Vehicle air conditioning device
The present disclosure provides a vehicle air-conditioning device in which cooperative work with a power source is appropriate, which is easy to follow when the power source is restarted, and which reduces a driving force of a compressor at the time of restarting the power source. The vehicle air-conditioning device is provided with a refrigeration cycle. The refrigeration cycle has a compressor that is driven by a power source which may stop temporarily. The refrigeration cycle provides a low temperature and/or a high temperature. A high-temperature system and/or a low-temperature system is provided as a thermal buffer. The refrigeration cycle is provided with electric expansion valves which can be fully closed. The vehicle air-conditioning device is also provided with a control device, which fully closes the electric expansion valves when the compressor is temporarily stopped and which controls the electric expansion valves to the previous opening position when the compressor is restarted.
Motor-driven vehicle
A motor-driven vehicle includes an electric motor, a power storage device, a control device, and a refrigerant circuit. The refrigerant circuit has a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, an expansion valve, and an outdoor heat exchanger. The indoor heat exchanger exchanges heat with the refrigerant compressed by the compressor. The refrigerant which passes through the indoor heat exchanger is decompressed by the expansion valve, and the outdoor heat exchanger exchanges heat with the decompressed refrigerant and allows the refrigerant to return to the compressor. When the remaining capacity of the power storage device is equal to or more than a predetermined value, the control device operates the compressor and decreases a passing-through air volume of a first air guide device that controls a passing-through air volume of the outdoor heat exchanger.
Vehicle configured to prevent oil entrapment within refrigerant system and corresponding method
This disclosure relates to a vehicle configured to prevent oil entrapment within a refrigerant system of the vehicle. This disclosure also relates to a corresponding method. An example vehicle includes a refrigerant system configured to circulate fluid including a mixture of refrigerant and oil relative to an evaporator, a controller, and an electronic expansion valve upstream of the evaporator. The electronic expansion valve is responsive to instructions from the controller, and the controller is configured to instruct the electronic expansion valve to open to prevent entrapment of oil within the evaporator or refrigerant lines.
Vehicle air-conditioning apparatus
A vehicle air-conditioning apparatus is provided which is capable of efficiently eliminating or suppressing fogging of a window while comfortably heating a vehicle interior. A controller changes and executes a heating mode to let a refrigerant discharged from a compressor 2 radiate heat in a radiator 4, and a dehumidifying and heating mode to let the refrigerant discharged from the compressor radiate heat in the radiator and let the refrigerant absorb heat in a heat absorber 9. When the temperature of air blown out to the vehicle interior is not capable of reaching a target outlet temperature in the dehumidifying and heating mode, the controller actuates a window heater 35 heating a front window 30 and shifts to the heating mode.
Vehicle Temperature Management System
A vehicle temperature management system includes a refrigerant circulation system including a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a depressurization apparatus, a heat exchange plate, a four-way valve, and a second heat exchanger that is configured to heat a first refrigerant that flows to an input port when a management object needs to be cooled through the heat exchange plate, and cool the first refrigerant that flows to the heat exchange plate when the management object needs to be heated through the heat exchange plate.
Electric vehicle
An electric vehicle includes an electric motor, a power storage device, a control device, and a refrigerant circuit. The refrigerant circuit includes a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, a first indoor heat exchanger, a first expansion valve, a second expansion valve, and a second indoor heat exchanger. The control device repeats an operation of performing the other of a first operation and a second operation after performing one thereof when a remaining capacity of a power storage device is equal to or larger than a predetermined value. In the first operation, the first expansion valve is not decompressed and the second expansion valve is decompressed. In the second operation, the first expansion valve is decompressed and the second expansion valve is not decompressed.
Expansion valve using shape memory alloy spring and air conditioner system for vehicle using the same
An expansion valve using a shape memory alloy spring includes: a valve housing having a first refrigerant flow passage and a second refrigerant flow passage passing through both sides of the valve housing and an opening/closing adjuster receiving space along an opened upper portion of the valve housing; an opening/closing adjuster configured to enter the opening/closing adjuster receiving space and to adjust an opening/closing degree of a valve using a shape memory alloy spring exerting an elastic force at a memory temperature; and a valve cover sealing the opened upper portion of the valve housing.
Vehicle air conditioning device
A vehicle air conditioning device which is capable of inhibiting liquid return to a compressor and generation of noise due to bumping in an accumulator. There are executed a heating mode to close a solenoid valve 17, open a solenoid valve 21, let a refrigerant from a compressor 2 radiate heat in a radiator 4, decompress the refrigerant through an outdoor expansion valve 6, let the refrigerant absorb heat in an outdoor heat exchanger 7, and send the refrigerant to an accumulator 12, and a dehumidifying and cooling mode to open the solenoid valve 17, close the solenoid valve 21, decompress the refrigerant through an indoor expansion valve 8, let the refrigerant absorb heat in a heat absorber, and send the refrigerant to the accumulator. When shifting from the heating mode to the dehumidifying and cooling mode, the solenoid valve 21 is opened for a predetermined period of time.
Air Conditioning System, and Control System and Control Method for Air Conditioning System
An air conditioning system. A first evaporator and a second evaporator are connected in parallel. A first electronic expansion valve is serially connected to the first evaporator, and a second electronic expansion valve is serially connected to the second evaporator), so that the opening degrees of the first electronic expansion valve and the second electronic expansion valve can be separately adjusted, the first electronic expansion valve and the second electronic expansion valve can perform position correction according to valve opening position information of the first electronic expansion valve and the second electronic expansion valve stored by the air conditioning system, and separately adjust target positions to calibrated target positions. The air conditioning system can reduce risks of out-of-synchronization of the electronic expansion valves and optimize performance of a control system.
