Control method for vehicle air conditioning, and vehicle air conditioning device
A vehicle air-conditioning device is provided for controlling a vehicle air-conditioning of a vehicle in accordance with a control method. The air-conditioning compressor is stopped for a first time period after a brake pedal transitions from an operated state to a non-operated state when negative pressure inside a vacuum servo is insufficient relative to a predetermined pressure while an air-conditioning compressor is operating, and The air-conditioning compressor is stopped for a second time period after the acceleration pedal has come to be in a non-operated state when an acceleration pedal is operated before the first time period elapses.
Apparatus and method of controlling compressor of air conditioning device of vehicle
An apparatus for controlling a compressor includes: an operation information detector which detects operation information from various sensors according to an operation of a vehicle; a compressor which compresses a refrigerant for operating an air conditioner; and a controller which performs starting acceleration control of momentarily decreasing an operation rate of the compressor, which uses engine power in an acceleration situation of the vehicle, in which the controller stores a first map, in which a starting acceleration entry condition according to a driving pattern and a heat load of the vehicle is defined in a plurality of levels, sets a starting acceleration entry condition having a final level corresponding to the driving pattern according to a starting acceleration entry frequency of a driver for a predetermined unit time within a limited level range of the first map, and adjusts a starting acceleration control frequency of the compressor.
PEAK DEMAND RESPONSE OPERATION OF HVAC SYSTEMS
An HVAC system includes a variable-speed compressor which compresses refrigerant flowing through the HVAC system, a blower which provides a flow of air through the HVAC system at a controllable flow rate, and a controller communicatively coupled to the variable-speed compressor and the blower. The controller receives a demand request, which includes a command to operate the HVAC system at a predefined setpoint temperature. In response to receiving the demand request, a setpoint temperature associated with the HVAC system is adjusted to the predefined setpoint temperature. A speed of the variable-speed compressor is decreased to a low-speed setting. Based on the decreased speed of the variable-speed compressor, an air-flow rate is determined to provide by the blower. The controllable flow rate of the flow of air provided by the blower is adjusted based on the determined air-flow rate.
THERMAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE
A thermal management system includes a refrigerant line including a compressor, a water-cooled condenser, and a cooling core for indoor air conditioning connected to the water-cooled condenser such that refrigerant emerging from the water-cooled condenser is introduced into the cooling core for indoor air conditioning, and a battery line including a high-voltage battery heat exchanging module and a heater core for indoor air conditioning. The battery line is connected to the refrigerant line through the water-cooled condenser in a heat exchangeable manner such that the high-voltage battery heat exchanging module and the heater core for indoor air conditioning are connected in parallel to the water-cooled condenser via a first valve to cause cooling water heated while passing through the water-cooled condenser to be selectively introduced into the high-voltage battery heat exchanging module or the heater core for indoor air conditioning.
CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AN ELECTRONICALLY GOVERNED ENGINE OF A REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
There is disclosed a transport refrigeration system comprising an electronically governed engine that drives a refrigeration circuit of the system. The engine control unit is configured to operate the engine in a droop mode of operation, in which the engine speed increases with decreasing engine loads from the refrigeration circuit, so as to maximise the cooling capacity of the system at low engine load conditions.
Vehicle interior environment control
A computer-implemented process for controlling a vehicle interior includes detecting a previously defined situation that relates to an undesirable environmental condition of the vehicle interior, and assessing both a risk level and an urgency level, based on a vehicle sensor input. The process also includes generating a vehicle command based upon the detected previously defined situation, the assessed risk level, and assessed urgency level, and executing the generated vehicle command to control at least one of an engine, a window, and a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) unit to modify an environmental condition of the vehicle interior.
Control method for vehicle air conditioning, and vehicle air conditioning device
A vehicle air-conditioning device is provided for controlling a vehicle air-conditioning of a vehicle in accordance with a control method. A negative pressure, which is generated in an intake passage of the internal combustion engine by a vacuum servo that assists a brake pedal force, is estimated based on an atmospheric pressure and a pressure inside the intake passage. When a predetermined condition is established that includes a state in which the estimated negative pressure inside the vacuum servo is insufficient relative to a predetermined pressure during operation of the air-conditioning compressor, the air-conditioning compressor is stopped during a first time period, the air-conditioning compressor is operated during a second time period regardless of the predetermined condition after the first time period has elapsed, and operation of the air-conditioning compressor is controlled in accordance the states of the predetermined condition being established after the second time period has elapsed.
