An outflow nozzle of a motor vehicle includes a housing having at least one outflow slit on the outflow side. The housing narrows towards the outflow slit while forming guide surfaces, in which housing a horizontal lamella that is assigned to the outflow slit and that can be changed in its position is mounted. On the outer side, the horizontal lamella is provided with opposing lead surfaces for the air flow. Transversely to the horizontal lamella, at least one vertical lamella that is pivotable about a vertical pivot pin is arranged. The lead surfaces of the horizontal lamella, which can be pivoted about a horizontal pivot axis, run in an inclined manner towards the outflow slit.

AIR VENT FOR A VEHICLE WITH EXTERNAL ACTUATING ELEMENT
20210039477 · 2021-02-11 ·

Air vent for a vehicle, including an air duct, which is bounded by a housing (12), with an air inlet end and an air outlet end, wherein an air flow flowing through the air duct can flow from the air inlet end to the air outlet end along a main flow direction and a manual actuating element (22) for controlling the air outlet direction of the air flow by movement of fins (60, 62), wherein, during a translational movement of the manual actuating element along a movement axis the air outlet direction undergoes a change along the movement axis, and wherein, during a tilting movement of the manual actuating element about the movement axis, the air outlet direction undergoes a change perpendicular to the movement axis, wherein the manual actuating element is arranged outside the air flow.

Multi-adjustable air register

An air register for use in a vehicle includes a vent housing having an outlet. A frame member is operably coupled to the sidewalls of the outlet and contains a perimeter wall framing an open central portion. Disposed within the open central portion is a plurality of chambers operably coupled to the frame member and movable between first and second positions. Each chamber includes a perimeter wall having vertical and horizontal surfaces disposed in a common plane around an open interior portion.

BLOW-OFF DEVICE OF AIR CONDITIONER
20210206237 · 2021-07-08 ·

A blow-off device (10) is equipped with a wind direction variable means (40) and a pressure adjustment unit (60) in a ventilation passage (50). The wind direction variable means is rotatably provided in the ventilation passage and can change a conditioned air from the inflow port (50c) toward a blow-off port (50d) and a second inclined part (52r) along an intermediate part (53r). The pressure adjustment unit prevents the pressure of the ventilation passage from exceeding a predetermined value by releasing the conditioned air to the outside of the ventilation passage. A bypass inlet (66) of the pressure adjustment unit is provided on an upstream side of an end portion (42d) in a +X direction at the time of maximum rotation of the wind direction variable means.

AIR VENT AND MOTOR VEHICLE
20210023913 · 2021-01-28 ·

An air vent for a motor vehicle includes a housing with an air channel for feeding air and a hemisphere. The hemisphere is mounted in a rotatable manner within the housing such that air fed through the air channel is deflected on the housing before it exits from the air vent.

Outlet device

An outlet device for ventilation of a vehicle interior has a housing which extends between an air inlet orifice and an air outlet orifice and a pivot bearing device mounted on the housing, wherein the pivot bearing device provides a rotational axis. The outlet device further comprises a rotatable displacement body, a first vane which extends in a direction across the rotational axis, a second vane which extends in a direction across the rotational axis and contrary to the extension of the first vane, a rudder, and an adjustment device. The adjustment device permits pivoting of the rudder around an axis that is parallel to the direction of extension of the first and second vanes.

AIR REGISTER ASSEMBLY

An air register assembly for a vehicle includes a barrel and vanes operably coupled to the barrel. A knob assembly is operably coupled to the barrel and the vanes. The knob assembly includes a support body, at least one absorbent basket selectively coupled to the support body, and a cover selectively coupled over the at least one absorbent basket. The cover is configured to rotate between an opened position and a closed position. The opened position is configured to provide fluid communication with the at least one absorbent basket via apertures defined by the cover.
