operation. The heat pump system (HP) includes a compressor (C) and an indoor heat exchanger (HXC2) on a refrigerant circuit (RC). A first branched flow path (BC1) on which a first expansion mechanism (EX1) of which opening degree is adjustable and a first heat absorption heat exchanger (HXA1) are arranged in series and a second branched flow path (BC2) on which a second expansion mechanism (EX2) of which opening degree is adjustable and a second heat absorption heat exchanger (HXA2) are arranged in series are arranged in parallel on the refrigerant circuit extending from the indoor heat exchanger to the compressor.
