VEHICLE-BODY STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE
There are provided a vehicle-body frame member forming an opening portion for entrance at a vehicle side part and a front side door provided so as to open and close the opening portion. The vehicle-body frame member comprises a side sill, the front side door comprises a door panel portion provided with an inner lower portion which overlaps with the side sill in a vehicle wide view and reinforcement portions provided at two side-portions of a peripheral part of the door panel portion which are continuous and include the inner lower portion such that the reinforcement portions overlap with the vehicle-body frame member in a vehicle side view.
VEHICLE-BODY STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE
A side door comprises a door panel portion and a reinforcement portion (a lower-side reinforcement portion and others). The door panel portion is provided to cover an opening portion for entrance and configured such that its peripheral part overlaps with an opening-portion-forming vehicle-body frame member (a side sill and others) in a vehicle side view. The reinforcement portion is provided at the peripheral part of the door panel portion such that it overlaps with the opening-portion-forming vehicle-body frame member in the vehicle side view, thereby reinforcing the peripheral part of the door panel portion against a collision load applied to the side door from a vehicle side. The reinforcement portion is provided at a portion of the peripheral part of the door panel portion which includes a part corresponding to the vehicle-width-direction-extending vehicle-body frame member (a first floor cross member and others).
VEHICLE SIDE BODY STRUCTURE
To improve bending rigidity of a side sill against an inward load in a vehicle width direction during a lateral collision while suppressing a weight increase of the side sill, a vehicle side body structure includes: a side sill; a wheel house, a front lower portion; a center pillar; and a door formed to be opened at a position above the side sill and behind the center pillar. A rear portion of an impact bar provided to the door overlaps the rear portion of the side sill in side view when the door is closed. The side sill includes a reinforcing member reinforcing bending rigidity against an inward load. The side sill reinforcing member is provided in an intermediate portion of the side sill where the center pillar is located and the rear portion of the side sill in a longitudinal direction of the side sill.
Door inner panel and method for manufacturing door inner panel
This door inner panel is a door inner panel formed of a metal sheet and includes a first panel portion having a first top sheet portion and a first standing wall portion connected to the first top sheet portion, a second panel portion having a second top sheet portion disposed with a gap with the first top sheet portion of the first panel portion and a second standing wall portion connected to the second top sheet portion, a flange portion connected to the first standing wall portion and the second standing wall portion, and a flat sheet portion disposed between the first panel portion and the second panel portion, the first standing wall portion and the second standing wall portion respectively have a level difference portion, and both ends of the flat sheet portion are integrated with the flange portion or the level difference portions.
Carrier device for a motor vehicle
It is provided a carrier device for a motor vehicle having a base carrier which is substantially formed by an organo sheet and which extends along a main plane. The base carrier has at least one separation on which a material region is molded out from the main plane while forming at least one free space, such that said material region is spaced apart from an adjacent region of the base carrier by at least one portion, wherein the at least one free space is at least partially filled with an injection of thermoplastic material and/or with a separate insert element, such that the portion of the molded-out material region and the adjacent region are connected to one another thereby.
Outer skin module of a vehicle door and vehicle door having such an outer skin module
An outer skin module of a vehicle door has a side impact support for stiffening the vehicle door, a shell-shaped outer skin having a shell edge, and a peripheral mounting frame on its edge, which is connected to the shell edge of the outer skin for fixing the outer skin to a door shell of the vehicle door. The mounting frame and the side impact support are designed as one-piece module components.
Door for vehicle
A door of a vehicle may include a first door module forming a door skeleton and a second door module coupled with the first door module, wherein the second door module includes a door window and may include a relatively lightweight material as compared to the first door module and a hollow portion is formed along an edge portion of the second door module forming the door window, reducing weight and cost of the door.
Door module, motor vehicle door and method for securing a door module onto a door structure
A door module for a motor vehicle door having a module carrier which is formed substantially by organic sheet, a longitudinally extending channel which is formed integrally in the organic sheet of the module carrier, an insertion opening which extends along the direction of extent of the channel and via which a reinforcement element of the motor vehicle door is insertable into the channel, and at least one functional element which is fixed to the module carrier and which crosses the channel and thereby partially covers the longitudinally extending insertion opening thereof. In the organic sheet of the module carrier, there is formed an elastically deformable bending region which enables the channel to be bent open at least in sections, and/or enables the channel to be bent away from the functional element, in order to open up the insertion opening of the channel for the insertion of the reinforcement element.
Module carrier for a door module of a motor vehicle door and method of producing the same
It is provided a module carrier for a door module of a motor vehicle door, wherein at least one functional element is to be fixed to the module carrier. The module carrier is formed substantially by an organic sheet and is delimited by an encircling outer edge with at least one sealing element. On the module carrier, there is provided a multiplicity of interfaces firstly for fixing the module carrier to a door structure of a motor vehicle door and secondly for connecting the at least one functional element and/or further components of the door module to the module carrier.
BODYWORK PART COMPRISING A LOCK LOOP
The invention relates to a bodywork part (1) of a motor vehicle which comprises a main body (2) of plastic material and at least one structural reinforcement (5) fastened at least partially to a first part (3) main body (2). The piece(1) further comprises at least one connecting member (7) of the first part (3) and of a second part (4) of the main body (2) comprising an end (8), a portion of which forms a lock loop (9) around a clamping element (13) so as to secure the connecting member (7), the structural reinforcement (5) and the first part (3).
