WINDOW GLASS HOLDING STRUCTURE
There is provided a window glass holding structure that holds window glass that moves upwards and downwards in a vehicle. The window glass holding structure includes a carrier plate that is fixed to a window glass, and a guide rail that is fixed to a vehicle panel, extends in the vertical direction of the vehicle, and guides movement of the carrier plate in a vertical direction of the vehicle. The carrier plate has a holding section that grips one end, in the vehicle longitudinal direction, of the guide rail, capable of sliding from the vehicle longitudinal direction, and has a gap in the vehicle width direction.
LIGHT WEIGHT TWO PIECE FRAMELESS DOOR MODULE WITH ADJUSTMENT FEATURES
A carrier module including a pair of carrier members operably coupled to one another via at least one cable is provided. The carrier members are configured for substantially free movement relative to one another to facilitate installation of the carrier members into an internal door cavity through an opening formed in the inner panel, wherein at least one of the carrier members is adjustable along at least one of cross-vehicle, aft/forward, and up/down directions.
VEHICULAR OPENING-CLOSING BODY DRIVING DEVICE
A vehicular opening-closing body driving device that supplies a grease to sliding portions of a drive drum and a drum housing to ensure a smooth performance while ensuring reductions of manufacturing cost, manufacturing time, and manufacturing process is provided. The vehicular opening-closing body driving device includes a drive drum, a drum housing, and sliding portions. A drive wire is wound around the drive drum. The drive wire is a wire for driving a vehicular opening-closing body. The drum housing rotatably houses and supports the drive drum. A sliding portion is disposed between a bottom surface of the drum housing and a facing surface of the drive drum. The facing surface faces the bottom surface. The drum housing includes a grease supply hole for supplying a grease to the sliding portion.
Low Noise Polymer Composition
A tribologically modified polyoxymethylene polymer composition is disclosed. The polyoxymethylene polymer composition is comprised of a polyoxymethylene polymer, reinforcing fibers, and at least one tribological modifier. The tribological modifier, in one embodiment, can comprise a graft copolymer. The use of a graft copolymer has been found to unexpectedly and dramatically improve noise generation when tested against various substrates, especially glass substrates.
Vehicle door module
A vehicle door module includes a base attached to an opening of an inner panel; a window glass lifting-lowering device attached to the base, the window glass lifting-lowering device provided with a window glass cable for pulling a window glass, a window glass drum for winding the window glass cable, a window glass lifting-lowering motor for rotating the window glass drum, and at least one pulley for guiding the window glass cable; and a support for supporting the pulley, the support being provided to the base and supported by an edge part of the opening of the inner panel.
VEHICLE WINDOW GLASS RAISING/LOWERING DEVICE, VEHICLE DOOR, AND VEHICLE
A vehicle window glass raising/lowering device includes a drive mechanism, a control unit for controlling the drive mechanism, and a camera for capturing an image of a detection line. The control unit includes a detection means for detecting a blocked state in which the detection line captured in an image by the camera is at least partially blocked by a foreign object, and a pinching prevention means that causes the drive mechanism to perform a pinch prevention operation when the blocked state is detected by the detection means during when a window glass is moved by the drive mechanism. A minimum value in a vehicle width direction of a distance between a detection surface and an inner surface of the window glass at a lower edge of the detection surface is smaller than a minimum value of a distance therebetween at an upper edge of the detection surface.
VEHICLE COMPONENT
A vehicle component (1) has a component part (2) for arranging on a vehicle door (10) of a motor vehicle (100). An alignment system (3) with an alignment element (4) and with a fixed point structure (5) is arranged on the vehicle door (10) for aligning the component part (2) in a defined mounting position. The alignment element (4) comprises a first connecting portion (14) for fastening to the fixed point structure (5) and a second connecting portion (24) for fastening the component part (2). Starting from the fixed point structure (5), the component part (2) is thereby positionable in the defined mounting position by the alignment element (4). The fixed point structure (5) is a door lock device (6), and the component part (2) is a paneling component part (7) of the vehicle door (10).
Backdoor structure for vehicle
A backdoor structure for a vehicle, the backdoor structure comprising an upper window and a lower window, a rear spoiler disposed between the windows and projecting toward the rear of the vehicle, a backdoor frame supporting both windows and the rear spoiler, and a resin panel, wherein the resin panel comprises a window portion functioning as the lower window and a spoiler portion functioning as the rear spoiler, the window portion and the spoiler portion being integrated by resin molding.
Single-rail window regulator assembly
A single-rail window regulator for moving a side window of a vehicle in an upward direction and in a downward direction includes a guide rail defining and a carrier plate having a central guide structure for movably engaging the guide rail, a first lateral extension extending to a first lateral side of the guide rail, and a second lateral extension extending to a second lateral side of the guide rail body opposite the first lateral side. The carrier plate has a first cable attachment pocket on the first lateral extension and a second cable attachment pocket on the second lateral extension. Accordingly, the two attachment pockets are arranged on opposite lateral sides. As one cable end pulls the carrier plate upward and the other cable end pulls the carrier plate downward, the arrangement causes torques in the same rotational direction, even when reversing the direction of movement.
MOTOR VEHICLE DOOR WITH DISPLACEABLE REAR SIDE AND QUARTER WINDOWS
A motor vehicle door includes a door body, a first window carried on the door body and a second window carried on the door body. A window drive system displaces the first and second windows between opened and closed positons. A window regulator system is also disclosed.
