FLUSH GLAZED DEVICE FOR VEHICLE DOOR WITH MOVABLE PANEL, CORRESPONDING DOOR AND MOTOR VEHICLE
The invention relates to a glazed device (12) intended to be assembled in a bodywork chamber in order to form a motor-vehicle door, comprising at least one movable glazed panel (121) carrying, on its face oriented towards the inside of the vehicle, at least two guide shoes (26, 27) each mounted slidably with respect to a guide rail (22.sub.A, 22.sub.B).
According to the invention, the glazed device (12) comprises a stop (57) for blocking the glazed panel (121) in the longitudinal direction (X) at least of said vehicle, said blocking stop (57) being secured to a first guide rail (22.sub.A, 22.sub.B).
VEHICLE DOORS INCLUDING DOOR TRIM ASSEMBLIES AND VEHICLES INCLUDING SAME
A vehicle includes a vehicle body and a vehicle door connected to the vehicle body. The vehicle door includes an interior trim panel including an upper board and an ornament member that is connected to an interior surface of the upper board. The ornament member has a front edge, a rear edge and side edges that extend from the front edge to the rear edge. The ornament member includes an interference member that extends outwardly from at least one of the front edge, the rear edge and the side edges and extends under the upper board to interface with the upper board during a side impact event.
Vehicle door
A vehicle door includes a window frame delimiting a window aperture and a window pane that is adjustably positioned in the window aperture. The window frame includes a first leg having a first surface which is situated opposite a first edge of the window pane extending in the adjusting direction. The window frame also includes a second leg having a second surface which is located opposite a second edge of the window pane extending in the adjusting direction. At least the first surface of the first leg delimits a clearance of the window pane transversely to the adjusting direction. In a closed position, the first edge and the first surface touch one another at the height of an upper region of the first leg. At a height of a lower region of the first leg the first edge and the first surface run spaced from one another.
DOOR STRUCTURE
A door structure that supports a door glass of a door of a vehicle includes a sash that guides the door glass through a run channel, and a bracket that is provided on an inner panel of the door and supports the sash. The sash includes a groove that holds the run channel. The bracket includes a regulating portion that projects from an outside of the groove to an inside and regulates dropping of the run channel from the groove.
Door member
The present invention relates to a door member (1) for mounting to a vehicle door (43). The door member (1) is moulded from a plastics material. The door member (1) includes a door seal mounting channel (3) for receiving a mounting portion (19) of a door seal (13). The door seal mounting channel (3) has first and second sidewalls (5, 7). A first projection (11) is optionally provided on the first sidewall (5) for engaging the mounting portion (19) of the door seal (13). The invention also relates to a door member (101) having an inner finisher (165) and an outer finisher (147). The invention further relates to a vehicle door (43) including a door member (1; 101) of the type described herein.
VEHICLE DOOR FRAME
A front door frame includes an upper sash and a lower member. The upper sash has a first end face being one flat, longitudinal end crossing a longitudinal direction, and a lower outer face. The lower member includes a second end face that abuts on the first end face, and a projection that projects along the outer face in a direction where the second end face faces, to support the upper sash. The first end face abuts on the second end face but does not abut on a tip of the projection.
VEHICLE DOOR
A vehicle door includes a lower part and an upper part designed as a window frame. The upper part includes several frame elements, which are joined together by spraying plastic onto the frame elements.
DOOR STRUCTURE FOR A VEHICLE
A door structure for a vehicle that includes a door outer panel; a door inner panel including a first join-receiving portion protruding to the vehicle upper side relative to a vehicle upper side end of the door outer panel, and a second join-receiving portion protruding to the vehicle upper side relative to the vehicle upper side end of the door outer panel and being disposed to be spaced apart from the first join-receiving portion in a vehicle horizontal direction along the vehicle upper side end of the door outer panel; and a frame portion formed using a material with a different thermal expansion coefficient from the door inner panel, the frame portion including a first joining portion joined to the first join-receiving portion by a rivet and a second joining portion joined to the second join-receiving portion by a rivet.
Door frame and method for manufacturing same
The problem to be solved is to provide a door frame and a method of manufacturing the same, with reducing manufacturing cost. A door frame has a rear sash (vertical sash) (41) for supporting door glass and has a lock-device mounting bracket (door-frame component) (70) attached by welding to the rear sash (41) and having formed therein through-holes (70e, 70d) for welding. Weld beads (73, 75) are formed between the rear sash (41) and the wall surfaces of the through-holes (70e, 70d) for welding, the through-holes (70e, 70d) being formed in the lock-device mounting bracket (70).
