A vehicle door includes an inner panel and a trim panel portion connected to the inner panel. The trim panel portion includes an inner surface facing the inner panel. At least one holding device for an object is disposed on the inner surface and the trim panel portion is pivotable between a closed position adjacent the inner panel and an open position, in which the holding device is accessible, wherein a storage space for the object to be held by the holding device is provided in both positions.

A door-trim panel for a vehicle includes an armrest and a top roll extending upwardly from the armrest to an upper end. The upper end has an inboard portion and an outboard portion and the upper end is elongated along a longitudinal axis. The top roll includes pairs of ribs spaced from each other along the longitudinal axis. The pairs of ribs include an inboard rib extending from the inboard portion toward the outboard portion to an outboard end. The pairs of ribs include an outboard rib adjacent to and spaced from the inboard rib of that pair. The outboard rib extends from the outboard portion toward the inboard portion to an inboard end of the outboard rib. The inboard ribs and outboard ribs are elongated transverse to the longitudinal axis. The inboard end and the outboard end are spaced from the inboard portion of the top roll.

The protective system provides suitable covering of window and door locks, and other electrical switches and buttons, typically found within or near to a vehicle's armrest. This in turn prevents accidental actuation of the switches by a pet in the vehicle. The hook-n-loop actually comprises hook-n-loop section which connects to the door as well as a hook-n-loop which connects to the attachment mechanism.

Starting from the fixed point structure (5), the component part (2) is thereby positionable in the defined mounting position by the alignment element (4). The fixed point structure (5) is a door lock device (6), and the component part (2) is a paneling component part (7) of the vehicle door (10).

The door trim panel (3) accommodates flexible spacers (4) that make contact with planar portions of the door frame (2). Each spacer (4) has a ribbed structure (11) in the region of contact with the door frame (2). Disclosed is a structure for a hybrid-type door, which is capable of preventing deformation caused by difference in thermal expansion coefficient between an outer panel of aluminum alloy and an inner panel of iron steel. The structure for a hybrid-type door may include an inner panel and an outer panel made of different material from the inner panel. In particular, an end portion of the inner panel may be hemmed by an end portion of the outer panel with the end portions of the inner panel and the outer panel being brought into contact with each other. A sealer may be applied to a contact area at which the inner panel and the outer panel are brought into contact with each other, and the sealer may include a first sealer that may be curable at a room temperature, and a second sealer that may be curable at a temperature greater than a curing temperature of the first sealer.
