CURRENT SUPPLY SYSTEM, ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM, AND CONTROL DEVICE
A current supply system configured to receive a rotational driving force and supply a current for driving an electrical load device in accordance with a current requirement. The current supply system includes a rotor, including a permanent magnet, configured to receive the rotational driving force, and a stator including a stator core with a winding wound thereon, a magnetic circuit for the winding passing through the stator core, the rotational driving force causing the rotor and the stator to generate the current. The current supply system further includes a supply current adjustment device configured to change magnetic resistance of the magnetic circuit for the winding in accordance with the current requirement, to thereby change an inductance of the winding to adjust the generated current.
METHOD OF OPERATING A POWER PATH WITH CONTINUOUSLY POWER-SPLIT TRANSMISSION AND WITH SECONDARILY COUPLED POWER SPLIT
A method for operating a vehicle drive-train having a continuously power-branched transmission with secondary coupling. In the open operating condition of reversing clutches of a reversing gear unit, torque applied in the area of a drive output can be supported by a range group in the area of a variator. In the event of a command to interrupt the power flow between a drive engine and the drive output, it is checked whether the vehicle is on an inclined surface and if the result of that inquiry is positive, the power flow between the drive engine and the transmission is interrupted at the latest when the rotational speed of the drive output is reduced to zero by opening the reversing clutches, while the active connection between the drive output and the variator is maintained by way of the range group.
Onboard motor controller
There is provided an onboard motor controller that starts a failsafe process in short time at a vehicle collision. A control circuit in the motor controller acquires an acceleration detected by an acceleration sensor. When the acceleration is equal to or higher than a prescribed value, the control circuit determines that a collision of the vehicle has occurred, and executes a switching process of a control mode of a motor. The control circuit immediately switches the control mode of a motor from voltage phase control to current vector control when the collision is detected. The control circuit reads current values from current detectors. When an overcurrent is detected, the control circuit executes a failsafe process to turn off the MOSFETs of an inverter. The control circuit stops a supply of electricity to the inverter by turning off a power supply relay, thereby stopping the rotation of the motor.
METHOD FOR TAKEOFF OF A VEHICLE COMPRISING A HYBRID DRIVELINE
A method is provided for moving off of a vehicle with a hybrid powertrain, comprising a combustion engine; a gearbox with input and output shafts; a first planetary gear connected to the input shaft and a first main shaft; a second planetary gear connected to the first planetary gear and a second main shaft; first and second electrical machines respectively connected to the first and second planetary gears and capable of operating each other; one gear pair connected with the first planetary gear and output shaft; and one gear pair connected with the second planetary gear and output shaft. The method comprising, while the combustion engine is in operation: a) ensuring that the rotatable components of the first and second planetary gears are respectively disconnected from each other, b) ensuring that at least one gear is engaged, corresponding to the one gear pair connected with the first planetary gear, and/or the one gear pair connected with the second planetary gear, and c) activating the first and second electrical machines, where total power output from the electrical machines is zero, and so that a torque is generated in the output shaft.

DRIVE TRAIN FOR A VEHICLE
A vehicle is operable in three modes of operation. The vehicle includes a first electromagnetic device, a second electromagnetic device electrically coupled to the first electromagnetic device, and an engine coupled to the first electromagnetic device and configured to drive the first electromagnetic device to provide electrical energy. In each of the three modes of operation, whenever the engine drives the first electromagnetic device to provide the electrical energy, the first electromagnetic device operates without providing the electrical energy to an energy storage device.
