Electric work vehicle and mower unit
An electric work vehicle includes: a battery accommodating portion that is provided in the vehicle body and accommodates a battery; a first connector provided on the battery accommodating portion; a second connector provided on the battery; and an operating tool for moving the battery and the second connector, and switching from a pre-attachment orientation in which the second connector opposes the first connector to an attachment orientation in which the second connector is joined to the first connector.
Electric work vehicle
An electric work vehicle includes a battery container provided in a traveling vehicle body and including a guiding unit, and a battery pack removably attached to the battery container and including a guided unit. A pair of rollers are provided in one of the guiding unit and the guided unit, and a pair of engaging portion to be engaged with the rollers are provided in the other of the guiding unit and the guided unit. When the battery pack is loaded or unloaded onto/from the battery container at the loading/unloading position, the rollers engage with the engaging portions, thereby functioning as pivot fulcrums for enabling the battery pack to pivot for loading and unloading.
Systems and methods for a modular battery system
A modular battery system for use with a material handling vehicle, the modular battery system comprises a battery assembly and a counterweight assembly. The battery assembly can include a power source and a battery base, and the counterweight assembly can include a counterweight base configured to slidably receive the battery base and be removably secured thereto.
Electric Powered Work Vehicle
An electric powered work vehicle is to be configured so that holding of the battery at the storage position can be carried out easily at the time of attachment of the battery. There is provided guide mechanism for movably guiding the battery while supporting it along a horizontal direction between a storage position and a detachment position located away from the storage position along the horizontal direction. There is provided a holding mechanism configured to be automatically operated to a holding state capable of holding the battery at the storage position when the battery is moved to the storage position along the guide mechanism. There is provided a releasing operational portion manually operable to render the holding mechanism to a releasing state for allowing movement of the battery to the detachment position.
LAWN MOWER AND BATTERY PACKAGE ASSEMBLY THEREOF
The invention provides a mower, which comprises a battery package assembly and a frame for bearing the battery package assembly; the battery package assembly comprises a battery package and a fixing plate, the battery package is fixed on the fixing plate, a plurality of first pulleys are arranged at the bottom of the fixing plate, and the first pulleys are distributed along the installation direction of the battery package assembly. The frame comprises a supporting surface, and the first pulleys are supported on the supporting surface. The battery package assembly of the lawn mower moves on the supporting surface in a rolling mode, generated friction force is small, and convenience and labor saving can be achieved for the mounting and dismounting processes of the battery package assembly.
Electric Work Vehicle
In an electric work vehicle, a power feeding assembly which connects a battery device to a power controller unit so as to feed power includes a fixed connector which is fixed to the battery device and electrically connected to the battery device, a cable harness connected to a power controller unit, and a free connector which is connected to an end of the cable harness and connectable to a fixed connector, and a connecting operation tool is configured to be movable the free connector between the connecting position in which the free connector is connected to the fixed connector and the detaching position.
PROTECTIVE SYSTEM FOR A RECHARGEABLE BATTERY
An electric vehicle which operates from a rechargeable battery. The rechargeable battery is contained within an enclosure such that an airspace exists between the rechargeable battery and an interior wall of the enclosure. An aerosol container containing an aerosol electrical insulator communicates with the interior of the enclosure so that when said aerosol container is discharged, the aerosol electrical insulator is released within the airspace to dampen any fire occurring with the rechargeable battery.
Mounting and dismounting system for a battery assembly
A mounting and dismounting system for a battery assembly is disclosed. The system may be located onboard of an electric vehicle powered by a battery pack disposed in the battery assembly. The system includes a pair of four-bar linkages that can be used to raise and lower the battery assembly. Each four-bar linkage includes a pair of hooks with different vertical positions. The hooks are positioned to grasp horizontal mounting bars that are disposed on the battery assembly. Using vertically displaced hooks ensures the battery can be raised and lowered without rocking.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE WITH ACCESSORY MODULE
A vehicle includes a chassis, tractive elements coupled to the chassis, an electric motor coupled to the chassis and coupled to the tractive elements such that the electric motor drives the tractive elements to propel the vehicle, an accessory module coupled to the chassis and coupled to an output of the electric motor. The accessory module is configured to receive mechanical energy provided by the electric motor and provide at least one of electrical energy or fluid energy.
BATTERY LOAD MECHANISM FOR ELECTRIC LHD MINING MACHINE
A mounting and dismounting system for replaceable power sources is disclosed. The mounting and dismounting system is integrated into a vehicle. The vehicle may be an electric vehicle and the replaceable power source may include at least one battery. The mounting and dismounting system includes a lift rack assembly that engages shafts on the replaceable power source to raise and lower the replaceable power source. The mounting and dismounting system also includes a set of retaining members to help keep the shafts in place. The lift rack assembly includes rack members that move in a substantially vertical direction to limit swinging and tilting.
