A vehicle floor structure includes a center floor panel, a tunnel extending along a central longitudinal axis of the center floor panel, and having a tunnel cavity, a hydrogen tank located in the tunnel cavity of the tunnel, and a tank support frame configured to support the hydrogen tank so that the hydrogen tank is held in the tunnel cavity.

FUEL CELL VEHICLE
20220097516 · 2022-03-31 · ·

A fuel cell vehicle includes fuel tanks, a first support mechanism, and a restricting member. The fuel tanks are disposed in a vehicle width direction to hare longitudinal directions along a vehicle longitudinal direction. The fuel tanks include first and second fuel tanks. The first fuel tank is provided on an outer side in the vehicle width direction. The second fuel tank is adjacent to the first fuel tank. The second fuel tank has an axial center positioned higher than an axial center of the first fuel tank. In a case where a collision load acts from outside in the vehicle width direction, the first support mechanism supports the fuel tank while allowing the first fuel tank to move toward a lower side of the second fuel tank. The restricting member is provided above the second fuel tank and restricts an upward movement range of the second fuel tank.

GAS CONSUMER SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE

The present disclosure relates to a gas consumer system for a vehicle, the gas consumer system being configured to generate power by consuming gas, the gas consumer system comprising a gas consumer comprising an inlet configured to receive a flow of gas, at least one gas tank, the gas tank comprising a gas tank outlet, a conduit connecting the gas tank outlet of the tank to the inlet of the gas consumer, and an elongated sleeve attached to the inlet of the gas consumer and to the gas tank outlet of the gas tank, wherein the conduit is housed within the elongated sleeve, the elongated sleeve comprising a sleeve outlet configured to convey leakage of gas between the gas consumer and the gas tank away from the gas consumer system.

Motor Vehicle Having a Pressure Vessel, and Operating Method for a Motor Vehicle

A motor vehicle with a pressure vessel system includes at least a first pressure vessel arranged in a first region of the motor vehicle and at least one second pressure vessel arranged in a second region of the motor vehicle having a lower intrusion probability than the first region. Fuel is preferentially removed first primarily from the at least one first pressure vessel. When the lower limit of fuel level or fuel temperature is reached in the at least one first pressure vessel, fuel is removed from the at least one second pressure vessel. If the fuel supply rate from the at least one first pressure vessel is lower than an overall fuel supply rate for an energy converter, fuel is removed from the at least one second pressure vessel to meet the overall fuel supply rate needed by the energy converter.

VEHICLE AND MEASUREMENT METHOD

A vehicle (100, 200, 300, 400) includes a chassis (110, 210, 310, 410), a gas storage tank (120, 220, 320, 420) for a gas, and a gas storage tank (120, 220, 320, 420) arranged between the chassis (110, 210, 310, 410) and the gas storage tank (120, 220, 320, 420) and connected to the chassis (110, 210, 310, 410) and the gas storage tank (120, 220, 320, 420), the first weighing device (140, 240, 340, 440) being arranged to measure a force exerted by the gas storage tank (120, 220, 320, 420) on the first weighing device (140, 240, 340, 440).

A tank including a liner; a reinforcing layer formed of fiber reinforced resin that is arranged on the liner; a label arranged on the reinforcing layer; and a surface layer formed of glass fiber reinforced resin that is arranged to cover the label. The reinforcing layer includes an inner layer, and an outer layer having a cover rate smaller than the inner layer and smaller than 100%, the cover rate being a percentage of a volume occupied by the fiber reinforced resin in space of the reinforcing layer, and the outer layer being arranged on the inner layer, and at least a part of the label is embedded in the reinforcing layer.

Vehicle rear portion structure

In a vehicle rear portion of a vehicle, a third hydrogen tank is disposed between a left and right pair of rear side members that structure portions of the vehicle body and extend in the vehicle front-and-rear direction. An auxiliary battery is disposed at a vehicle width direction outer side of the rear side members.

FUEL STORAGE DEVICE

To suppress the influence of gas on other fuel tanks when the gas is discharged from a fuel tank. A fuel storage device includes: a plurality of fuel tanks, each having a fusible plug valve; a support member that supports the plurality of fuel tanks, while making longitudinal directions of the respective fuel tanks parallel to each other; and a blocking member that blocks at least part of the fuel gas discharged from the fusible plug valves. The plurality of fuel tanks includes a tank group including the plurality of fuel tanks aligned along a first direction and a juxtaposed tank thereto. The blocking member is disposed between the tank group and the juxtaposed tank. The orientations of openings of the fusible plug valves included in blocked tanks are directed toward the blocking member, the blocked tanks being two or more fuel tanks that are continuous in the first direction, among the fuel tanks included in the tank group.
