Air vent dial for automobile
An air vent dial for an automobile includes an air vent housing having an air path and a damper for opening or closing the air path; a dial housing provided in the air vent housing and having an opening and holding projections; and a dial assembly having a dial knob to be fitted into the opening and a rear fixing plate connected to the damper through a link member to control the opening and closing degrees of the damper. The dial housing has the holding projections at positions corresponding to opening and closing positions of the damper. The dial assembly has a dial elongated hole and fixing projection projecting inwards and contacting the holding projections while being guided and moving along the rear outer peripheral surface of the dial housing at outside of the rear fixing plate having the dial elongated hole.
AIR BLOWING DEVICE
An air blowing device has a first blowing portion, a duct, and an airflow causing member. The first blowing portion has a guide surface and is provided with a first blowing outlet that blows air from a blower unit into a vehicle compartment. The airflow causing member defines at least one of a first passage and a second passage located on one side and an other side of the airflow causing member in a front-rear direction of a vehicle respectively in the duct. The airflow causing member sets a first condition in which a high-velocity airflow flows in the first passage and a low-velocity airflow flows in the second passage by decreasing a sectional area of the first passage to be smaller than a sectional area of the second passage. The high-velocity airflow flows along the guide surface and is blown into the vehicle compartment.
WIND DIRECTION ADJUSTMENT APPARATUS
Provided is a wind direction adjustment apparatus achieving improved performance while the number of components is reduced. A wind direction adjustment apparatus 1 includes a case body 3 that internally defines a ventilation passage 5. The wind direction adjustment apparatus 1 includes a fin 15 pivotably disposed in the ventilation passage 5 in the case body 3 to adjust a wind direction in accordance with pivoting. The wind direction adjustment apparatus 1 includes a valve 30 pivotably disposed in a direction intersecting with a pivoting direction of the fin 15 in the ventilation passage 5 in the case body 3, and capable of opening and closing the ventilation passage 5 in accordance with the pivoting. The wind direction adjustment apparatus 1 includes a link 35 that interlocks the pivoting of the valve 30 with the pivoting of the fin 15.
AIRFLOW OUTLET
An airflow outlet is provided. The airflow outlet comprises at least a first housing, a second housing, a first shut-off door, a second shut-off door, and a control apparatus. The first housing defines an outlet opening and the second housing defines an inlet opening. The first housing and the second housing are operatively coupled and define a substantially closed airflow path between the inlet opening and the outlet opening. The first shut-off door is coupled to the second housing and rotatable about a first axis. The second shut-off door is coupled to the second housing and rotatable about a second axis. The first shut-off door and the second shut-off door are operatively configured to meter a flow of air through the inlet opening by occupying a selectable operating position. The control apparatus is configured to control the selectable operating position of the first shut-off door and the second shut-off door.
AIR CONDITIONER VENT OUTLET PORTION STRUCTURE OF AUTOMOBILE
An air conditioner vent outlet portion includes: an air conditioner vent outlet component, installed at a setting wall component in front of front seats in an automobile compartment, and having a vent outlet (11) of an air-conditioned air with an opening facing the interior of the automobile compartment; and a glossiness decorative component (13), installed at a peripheral edge portion of the vent outlet (11). Bumps (16) extending along a front-rear direction of the automobile are formed on the surfaces which face the interior of the automobile compartment, of the decorative component (13).
ELECTRONIC VENTILATION REGISTER CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
A ventilation register control system is provided for a motor vehicle. That ventilation register control system includes four ventilation registers and a control module configured to independently open and close each ventilation register.
Air conditioning register
An air conditioning register includes: a downstream side fin; an upstream side fin; an operation knob; and a fork including a pair of transmission pieces, and connected to the operation knob. A transmission shaft is provided in the upstream side fin, and is interposed between the pair of transmission pieces. The transmission shaft is provided with a stopper that regulates further displacement of the fork. A surface of the stopper is an inclined surface that is inclined with respect to a center axis of the transmission shaft so as to be located outside in a radial direction centering on the center axis of the transmission shaft as approaching an end of the transmission shaft. An inclination angle of the inclined surface with respect to the center axis of the transmission shaft is an angle equal to or greater than 9° and equal to or less than 14°.
VEHICULAR REGISTER APPARATUS
A vehicular register apparatus includes an apparatus body having a ventilation path with a downstream end provided as a blow outlet to a vehicle room. Fins are arranged in the ventilation path. The fins are spaced to each other in a first direction intersecting with an airflow direction. Each of the fins extends in a second direction intersecting with the airflow direction and the first direction. The fins respectively have shaft parts for supporting the fins on the apparatus body. The apparatus body includes guide passages for swingably and slidably supporting the shaft parts. The guide passages are formed so as to be apart in the first direction from each other toward the vehicle room.
AIR REGISTER ASSEMBLY
A vehicle air register assembly includes a barrel. An adjustment member extends between a first side and a second side of the barrel. The adjustment member includes a housing and an engagement feature. A plurality of vanes are pivotally coupled to the barrel, each vane extends perpendicular to the adjustment member. Each vane defines a recess. The engagement feature extends through each recess. A knob assembly is coupled to the housing. The knob assembly includes a knob, a connector, and a base. The connector and the base are disposed within the housing.
AIR-HEATING BLOWER DEVICE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
An air-heating blower device for a passenger compartment of a motor vehicle comprising a body with at least one inlet opening at least one outlet opening an electrically driven axial fan rotatably mounted around its axis within the body. The fan is associated to an electric motor (M) with toroidal geometry, having an annular rotor which is rotatable within an annular stator and defining a central opening inside thereof, said fan (F) having one or more blades (B) which are carried by the rotor and each blade extending into said central opening towards a free end of the blade which terminates at a distance from the central axis of the fan, and in that the annular body of the rotor and/or the annular body of the stator define a guide tube for the airflow activated by the fan (F) over the resistive electric heater (H).
