Weather Strip
A weather strip made of an elastic material includes an insert member having a plurality of through holes which is embedded in a corner portion of the weather strip. In the corner portion, a clip insertion hole in which a clip for attaching the corner portion to the automobile body is insertable is formed, and in the insert member, a clip hole is formed in a position corresponding to the clip insertion hole. In the outer peripheral portion of the clip hole, an additional hole communicating with the clip hole is formed, and the elastic materials of which the corner portion is made and that are situated on the obverse and reverse sides of the insert member are united together through the additional hole.
ENCAPSULATED FIXED WINDOW MODULE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
An encapsulated fixed window module for a motor vehicle, comprising: a fixed window pane having an exterior surface, an interior surface, and a peripheral edge extending between the exterior and interior surfaces; at least one trim strip extending along at least a portion of the peripheral edge, the trim strip comprising a first longitudinal profile which is U-shaped in cross section and which has an exterior wall, an interior wall, and a lateral wall connecting the exterior and interior walls, the first profile defining a longitudinal groove configured to receive a guiding mean carried by a movable window pane, wherein the exterior wall of the first profile faces the interior surface and is secured thereto by an over-molded material which does not cover the peripheral edge along the first profile, and wherein the exterior wall has a longitudinal edge which is opposite to the lateral wall and which is substantially aligned with the peripheral edge in a plane that is perpendicular to the fixed window pane.
MOUNTING PORTION STRUCTURE OF DOOR MIRROR
A door mirror has a mirror base attached to a door-side panel, and a mirror seal disposed between the mirror base and the door-side panel. A concave section at least a part thereof is formed by an outer edge portion of the mirror seal and that opens toward a side of a door is provided at an inner side of a front edge portion of the mirror base. A door weatherstrip has a wind entering restriction wall that crosses a front side of the door-side panel and protrudes in a vehicle outer side than the door-side panel, and that is inserted into the concave section.

VEHICULAR SEAL CARRIER SYSTEM
A seal system for retaining a seal in between a fixed quarter glass and a moveable window glass can include a first seal carrier attached to the fixed quarter glass, a second seal carrier attached to the first seal carrier, a seal retained by the first and second seal carriers, and a beauty cover disposed over the first and second seal carriers when viewed from inside a vehicle. The seal system can be assembled by attaching the first seal carrier to the quarter glass, joining the second seal carrier to the first seal carrier, placing the seal such that it is retained by the first and second seal carriers, and fitting the first and second seal carriers with the beauty cover. When assembled, the seal system retains the seal to seal the vehicle between the fixed quarter glass and the movable window glass.
Sealing structure for vehicle door
A gap formed in a front portion of a door is easily and reliably filled so that occurrence of noise is reduced. A frame front side portion retaining a glass run front side portion being inserted is provided in a front portion of a window frame. A front side of an outer panel is provided with a mirror base to which a mirror base cover is attached. A rear edge of the mirror base is provided with a rear plate portion extending to a cabin inner side. A gap is formed between the frame front side portion and the rear plate portion. An outer sealing plate portion overlapping with a cabin outer side of the mirror base is provided with a gap filling portion extending downward.
ENCAPSULATED FIXED WINDOW MODULE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE
An encapsulated fixed window module for a motor vehicle includes a fixed window pane, a first division post profile defining a longitudinal groove configured to receive a guide carried by a movable window pane, and having an exterior wall facing a fixed pane interior surface.
