DOOR IMPACT BEAM

A main body (2) has door attaching portions respectively formed on both end sides of a long longitudinal direction thereof and a bending deformation generation portion (3) disposed between the door attaching portions, and the bending deformation generation portion (3) has a groove bottom portion (4), two edge line portions (5a, 5b), two vertical wall portions (6a, 6b), two curved portions (7a, 7b), and two flanges (8a, 8b). There is provided a bead (13) which is formed toward the longitudinal direction of the main body (2) in a part of the groove bottom portion (4) in a manner to project in a shape having a curved surface toward the outside of a cross-sectional shape of the bending deformation generation portion (3) so as to oppose an impact load acting on a door impact beam (1).

The problem to be solved is to provide a door frame and a method of manufacturing the same, with reducing manufacturing cost. A door frame has a rear sash (vertical sash) (41) for supporting door glass and has a lock-device mounting bracket (door-frame component) (70) attached by welding to the rear sash (41) and having formed therein through-holes (70e, 70d) for welding. Weld beads (73, 75) are formed between the rear sash (41) and the wall surfaces of the through-holes (70e, 70d) for welding, the through-holes (70e, 70d) being formed in the lock-device mounting bracket (70).

VEHICULAR DOOR

A vehicular door includes an outer panel having an external side surface that is configured as an outer wall surface of a vehicle and an inner panel disposed on a vehicular interior side with respect to the outer panel and having an interior side surface that faces a compartment space of the vehicle. The inner panel includes at least a first panel member and a second panel member. Each of the first panel member and the second panel member includes a non-overlapping portion that has the interior side surface facing the compartment space and an exterior side surface directly facing the outer panel without having any panels between the non-overlapping portion and the outer panel.

AUTOMOBILE DOOR BEAM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME

An automobile door beam made of a 7000 series aluminum alloy extruded material, including: Zn: 7.5 to 9.0 mass %, Mg: 1.5 to 2.0 mass %, Cu: 0.1 to 0.7 mass %, Si: 0.15 mass % or less (including 0 mass %), Fe: 0.3 mass % or less (including 0 mass %), Ti: 0.2 mass % or less (not including 0 mass %), and one or more of Mn, Cr, and Zr: 0.10 to 0.50 mass % in total within a range of Mn: 0.30 mass % or less (not including 0 mass %), Cr: 0.25 mass % or less (not including 0 mass %), and Zr: 0.25 mass % or less (not including 0 mass %) with Al and inevitable impurities. The automobile door beam includes a bonding portion to be subjected to mastic bonding, and Mg and Al satisfy [Mg]/[Al]10.0 where [Mg] and [Al] indicate the contents of Mg and Al at the surface of the bonding portion expressed in mass %, respectively.
