Vehicle body structure and vehicle including the same
A vehicle body structure for a vehicle having a battery and a rear seat includes a battery mounting portion provided on a floor in the rear of the rear seat and on which the battery is mounted, a cross member configured to reinforce the floor in the front of the battery mounting portion, a lower reinforcement portion configured to reinforce the floor below the battery mounting portion and to be supported on the cross member and both side members, and an upper fixing portion fastened to the lower reinforcement portion in a state of fixing the battery. The vehicle body structure is configured to protect the battery by absorbing and distributing the load from a collision, and effectively utilize the space of the rear side of the vehicle for installing the battery with the rear seat, etc.
Retention mechanisms for service access doors
A retention mechanism for a removable access door includes a retention tab positioned along a side of the access door. The retention tab includes a resiliently deflectable stem and at least two engagement heads projecting from the stem. The tab extends to a first distance from a reference surface of the access door. An overstress prevention structure is positioned along the side of the access door so as to enable the retention tab to contact the overstress prevention structure when the stem is deflected a predetermined amount. The overstress prevention structure extends to a second distance from the reference surface, wherein the second distance is greater than the first distance. Support walls may strengthen the overstress prevention structure against forces exerted by the retention tabs during deflection of the tabs. The support walls may form a protective “shroud” around the retention tab.
Battery and fuel tank arrangement structure of hybrid vehicle
A battery is mounted in front of the vehicle along a longitudinal direction of the vehicle and mounted on the vehicle body, and the fuel tank is mounted in the vehicle body by disposing the fuel tank at the rear side in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle such that expansion of passenger compartment and vehicle body stability may be achieved.
Battery tray and vehicle
A battery tray and a vehicle include a frame structure including a plurality of frames sequentially connected end to end arranged to be connected to the vehicle, and a base plate structure including an inner base plate and a reinforcing beam, wherein the inner base plate is located on an inner side of the reinforcing beam and arranged for mounting a battery module. The battery tray further includes a reinforcing block, wherein the reinforcing block is connected to a corresponding frame and the reinforcing beam in a matching mode, so as to fixedly connect the reinforcing beam to the frame structure through the reinforcing block. In the battery tray, the strength of the battery tray can be enhanced and a total weight can be decreased only by using the reinforcing block to fixedly connect the reinforcing beam to the frame structure.
Vehicular lower structure
A floor cross member includes an extension portion at a front flange. The extension portion is bent at the front end of the front flange, and extends downward to the front side so that the front end of the extension portion is connected to the front floor panel. The reinforcement member is provided for the extension portion.
Vehicle chassis
A vehicle chassis including a vehicle frame defining an inner space and being operable to switch between a first expanded state and a collapsed state, and a loading device mounted to the inner space and removably connected to the vehicle frame. The loading device defines a first loading surface when the vehicle frame is in the first expanded state, and the loading device defines a second loading surface that is smaller than the first loading surface when the vehicle frame is in the collapsed state.
Vehicle battery mounting structure
A vehicle (1) comprises a passenger compartment (2) in which a front seat (32F), a rear seat (32R), and a floor (33) between the front seat (32F) and the rear seat (38R) are provided. A first group (S1) of batteries (3) is mounted under the front seat (32F), a second group (S2) of the batteries (3) is mounted under the floor (33), and a third group (S3) of the batteries (3) is mounted under a rear seat (32R). By setting a height (h2) of the second group (S2) of the batteries (3) to be lower than respective heights (h1, h3) of the first and third groups (S1, S3) of the batteries (3), a battery mounting capacity of the vehicle (1) can be increased without affecting the comfort of the passenger compartment (2).
Battery pack
A battery pack has a plurality of unit cells, a casing for accommodating the plurality of unit cells, and a base which is a part of the casing and has a heat dissipation wall and a first side wall disposed so as to be capable of transferring heat to the heat dissipation wall. The battery pack includes a stay disposed on the first side wall in the base and fixed to a vehicle-side member, and a switching device disposed so that released heat can be transferred to the heat dissipation wall or the first side wall. The switching device includes a first switching device and a third switching device having a smaller heating value than the first switching device has. The first switching device is disposed at a position closer to the stay than the third switching device is in planar view.
Vehicle body structure and vehicle including the same
A vehicle body structure includes a battery mounting portion arranged on a floor of a vehicle and having a battery disposed thereon; a first cross member arranged in a front side of the battery mounting portion and reinforcing the floor; a second cross member arranged in a rear side of the battery mounting portion and reinforcing the floor; first and second extension members extending in a longitudinal direction so as to connect the first and second cross members while being spaced apart from each other in a transverse direction, and reinforcing a lower portion of the battery mounting portion; and a coupling structure coupled to the first and second cross members in a state of coupling the battery.
