Stripping blade for a forestry machine
The invention relates to a stripping blade for a forestry machine, which includes an attachment part for pivoting the stripping blade to the forestry machine, and an at least partly curved blade part attached to the said attachment part for stripping the branches of a tree, which blade part includes a blade surface that at least partly conforms to the trunk of the tree and a support structure conforming to the blade surface connecting to the outer surface of the blade surface relative to the tree, which said stripping blade is manufactured mainly by casting. The support structure is hollow.
Robotic pruning apparatus
A robotic pruning apparatus that can be adapted to fit around a variety of trees and can move along the length of the tree while performing a variety of pruning operations. The pruning apparatus can be configured with a variety of different cutting heads that have multiple degrees of freedom of movement such that they can be used to perform any number of cutting operations along the length of the tree. The apparatus can be remotely operated by a human or can be autonomous or semi-autonomous.
Chainsaw limb gripping attachment system
A chainsaw limb gripping attachment system comprising a chainsaw comprising a motor with a handle configured for holding by a user, and a blade configured to extend away from the motor, the blade comprising a guide bar and a plurality of cutting teeth positioned around a periphery of the guide bar and configured to rotate; and a gripper bar comprising a center section removably attached to the guide bar, an upper section extending upwardly from the center section, and a lower section extending downwardly from the center section. The gripper bar comprises a first gripping section on a proximal edge of the upper section, the first gripping section comprising a first plurality of teeth. The gripper bar further comprises a second gripping section disposed on a distal edge of the lower section, the second gripping section comprising a second plurality of teeth.

CURVED DELIMBING BLADE, USE OF SAME, CORRESPONDING DELIMBING HEAD AND CUTTING KIT
This curved blade (20) comprises a cutting rim (30), at least one portion of which comprises a continuous flange (31) defining a continuous cutting edge, as well as at least one row of ribs (32), the longitudinal axes (Alg) of which are straight and parallel to each other, extending in the direction of at least one face of the cutting rim, from this continuous flange.
The blade in accordance with the invention allows reducing the cutting forces, in comparison with a non-ribbed curved blade, as used in the prior art. Indeed, the continuous edge is associated with ribs which serve to reduce the lateral load of this continuous edge. Consequently, it is possible to size the flange and the edge, without any risk of breakage, so as to present a reduced contact surface with the tree, which improves cutting of the matter.

Remote-Controlled Vertical Ascending and Descending Workstation
An apparatus designed for climbing poles, trees and other such columnar objects. The apparatus is a remote-controlled work station that provides a scaffold for mounting semi-robotic articulated arms and video cameras. The articulated arm has a quick-release coupler on an end thereof that is able to repeatedly and releasably couple attachments thereto, such as saws, blades, and other pruning objects. The device includes an expandable frame that may be opened and closed to fit around the vertical structure to be climbed. The frame has horizontal and vertical supports, drive system compression supports, and wheels. A drive system is mounted to each of the drive system compression supports. The drive system includes motorized tracked-climbers that are maintained in contact with the vertical structure to be climbed via adjustable independent suspension. The suspension uses adjustable spring shocks and drive system slide rails to connect the frame to the drive system.
Mobile Tree-Trimming Apparatus
An apparatus, such as for tree trimming, includes a mobile carriage having a frame and a pedestal supported by the frame. The apparatus further includes a boom, such as a telescoping boom that is secured to the pedestal through a boom support. The pedestal is pivotable with respect to the carriage frame so that the boom may be selectively operated in a variety of orientations. The mobile carriage of the apparatus is sufficiently compact to fit though tight openings, while also being capable of stably supporting boom extension for operation of a distal end of the boom at elevated heights.
Apparatus, System And Method For Delivering Treatment Fluid To Vegetation
A fluid delivery assembly is operably coupled with a reciprocating saw having a saw blade to deliver a treatment fluid to a cut portion of vegetation as the vegetation is cut. A syringe contains the treatment fluid and a fluid delivery tube has a reservoir end in fluid communication with the syringe and a delivery end adjacent the cut portion of the vegetation. A carrier is contains a portion of the fluid delivery assembly and a harness attached to the carrier has at least one strap for an operator to carry the carrier during operation of the reciprocating saw. A stepper motor is operably coupled to a PCB for storing operating parameters and for executing the operating parameters to induce advancing movement of a plunger relative to the syringe. The operating parameters are provided to the PCB by an external computing device and the PCB and stepper motor receive electrical power through an electrical power and logic cable from a power supply of the reciprocating saw. The fluid delivery tube is provided with a check valve at the reservoir end and the delivery end to retain the treatment fluid within the fluid delivery tube.
