Motor vehicle
A motor vehicle includes a tailgate which has an inner panel, a reinforcing component and an outer panel. The inner component or the outer component is flanged on an end portion, forming a cavity or intermediate space. An adhesive is placed in the intermediate space. An end portion of the non-flanged component is arranged in the intermediate space. An intermediate space is formed between an inner surface of the inner component and an inner surface of the outer component and is filled with adhesive. The end portion of the middle component present in each case is arranged in the intermediate space.

A door of a vehicle may include a first door module forming a door skeleton; and a second door module coupled with the first door module and forming a door window; wherein the second door module includes a relatively lightweight material as compared to the first door module; a reinforcement member is inserted along an edge portion forming the door window of the second door module; and a stepped portion is formed at the reinforcement member, reducing weight and cost of the door of the vehicle.

For this purpose, it is provided according to the invention that a groove for accommodating the light conducting element is formed on the contact surface of the housing element in such a way that a user-accessible contact side of the light conducting element completes the contact surface in a flush and uninterrupted manner in an opening area of the groove on the contact surface of the housing element.
ADJUSTABLE LOCATOR FOR INTERIOR TRIM PANEL OF VEHICLE
A locator assembly for an interior trim panel of a vehicle comprises a bracket and an adjustable locator. The bracket is disposed in the interior trim panel. The adjustable locator comprises a locator pin and is rotatably supported by the bracket. The adjustable locator is capable of rotating from a first positon to a second position. The locator pin is disposed in a first location when the adjustable locator is in the first position. The locator pin is disposed in a second location when the adjustable locator is in the second position. The first location of the locator pin is displaced a first distance in a first direction from the second location of the locator pin.
VEHICLE BODY PANEL REINFORCEMENT
A vehicle structure includes a body panel, a first spring anchor, a second spring anchor; and an elongated spring having a first end disposed at a first spring anchor and a second end disposed at a second spring anchor. The spring is preloaded when assembled to form an apex between the first end and the second end. The apex is disposed adjacent to the body panel to provide an outward force on the body panel.

A vehicle door according to an exemplary embodiment enhances coupling strength through structural coupling by molding a window frame of a door module assembled between a door trim and the door panel with a separate aluminum injection product, and insert-injection molding a coupling portion of the window frame to a module body, and a groove is formed along the coupling portion of the window frame coupled to the module body to easily distinguish respective parts and serve to carry out sealing in injection molding.
VEHICLE-BODY STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE
There are provided a vehicle-body frame member forming an opening portion for entrance at a vehicle side part and a front side door provided so as to open and close the opening portion. The vehicle-body frame member comprises a side sill, the front side door comprises a door panel portion provided with an inner lower portion which overlaps with the side sill in a vehicle wide view and reinforcement portions provided at two side-portions of a peripheral part of the door panel portion which are continuous and include the inner lower portion such that the reinforcement portions overlap with the vehicle-body frame member in a vehicle side view.
VEHICLE DOOR ASSEMBLY
A vehicle door assembly with an inner door panel, an outer door panel and a reinforcement assembly. A first attachment area is defined adjacent to an upper edge and a forward edge and a second attachment area is defined adjacent to the upper edge and a rearward edge of the inner door panel. The inner door panel and the outer door panel are fixedly attached to one another and define a hollow space therebetween. The reinforcement assembly has a first end fixedly attached to the first attachment area of the inner door panel and a second end fixedly attached to the second attachment area of the inner door panel. A mid-section extends of the reinforcement assembly extends along the upper edge of the outer door panel. The mid-section of the reinforcement assembly and the upper edge of the inner door panel define a window receiving slot therebetween.
CLOSURE ASSEMBLY WITH ARTICULATING HINGE COVER
A closure system includes a closure panel assembly and a hinge assembly configured to connect the closure panel assembly to a body. The hinge assembly includes a first hinge and a second hinge configured to be pivotably secured to the body and to the closure panel assembly in parallel, the hinge assembly establishing a four-bar linkage. The closure system includes a hinge cover configured to be fixed to the first hinge and pivotably connected to the closure panel assembly. The closure panel assembly is movable between a closed position and an open position via pivoting of the first hinge and the second hinge, the closure panel assembly at least partially covering the opening in the closed position and at least partially uncovering the opening in the open position. The hinge cover articulated alongside the first hinge and at least partially covers the first hinge in the closed position.
Vehicle door and door providing method
A vehicle assembly includes, among other things, a vehicle door changeable back and forth between a first configuration and a second configuration. In the first configuration, the vehicle door is provided by an inner module coupled to an outer module. In the second configuration, the vehicle door is provided by the inner module without the outer module. A door providing method includes providing a vehicle door in a first configuration using an inner module coupled to an outer module. The method further includes providing the vehicle door in a second configuration using the inner module without the outer module.
