Roof system for a vehicle

A roof system for a vehicle having an opening in a roof includes a panel and a guide rail at each longitudinal side of said opening. An operating mechanism operates the closure panel in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The operating mechanism includes a front device including a lever for moving the front edge of the panel in a vertical direction. A driving slide is slidably accommodated in each guide rail and is drivable by a drive member. The lever is connected to the driving slide through a pin-curve assembly and is provided with a slide-shoe. A curve of the pin-curve assembly has a first curve section extending horizontally allowing a pin to slide along to move the rear of the panel vertically. A locking curve section extends mainly in vertical direction to allow the driving slide to rotate the lever.

Sunroof drive apparatus and related sunroof assemblies for use with vehicles

Sunroof drive apparatus and related sunroof assemblies for use with vehicles are disclosed. A disclosed assembly includes a sunroof panel, a rail, a guide block attached to part of the rail, a bracket beneath the sunroof panel, a link in the rail removably connected to the guide block, and a drive shoe in the rail slidably coupled to the link. The drive shoe includes first and second slots to receive respective first and second pins of the link. The link can rotate about a rotation axis from a first orientation in which the link is inseparable from the guide block to a target orientation in which the link is separable from the guide block. When the first pin enters a locking area at an end of the first slot, the drive shoe imparts one or more loads on the first pin that urge the link into the target orientation.

The present invention relates to refrigerated trucks, more particularly to a refrigerated truck with side doors, including a refrigerated compartment, a chiller, a partition plate, glass plates, top plates, rotating shafts, side doors, support plates, air curtains, floors, base plates, slots, recessed handles, rails, moveable windows, moving handles and grooves. In the refrigerated truck with side doors of the present invention, doors are arranged on both sides of the refrigerated compartment, and the air curtains are used, which effectively reduces the amount of cold air loss and hot air intrusion, thereby reducing energy consumption of the chiller. Moreover, the support plates are configured to play an auxiliary role in both bearing load and keeping the balance. The present invention makes a contribution to energy saving of the refrigerated truck.

SUNROOF DEVICE

In a sunroof device, each support member and each driving shoe include a pressing portion and an elastic body, respectively, that, when the driving shoe moves from a first position toward a second position, come close to each other and, when the driving shoe is positioned between the second position and a third position, come into contact with each other. When the driving shoe is positioned between the second position and the third position, the pressing portion presses the elastic body in a direction perpendicular to a width direction. A length in the width direction of the elastic body is longer than the pressing portion.
