A door module for a motor vehicle door having a module carrier which is formed substantially by organic sheet, a longitudinally extending channel which is formed integrally in the organic sheet of the module carrier, an insertion opening which extends along the direction of extent of the channel and via which a reinforcement element of the motor vehicle door is insertable into the channel, and at least one functional element which is fixed to the module carrier and which crosses the channel and thereby partially covers the longitudinally extending insertion opening thereof. In the organic sheet of the module carrier, there is formed an elastically deformable bending region which enables the channel to be bent open at least in sections, and/or enables the channel to be bent away from the functional element, in order to open up the insertion opening of the channel for the insertion of the reinforcement element.
Module carrier for a door module of a motor vehicle door and method of producing the same
It is provided a module carrier for a door module of a motor vehicle door, wherein at least one functional element is to be fixed to the module carrier. The module carrier is formed substantially by an organic sheet and is delimited by an encircling outer edge with at least one sealing element. On the module carrier, there is provided a multiplicity of interfaces firstly for fixing the module carrier to a door structure of a motor vehicle door and secondly for connecting the at least one functional element and/or further components of the door module to the module carrier.
INTERFACING ELEMENT FOR A LOCK ZONE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE DOOR
The invention relates to an interfacing element (12) of a lock zone (14) of a door of a motor vehicle, and the interfacing element (12) comprises: a support (16) made of plastic material, intended to be attached to a lining (11) of the door, the lining (11) being made of plastic material; and a reinforcing plate (17) of the lock zone (14) onto which a lock is intended to be fastened, the plate (17) being integrated to the support (16) by overmolding. The support (16) is made of a material having a Young's modulus lower than that of the plastic material of the lining (11) of the door, and a coefficient of elongation at break greater than that of the plastic material of the lining (11) of the door. The invention further relates to a sub-assembly (10) of motor vehicle, comprising a lining (11) of tailgate and an interfacing element (12) according to the invention fastened onto an outer face (13) of the lining (11).
Hemming structure for hybrid-type door
Disclosed is a structure for a hybrid-type door, which is capable of preventing deformation caused by difference in thermal expansion coefficient between an outer panel of aluminum alloy and an inner panel of iron steel. The structure for a hybrid-type door may include an inner panel and an outer panel made of different material from the inner panel. In particular, an end portion of the inner panel may be hemmed by an end portion of the outer panel with the end portions of the inner panel and the outer panel being brought into contact with each other. A sealer may be applied to a contact area at which the inner panel and the outer panel are brought into contact with each other, and the sealer may include a first sealer that may be curable at a room temperature, and a second sealer that may be curable at a temperature greater than a curing temperature of the first sealer.
Bodywork panel comprising added stiffening elements
A vehicle bodywork panel is formed by an outer wall supported by a structural lining. The structural lining is produced by molding a plastic or composite material. The structural lining may include stiffeners arranged to provide said bodywork panel with a given amount of mechanical strength. One or more added connection elements connect separate fastening points disposed on the structural lining and each end of each of the connection elements is inserted into a housing disposed on a stiffener. The rigidity of the connection elements is adapted to suppress a vibration response of the stiffeners. The housing and the connection element may form a flush-mounted connection.
Door module for a motor vehicle door
It is provided a door module for a motor vehicle door, having a module carrier which is formed substantially by organic sheet, an attachment region of the module carrier, which is surrounded by a stamped protuberance of the organic sheet, a window regulator drive, arranged in the attachment region, of a motor vehicle window regulator, and at least one flexible traction mechanism proceeding from the window regulator drive and coupled thereto, which traction mechanism extends along the module carrier. In the attachment region of the module carrier, a longitudinally extending stiffening region is formed, which is formed at least partially as a stamped protuberance of the organic sheet and which runs along the direction of extent of a section of the flexible traction mechanism.
Opening part of a motor vehicle
The invention relates to an opening part of a motor vehicle comprising a reinforcing element extending at least partially along a main plane, intended to reinforce fasteners and the environment of a lock of the opening part, and an envelope made from plastic, comprising an inner part overmolded at least partially on an inner face of the reinforcing element. The reinforcing element comprises at least one orifice, and the envelope comprises at least one external part including a segment passing through said orifice and a covering part locally covering one edge of the orifice on an outer face of the reinforcing element.
Add-on part of a vehicle body
An add-on part (1) of a vehicle body, such as a door (1) or tailgate, has interconnected inner and outer parts (2, 4) and reinforced portions (5, 6) and a reinforcing device (7) connecting said reinforced portions (5, 6). The reinforcing device (7) has arms (8, 9, 18, 19), and, in the region of the ends of the arms (8, 9, 18, 19), the reinforcing device (7) is connected in a force-fitting and/or form-fitting manner to the reinforced portions (5, 6). Such an add-on part, while having a structurally simple design and relatively low weight, ensures particularly good stiffening properties.
