VEHICLE DRIVE UNIT
A vehicle drive unit is supported by a vehicle frame of a vehicle. The vehicle drive unit includes a housing including a first case and a second case integrally joined together along a coupling plane to form a sealed space therein, a drive member accommodated in the sealed space to generate a travel driving force of the vehicle, and a mount member interposed between the housing and the vehicle frame to support the housing from the vehicle frame. The first case and the second case respectively include a first attachment portion and a second attachment portion to which the mount member is attached, and the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion are installed in a single region intersecting with the coupling plane.
MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR DRIVE DEVICE IN SERIES HYBRID VEHICLE
A mounting structure for a drive device includes: a power generation unit having an engine and a generator driven by the engine to generate electric power; and a drive unit having a motor for traveling and a power transmission mechanism that outputs torque from the motor toward a driving wheel. A frame member of a vehicle body is provided inside an engine compartment. The power generation unit and the drive unit are arranged, inside the engine compartment, side by side in a width direction of a vehicle so as not to contact each other, and are each connected to the frame member via a mount member. Portions of the power generation unit and the drive unit, which are close to each other in the width direction, are connected by a connecting member having an anti-vibration elastic body.
VEHICLE FRONT PORTION STRUCTURE
A vehicle front portion structure includes: a motor unit disposed at a vehicle front part; a suspension member disposed at the vehicle front part, the suspension member extending in a vehicle front-rear direction and deforming toward a vehicle lower side at a time of vehicle frontal collision; a left-right pair of front side motor mounts connecting a front part of the motor unit with the suspension member; a rear side motor mount connecting a central part, in a vehicle width direction, of a rear part of the motor unit with the suspension member; and a break mechanism that causes the rear side motor mount, which moves toward a vehicle rear side at a time of vehicle frontal collision, to break in the vehicle width direction.
ENGINE MOUNT EMBEDDED WITH DAMPER
An engine mount which connects an engine to a vehicle body is provided. The engine mount includes a housing which defines a body of the engine mount and a main rubber body that is installed within the housing and defines a space portion that accommodates a fluid that flows through a nozzle plate. A core is inserted into and fixed to the main rubber body and an a fixing bolt is coupled to the core. A lower support bracket is coupled to the vehicle body and the fixing bolt is inserted therein. A damper that attenuates vibration is disposed at a lower side of the core or at first and second ends of the lower support bracket of the of the engine mount.
Industrial vehicle
An object is to provide an industrial vehicle whereby it is possible to arrange an exhaust purifying apparatus in an efficient layout, and to achieve a high purifying performance. An industrial vehicle includes: a cargo loading device disposed on a front part of a vehicle; a counter weight disposed on a rear part of the vehicle; an engine housed in an engine room formed in front of the counter weight inside the vehicle; and an exhaust purifying device disposed inside the engine room and configured to purify exhaust gas of the engine.
Vehicle Driving Apparatus
A vehicle driving apparatus can handle a variety of car ranks and ensures reliability of a vehicle motor. The apparatus includes an axle housing, to which a differential-side housing of a driving unit housing is linked and integrally accommodating drive shafts of driving wheels. A first support allows elastically linking a first rotary support shaft linked to a vehicle body of the vehicle to the axle housing and the axle housing to swing around the first rotary support shaft as the center of rotation so that the axle housing is supported by the vehicle body. A second support allows a second rotary support shaft linked to the vehicle body to be elastically linked to a motor-side housing of the driving unit housing and the motor-side housing to swing around the second rotary support shaft as the center of rotation so that the motor-side housing is supported by the vehicle body.
TRUNNION MOUNT FOR MOUNTING AN ENGINE
The present disclosure discloses a trunnion mount for mounting an engine, in particular a combustion engine, to a chassis, comprising a support element rigidly connected and/or connectable to the engine having a ring portion with an outer bearing surface, which may be arranged concentrically around the crankshaft; a female support having an inner bearing surface for surrounding the bearing surface of the support element, the female support forming the link between the chassis and the engine; and a rubber bearing arranged between the inner bearing surface of the female support and the outer bearing surface of the support element. In one or more examples, the trunnion mount includes a rubber bearing that is directly vulcanized on at least one of the bearing surfaces and/or wherein the ring portion is formed as a separate element from a mounting portion of the support element and connectable thereto via axial screws.
Engine mount embedded with damper
An engine mount which connects an engine to a vehicle body is provided. The engine mount includes a housing which defines a body of the engine mount and a main rubber body that is installed within the housing and defines a space portion that accommodates a fluid that flows through a nozzle plate. A core is inserted into and fixed to the main rubber body and an a fixing bolt is coupled to the core. A lower support bracket is coupled to the vehicle body and the fixing bolt is inserted therein. A damper that attenuates vibration is disposed at a lower side of the core or at first and second ends of the lower support bracket of the of the engine mount.
POWER TRANSMISSION APPARATUS
A power transmission apparatus is used in a vehicle and mounted on a vehicle member via a mount. The power transmission apparatus includes a case. The case includes a motor provided inside the case. The case includes a mount fastening portion for fastening the mount with a plurality of bolts. The mount fastening portion has a plurality of bolt tightening holes. The plurality of bolt tightening holes are provided so that the plurality of bolts are tightened into the plurality of bolt tightening holes. The bolt tightening holes have axial directions parallel to each other. A space isolated from an inside of the case is formed by a wall of the case in a region connecting two adjacent bolt tightening holes when the mount fastening portion is viewed in the axial directions of the plurality of bolt tightening holes.
Integrated mounting structure for an engine
A mounting bracket includes a single unitary sheet of material, and a top portion including a first cradle including a first concave surface defining a first radius of curvature and a first longitudinal axis, and a second cradle including a second concave surface defining a second radius of curvature that is different than the first radius of curvature and a second longitudinal axis that is parallel to the first longitudinal axis. A first pair of mounting surfaces may straddle either side of the first cradle, and a second pair of mounting surfaces may straddle either side of the second cradle.
