20190165530 · 2019-05-30 · ·

An extra part draw-in mechanism includes a central axis having a winding face for the flat cable on its outer circumferential face, a rotary body arranged around the central axis and rotatably supported with the central axis at a center of the rotary body, an urging member that urges the rotary body in a winding direction of the flat cable, and a slit that is formed in the central axis and has an opening in the winding face of the central axis to accept and hold the flat cable. The opening of the slit in the winding face of the central axis is curved along a winding direction.

Drive device for a roof component of a vehicle

A drive device for a roof component of a vehicle, such as, for instance, a sliding roof and a solar protection roller blind, may have an electric motor which for activating the roof component interacts with a gearbox. The electric motor here is an external rotor electric motor of a flat construction mode which is aligned so as to be parallel to the installation height of the drive device in a vehicle roof and which has a wheel-shaped external rotor which by way of a toothing provided on the external circumference of the latter engages with the gearbox.

OPENING AND CLOSING MECHANISM AND SUNROOF DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

An opening and closing mechanism includes a connecting member and a sliding member. A movable panel of a sunroof device is fastened to the connecting member which has a plate-type connecting member main body extending in a front-rear direction, and a thickness direction of the connecting member main body coincides with a width direction. The connecting member main body is formed with a through hole which goes through the connecting member main body in the width direction and extends along the specified curve in the front-rear direction. The sliding member has a sliding member main body formed by sheet metal, the sliding member main body includes a pair of vertical walls and a connecting wall which connects upper ends of the vertical walls, and the connecting wall engages with and slides in the through hole so the connecting member inclines in an up-down direction or moves in the front-rear direction.

A method for producing a drive cable holder for a vehicle roof, which may have the steps of providing a component for the vehicle roof; positioning the component in a moulding tool; providing a guide tube for a drive cable; positioning the guide tube in the moulding tool; introducing a plastic into the moulding tool such that the plastic completely radially surrounds the drive cable at least in sections and such that the plastic comes into contact with a surface of the component; and thereby forming the drive cable holder which is secured to the component.

Pinch detection system

An open-roof assembly for a vehicle roof comprises a moveably arranged closure member, a drive assembly for moving the closure member and a control unit operatively coupled to the drive assembly. The control unit comprises a pinch detection unit for detecting a pinch of the closure member with an object. The pinch detection unit comprises a first pinch detection system and a second pinch detection system. The first pinch detection system is configured to detect a pinch with a soft object and the second pinch detection system is configured to detect a pinch with a hard object. The pinch detection unit is configured to adapt a configuration setting of the first pinch detection system upon detection of a pinch with a hard object by the second pinch detection unit to configure the first pinch detection system to detect a pinch with said hard object.

STRUCTURE OF ELECTRIC SUNSHADE AND SUNROOF

A structure of an electric sunshade and a sunroof may include glass sleds which both open and close a sunroof glass by sliding in a longitudinal direction along mechanism rails disposed at both sides of a roof panel of a vehicle, wherein a front sled and a rear sled are rotatably coupled to both end portions of each of glass sleds, respectively, main cable devices which are connected to a driving motor by a cable, and movable along the mechanism rails, and separately include a cable protrusion slidably accommodated in glass grooves formed in lateral surfaces of the front sled, the rear sled, and the glass sled, and sunshade sleds which are selectively coupled to the main cable devices, and slide to open or close the sunshade.
