Structure for assisting opening and closing of lower door
A structure for assisting with opening and closing of a lower door includes a lower door having an upper end configured to be rotated open with respect to a bottom surface of a vehicle body, and a rotary unit configured to be fixed to the bottom surface of the vehicle body and configured to rotate in opposite directions to assist with opening and closing of the lower door.
Utility vehicle
A utility vehicle includes a vehicle body frame, a hinge base attached to the vehicle body frame, a door provided to be openable and closable in a vehicle width direction with respect to the vehicle body frame, a hinge bracket attached to the door, and an intermediate bracket that is pivotably attached to the hinge base and to which the hinge bracket is attached. The hinge bracket is configured so that a position thereof with respect to the intermediate bracket can be adjusted, and thereby the door is configured to be adjustable in a vertical position.
Lower gate stopper structure
An embodiment lower gate stopper structure includes a stopper unit configured to protrude from an upper end of a groove positioned adjacent to an inner surface of a gate, a rack unit connected to the stopper unit and configured to move longitudinally to cause the stopper unit to protrude, and a controller configured to selectively control protrusion of the stopper unit based on an open or closed state of the gate.
TRUCK LOAD BED WITH SIDE OPENING GULL WING DOORS
An enclosure for protecting a load comprises a truck bed to hold items, a front wall affixed to a proximal end of a width of the truck bed, and a rear wall affixed to a distal end of the width. A main header member runs along the length of the truck bed connecting the rear and front walls to form a central mounting point along a length of the truck bed that is disposed at a maximum height of the rear wall and the front wall. A passenger side gull wing door and a driver side gull wing door are mounted to the main header member by a plurality of hinges affixed to the main header member and which provide a movable joint for the gull wing doors. One or more hydraulic lift cylinders are operative to raise and lower a respective gull wing door.
VARIABLE EXPANSION APPARATUS FOR ACTIVITY SPACE OF CAMPING CAR
The present disclosure provides a house expander for a camping car, in which residential activities are made in the activity space created by the variable member provided in the cargo box and a variable device when the camping car is used for camping or residence and the camping car travels as a wing body tower vehicle as the variable member is received in a variable member arranging space of the cargo box.
Multi-linkage vehicle door hinge
A multi-linkage vehicle door hinge and door hinge system for use in passenger vehicle entry/exit doors. The door hinge includes a first four bar linkage connected to a second four bar linkage. The door hinge operates to move a vehicle door panel between a closed position and an open position along a path of travel in a movement envelope that is parallel to the exterior surface of the vehicle. In one aspect, the door hinge provides twice as much lift as is required to package the door hinge in the vehicle. In another aspect, the door panel further rotates toward the vehicle centerline for applications having low vertical clearance. In another aspect, the door hinge includes a six-bar linkage.
VERTICAL LIFT DOOR FOR VEHICLES
A door of a vehicle, such as a side-by-side utility vehicle, opens vertically about a door pivot. Opening of the door is facilitated by an actuator that secures to the door behind the door pivot. The actuator may also secure to a door frame behind the door pivot. The door may have a range of motion such that at least a portion of the door is positioned forward of the door pivot when opened. The actuator may be a gas spring that may include damping. The actuator may be mounted between panels of the door and may extend through a slot defined by the door to secure to the door frame.
Unmanned protective vehicle for protecting manned vehicles
One embodiment of an unmanned protective vehicle (UPV) includes a chassis, wheels, an engine, a barrier fixed to the chassis, and an autonomous driving system. The UPV has an opening which enables a manned vehicle to enter a space that is protected by the barrier. And the autonomous driving system is configured to drive the UPV in cooperation with the manned vehicle, while the manned vehicle is located inside the space. Having the manned vehicle inside the space of the UPV improves the survivability of the manned vehicle following a collision, while the manned vehicle is located inside the space, compared to the survivability of the manned vehicle following a collision, while the manned vehicle is not located inside the space.
Connection system for house and vehicle
A connection system for a house and a vehicle, may include a vehicle door provided in the vehicle to open or close a vehicle entrance through which a passenger enters or exits the vehicle and allowing an internal space of the vehicle to be exposed into the house when authenticated by the house; and a hatch provided in a house entrance on a side wall of the house to selectively couple the house entrance and the vehicle entrance with each other so that an internal space of the vehicle and an internal space of the house are connected to each other in a state that the vehicle door is open when the authenticated vehicle is parked on a side of the house entrance.
Modular retractable door assembly for open-air vehicle and method of articulation during stowage and deployment
A modular retractable door assembly for open-air vehicle and method of articulation during stowage and deployment. The assembly is operable with an open-air vehicle to selectively cover and uncover the passenger side openings of the vehicle with doors and rear panels that pivot and slide inwardly and outwardly to selectively cover passenger side openings in the vehicle, and stow away in a roof enclosure. Two doors and two rear panels hingedly articulate between a deployed position covering the passenger openings; and a stowed position stowed on a pair of stacked rails inside a roof enclosure. The door and rear panel operate independently of each other. Multiple upper hinge members allow the doors and rear panels to pivot about a longitudinal roof support members of the vehicle. The door and rear panels slide in and out of the roof enclosure along traversing roof support members inside the roof enclosure.
