A shading device comprises: a shading member formed using a dimming glass plate capable of changing light transmittance, the shading member having a plate shape; a display apparatus being capable of transmitting light and disposed on a surface of the shading member, the surface being to face an operator during use of the shading member, in such a manner that a display portion faces the operator; an image pickup device to pick up, as an image, a region which an opposite surface of the surface faces, and generate image pickup data; a data processing circuit to generate display image data to be displayed on the display portion during use of the shading member, based on the image pickup data generated by the image pickup device; and a switch to change light transmittance of the dimming glass plate.

One core member includes a pair of guide parts configured to hold the support member from both sides, to guide shifting of the support member in the axial direction of the shaft.

The engagement holes are smaller than the insertion holes and concentric with the insertion holes. The attachment component has a guide pin. The support plate has a positioning hole for inserting the guide pin to position the attachment component.

A withdrawal-type sun visor includes a housing received in a roof panel. The housing has a storage recess therein. The withdrawal-type sun visor also includes a sun visor assembly configured to be received in the housing and to be withdrawn along a windshield glass of a vehicle. The sun visor assembly includes a display unit having a display region and includes a discoloration unit configured to enclose at least a portion of the display unit. The transmissivity of the discoloration unit is adjustable.

A motorized vehicle visor system, which expands and contracts about a central body; pitches towards and away from the windshield, and pivot towards the side window of the vehicle about a supporting rod. The visor can truncate to a shorter width and pitch upward at body position trailing the rod pivot motion towards the side of the window of the vehicle. When pivoted to the side window, the visor system expands, contracts, and pitches towards or away from the side window. In a reverse movement, the visor system truncates into a smaller width, pitch upward at body position trailing the rod pivot motion away from the side window, and pivots towards the frontal position along the windshield. The visor panel system, when in non-operation mode, may truncates about its body, rest in a plane position parallel to the roof of the vehicle. The visor panel system can operate manually.

A vehicle side-window sun shield detachably mounts to a vehicle side-window to block sunlight from the outer arm of the driver or passenger in a vehicle. The sun shield includes a flat lower portion panel having two legs that fit into the slot between the window and rubber strip along window. The sun shield also includes a flat upper portion panel integrally formed with the lower portion panel. Upper portion panel is disposed at an angle of at least 45° relative to the lower portion panel to shade the outer arm from the ultra violet light of the sun. The upper portion panel extends towards the interior of the vehicle above the driver or passenger arm to block sunlight. The upper portion panel may extend out 5¼″ over the arm of the driver. A film overlays the panels to block the ultraviolet light of sun.

The guide includes a guide rail integrally formed at the inner-upper end of the sun visor body, a clamp housing moving together with the sun visor body along the guide rail, and a clamp installed in the clamp housing and sliding on the pivot arm.
