TRANSMISSION MOUNT FOR VEHICLE
20190168597 · 2019-06-06 ·

A transmission mount for a vehicle is capable of being press-fitted to a vehicle body side member with only an insulator, and without use of a bridge bracket, such that reduction in weight and cost can be achieved by eliminating the bridge bracket, and assembly workability can be improved by eliminating a bolting operation.

A sub-roll rod device for mounting a powertrain of a vehicle can, in addition to mounting the powertrain in an engine room of the vehicle using a mounting member in a three-point supporting method, mount the sub-roll rod that can be assembled with the powertrain in a side member of a vehicle body, thus controlling forward-and-backward movement of the powertrain while maintaining Noise, Vibration & Harshness (NVH) performance by the three-point supporting method and improving ease of assembly of the powertrain with respect to the engine room.

ENGINE MOUNT EMBEDDED WITH DAMPER

An engine mount which connects an engine to a vehicle body is provided. The engine mount includes a housing which defines a body of the engine mount and a main rubber body that is installed within the housing and defines a space portion that accommodates a fluid that flows through a nozzle plate. A core is inserted into and fixed to the main rubber body and an a fixing bolt is coupled to the core. A lower support bracket is coupled to the vehicle body and the fixing bolt is inserted therein. A damper that attenuates vibration is disposed at a lower side of the core or at first and second ends of the lower support bracket of the of the engine mount.

A bracket has a cylindrical part which opens in the Y direction. An inner member is arranged within the cylindrical part and faces in the Y direction. An elastic body connects the inner member and the cylindrical part and includes a pair of X direction elastic parts, a projecting part, and a Y-direction elastic part. The X direction elastic parts connect the inner member and the cylindrical part in an X direction. The projecting part is provided in an end in the Y direction of the cylindrical part. The Y direction elastic part is connected to a Y direction supporting part of a bottom wall. The projecting part partially overlaps with the Y direction supporting part of the inner member in the Y direction. No part projects outwardly of the cylindrical part and interferes with the vehicle body or surrounding members, increasing a degree of freedom in layout.

An engine mounting structure includes an engine mount fixed to a frame of a vehicle body and an engine bracket fixed to an engine. The engine mount includes a mount fixture on which the engine bracket is assembled. When mounting the engine, the mount fixture and the engine bracket engage with each other at a first engagement portion close to the engine and a second engagement portion close to the frame. In the first mounting portion, the mount fixture urges the engine bracket toward the engine for engagement, and in the second engagement portion, the mount fixture urges the engine bracket toward the frame for engagement.

A protrusion (54) acting as an engagement portion is provided to a root (52) of a spindle (5) to an engine. An extending portion (45) extending above the root (52) of the spindle (5) is provided to a stopper (4). An opening (46) acting as a coupler is provided to the extending portion (45). The protrusion (54) and the opening (46) engage with each other, thereby reducing the risk of the spindle (5) coming off and regulating relative displacement of an upper rigid member (2) supporting the spindle (5) inserted into the upper rigid member (2).

Modular transmission support
10272772 · 2019-04-30 · ·

A modular transmission support secures a variety of transmissions to various vehicle frames. The modular transmission support comprises a crossmember that provides user-selectable positioning and attachment of vehicle transmissions. The crossmember comprises one or more trusses and a mounting pad or a set of mounting pads that may be secured at various positions at a concave section of the crossmember's trusses. One or more truss supports secure the crossmember to a vehicle at one or more predefined locations.
