Transportation refrigeration modular unit
A transportation refrigeration assembly includes a modular heat exchanger unit that includes at least one absorption heat exchanger and at least one expansion device. A frame supports the modular heat exchanger unit. A first cooling air outlet is in fluid communication with the modular heat exchanger unit. A second cooling air outlet is in fluid communication with the modular heat exchanger unit.

A vehicle register assembly includes a register duct that has an end opening and the register duct directs air. A housing is coupled to the register duct proximate the end opening. A barrel is disposed within the housing and defines an upstream aperture and a downstream aperture. A plurality of vanes includes individual vanes and the individual vanes extend in a first direction between first opposing sides of the barrel. A linking vane is coupled to each of the individual vanes and extends between second opposing sides of the barrel. The linking vane includes a guide body that extends upstream from the plurality of vanes.
AIR VENT FOR A VEHICLE
A vehicle air vent includes a primary vane system pivotal about a horizontal axis to direct an airflow from an outlet of the vehicle air vent in an up/down direction, a secondary vane system pivotal about a vertical axis to direct an airflow from an outlet of the vehicle air vent in a side-to-side direction. A primary vane of the primary vane system is co-located along an airflow path through the vehicle air vent with a secondary vane of the secondary vane system. The vehicle air vent further includes an airflow volume control system adapted to adjust the volume of airflow through the vehicle air vent, and a joystick controller adapted to independently operate the primary vane system, the secondary vane system, and the airflow volume control system.
Thermal management system for vehicle
The thermal management system includes a cooling circuit in which cooling water circulates, a heat exchange circuit in which cooling water performing heat exchange with a battery flows, a flow rate control valve which adjusts a flow rate of cooling water flowing from the cooling circuit to the heat exchange circuit, a shutter which adjusts an introduction amount of outside air into an engine room, and an ECU which controls an opening degree of the flow rate control valve and an opening degree of the shutter. The ECU controls the shutter and the flow rate control valve to be in a fully closed state when a cooling water temperature is less than a valve opening temperature of a thermostat valve and controls the shutter and the flow rate control valve to be in an open state when the cooling water temperature is greater than the valve opening temperature.
AIR OUTLET DEVICE FOR AIR CONDITIONER
An air outlet device for an air conditioner includes a housing that also serves as an air outlet, swingable fins supported by the housing, a pinion gear portion that can swing with the fins, a rack gear portion that meshes with the pinion gear portion, and an operation portion that can linearly move with the rack gear portion. When the fins are swinging to a maximum swingable angle, a rack tooth portion of the rack gear portion, which meshes with the pinion gear portion, is a rack large tooth portion that is formed larger than the adjacent rack tooth portions.
AIR VENT ASSEMBLY
An air vent assembly, in particular for a motor vehicle, with an air vent, which has a housing having an air duct and at least one air deflector blade assigned to the air duct with a trailing edge and a leading edge. Leading edge of the air deflector blade is mounted to be pivotable about an axis of rotation assigned to the trailing edge, and has a decorative device which has at least one fixed decorative blade with a visible edge extending in extension of the trailing edge of the air deflector blade. The air deflector blade is mounted to be pivotable about the axis of rotation by means of a pivot pin on the decorative blade. The decorative blade has a radially open bearing receptacle for the pivot pin, and the housing has a bearing projection.
WIND DIRECTION ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
Wind direction adjustment device (10) includes cylindrical case body (11) having flow path (22) therein, and valve (14) that is movably disposed in case body (11) and that opens and closes flow path (22). Valve (14) includes base material (61) supported by case body (11). Valve (14) is formed of a member that is softer than base material (61), and includes soft portion (62) capable of elastically contacting case body (11) in a state in which flow path (22) is closed by valve (14). Valve 14 includes deformation suppressing portions (63) that suppresses deformation of soft portion (62) caused by contact of soft portion (62) with case body (11). Deformation suppressing portions (63) are disposed at positions at which deformation suppressing portions (63) are not in contact with case body (11) in a state in which flow path (22) is closed by valve (14).
RIGID ENDCAP FOR A DUCT SYSTEM IN A HEADLINER
A duct system, and more particularly, a rigid endcap of the duct system can be configured to prevent a register from being damaged and from being displaced upon a curtain side airbag deployment. The duct system can include a headliner defining an opening, and a soft duct operatively connected to the headliner. The duct system can include a rigid endcap operatively connected to the headliner and to the soft duct. An airflow channel can be defined by the headliner, the soft duct, and the rigid endcap. Additionally, the rigid endcap can define a terminal end of the airflow channel, and the opening can be located along the airflow channel directly below the rigid endcap.
Ventilation device
A ventilation device including a housing including at least one horizontal louver and at least one vertical louver in an arrangement nested into each other in a cross over pattern; and a regulation device which controls at least one flow out direction, wherein the at least one horizontal louver and the at least one vertical louver are respectively supported in the housing so that the at least one vertical louver is pivotable about a vertical pivot axis and the at least one horizontal louver is pivotable about a horizontal pivot axis.
