AIR REGISTER HAVING A VANE LINKING MEMBER COUPLED TO A GROMMET FOR USE IN EFFORT GENERATION

An air register having a plurality of pivotable vanes, including at least two horizontal vanes, each horizontal vane having an outer section and an inner section, and a linking member connecting the inner sections together. The outer sections of the horizontal vanes are each pivotably connected to a housing of the air register, and at least one of the inner sections includes an inner pivot pin connected to a annular grommet, which is in turn, connected to the linking member. The annular grommet is disposed within a cavity of the linking member and contributes to generating effort felt by a user when adjusting a pivot position of the horizontal vanes.

Air vents for vehicle interior

An air vent for a vehicle interior, the air vent including a master lamella and plural slave lamellas that are respectively pivotable about an axis, wherein the plural slave lamellas follow an opening movement of the master lamella and are arrangeable at different angles relative to the master lamella in order to generate a diffuse air flow; an open portion which is defined by a plurality of lamellas including the master lamella and the plural slave lamellas with a respective flow out gap arranged between each of the lamellas so that air moves through the respective flow out gap into the vehicle interior; and at least one actuation element that is configured to control an orientation of the lamellas, wherein any one of the lamellas is selectable as the master lamella wherein an opening movement of the plural slave lamellas follows an opening movement of the master lamella.

Blowing device of air conditioner

A blowing device includes: a casing which is connected to an air conditioner of a vehicle; a ventilation path which is formed from an inlet to an outlet of the casing; a second inclined portion which is provided on the side of the outlet in the casing; an intermediate portion which is formed between the inlet and the second inclined portion; a wind direction variable member that is provided in the ventilation path and is able to change a wind direction of an inflow wind through the inlet toward the intermediate portion or the outlet; and a cover member that is provided with a hole portion penetrating therethrough in an X direction and the cover member is disposed in the +X direction in relation to an end portion of the second inclined portion in the −X direction.

Motor driven air vent device for vehicle

A motor driven air vent device for a vehicle can perform not only left/right angular rotation operation of a vertical wing for adjusting a left/right-directional airflow direction of air discharged indoors but also an opening/closing operation of a damper for interrupting or allowing an indoor discharge of air using a link bar for performing a straight line motion to the left or right thereof by driving a motor and a cam plate for angularly rotating by the link bar, etc. in a motor driven manner.

A rear wall of an instrument panel has an outlet port and an inclined wall. An angle defined by the inclined wall and a vertical plane is from 30° to 40°. An upper fin and a lower fin are both supported by fin pivots. The lower fin is configured to be inclinable downward by at most 30° with respect to a horizontal plane. When the lower fin is inclined downward by a maximum angle, an interlocking mechanism inclines the upper fin together with the lower fin in an interlocking manner such that an angle of the upper fin with respect to the lower fin is greater than that when in a horizontal state. A bottom wall of a retainer includes an inclined surface located under an upstream end of the lower fin. The inclined surfaced is inclined upward toward the downstream end.

AIR VENT

An air vent includes a housing, first and second air ducts, a first vane, and a set of vanes. The air ducts convey respective volumetric flows of air through the housing so that each volumetric flow exits the respective air duct in a different intersecting direction so that the flows of air collide after exiting the air ducts. A vane located along one of the air ducts is moveable to vertically change a perceived air discharge direction. A set of vanes includes at least one vane located in each air duct and is moveable to horizontally change the perceived air discharge direction.

AIR VENT FOR A VEHICLE

An air outlet, in particular for heaters or air conditioning units for recreational vehicles like campers or caravans, having a main housing, a flap suitable to seal the air flow channel in the main housing and a coupling mechanism. The main housing forms an air flow channel and the coupling mechanism couples the flap to the main housing in a movable manner such that the flap can be moved with respect to the main housing between a closed state, in which the flap seals the air flow channel, and an opened state, in which the flap does not seal the air flow channel. The coupling mechanism is configured such that the flap conducts a rotating and sliding movement with respect to the main housing when being moved between the closed state and the opened state.
