DEVICE FOR GUIDING A SLIDING GLASS OF A MOTOR-VEHICLE SIDE DOOR
A guiding device for a sliding glass of a side door of a motor-vehicle comprises a sealing and guiding gasket guiding the sliding glass, secured to the structure of the door, and having a part extending along a door upright and into the lower structure of the door. This gasket part comprises two separate portions, namely an upper gasket portion, which extends along the door upright and is secured within a space defined between the door upright and an aesthetic panel of plastic material; and a lower gasket portion, which is arranged within the lower door structure and is assembled within a channel element of plastic material mounted within the lower door structure. The channel element of plastic material has an upper end portion protruding above the upper end of the lower gasket portion, and having inclined inner surfaces configured to guide the insertion of the glass into the lower gasket portion during assembly of the door.
Automotive door sealing member and method for manufacturing the same
When an exterior portion is provided on an exterior surface of an extrusion-molded portion of a sealing member having the extrusion-molded portion and a mold-formed portion, while appearance is made favorable, the exterior portion is inhibited from being damaged. A glass run 20 includes an upper glass run edge 20a which is extrusion-molded, a rear connecting part 20f which is molded integrally with one end portion of the upper glass run edge 20a, and an exterior portion 29 provided on an exterior surface of the upper glass run edge 20a. A surface Si of the rear connecting part 20g on an outside of a passenger compartment is located further outside than a surface of the exterior portion.

VEHICLE WINDOW PART
A vehicle window parts assembly includes a fixed window glass with a division bar, the fixed window glass with a division bar including a fixed window glass having an outer periphery, a resin frame attached to the periphery, and a division bar attached to a surface of the resin frame opposite to the fixed window glass and having a guide portion formed therein, such that the resin frame and the division bar are integrally molded to the fixed window glass as an integral molded product; and a glass run including a first glass run vertical side, a second glass run vertical side, and a glass run upper side connecting the first glass run vertical side and the second glass run vertical side; wherein the glass run further includes a first coupler, and the fixed window glass with a division bar further includes a second coupler.
AUTOMOTIVE DOOR SEALING MEMBER
An object of the present disclosure is to generate a click feeling, and thus improve workability, in attaching a trim strip member to a sealing member, and to increase a retaining force retaining the trim strip member to the sealing member after the attachment, without an increase in the number of components and the number of assembling steps. A trim strip member 40 includes an upper engagement portion 42 and a lower engagement portion 43 at an upper portion and a lower portion of the trim strip member, respectively. A side of a sealing member body 21 facing outside of a passenger compartment includes a portion made of a rigid material that is harder than an elastic material, and is provided with an upper protrusion 25a and a lower protrusion 25b spaced apart from each other in a vertical direction, the upper protrusion 25a and the lower protrusion 25b respectively engaging with the upper engagement portion 42 and the lower engagement portion 43 of the trim strip member 40.
Door frame for vehicles
A door frame for a vehicle includes an inner frame configured such that a roof part corresponding to a roof of a vehicle body and a pillar part corresponding to a pillar of the vehicle body extend to be integrated with each other. A first outer frame is configured to extend along the roof part of the inner frame and to be coupled to the roof part so that a first glass run is fixed to the first outer frame. A second outer frame is configured to extend along the pillar part and to be coupled to the pillar part so that a second glass run is fixed to the second outer frame. The first glass run and the second glass run are both capable of absorbing impact when the door glass is inserted thereinto.

MOTOR VEHICLE SIDE DOOR AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING THE SAME
A motor vehicle side door includes a glass panel, a frame, and an elastomer run seal. The elastomer run seal includes at least one protruding rib that is located and dimensioned so as to be able to come into abutment against a free end of an inner wall of the frame when the at least one ascending strand is in a preliminary mounting position on the frame, and to be able to come into abutment against an inner wall of the frame when the at least one ascending strand is in a final mounting position on the frame, a gap between both inner and outer walls having a size which is higher when the run seal is in the preliminary mounting position than when it is in the final mounting position.
