The protruding portion protrudes on a vehicle exterior side relative to a vehicle interior side surface of the insertion portion. The protruding portion is formed by deforming a portion of the facing portion which is closer to the lid portion of the end cap relative to the catch surface.

When a vehicle is manufactured, the sealing component is formed as an initial sealing component integrally formed with the flange holding component to be removable from the flange holding component. After removal of the initial sealing component from the flange holding component, opposite edges of a replacement sealing component having an outwardly convex shape are coupled to the respective opposite edges of the flange holding component. Accordingly, the replacement sealing component is substituted for the initial sealing component.
