Drip emitter with check valve
There is provided an online drip emitter that includes a check valve. The emitter uses a first diaphragm in the check valve and a second diaphragm spaced from the first diaphragm to provide pressure compensation. The second diaphragm communicates with a tortuous path and an outlet to regulate water emitting from the emitter depending on the supply pressure.
Emitter and drip irrigation tube
This emitter has an emitter body having at least a concavity and a through-hole, and also has a flexible film that is joined to one or more surfaces of the emitter body, and blocks at least part of the opening of the through-hole and the concavity. The emitter also has a flow reduction part for reducing the flow of an irrigation liquid according to the pressure of the irrigation liquid inside the tube. The flow reduction part includes the concavity, a diaphragm which constitutes part of the film, and a valve seat to which it is possible to tightly adhere the diaphragm. The diaphragm includes a ring-shaped thin section positioned so as to surround the diaphragm region to be tightly adhered to the valve seat. The thin section is formed so as to both recess from the tube interior and also project toward the concavity.
EMITTER, AND DRIP IRRIGATION TUBE PROVIDED WITH SAME
The present invention aims to provide an emitter and a drip irrigation tube that can suppress the variations in the discharge amount of the liquid caused by the temperature of the liquid in the drip irrigation tube. The emitter (120) of the present invention is disposed on an inner wall of a tube (110) including a discharge port (112), for regulating discharge of irrigation liquid from an inside of the tube (110) to an outside of the tube (110) via the discharge port (112). The emitter (120) includes an intake portion; a regulating unit; a discharge portion; and a flow path. The regulating unit includes: a recess; and a film. The film is fixed in a state of covering an inner space of the recess, and a region of the film covering the inner space of the recess is a diaphragm portion. The flow path has a decompression region for decompressing the taken-in liquid, the decompression region has a serpentine shape, and in the decompression region, a fluctuation ratio of a cross-sectional area in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction is within a range of 10.1 with reference to a smallest cross-sectional area.
Emitter and drip irrigation tube
This emitter (120) has a first valve seat part (174) provided around a hole (173) which forms a portion of a flow path between a reduced-pressure flow path and a discharge part. The first valve seat part (174) is formed by a three-step recessed circumferential surface, and is provided with one groove (175) which intersects said three-step recessed circumferential surface, and becomes shallower as said groove approaches the hole (173). As the external liquid pressure increases, a film (140) gradually bends towards the first valve seat part (174), and the open area of the groove (175) gradually decreases. The flow rate of an irrigation liquid is adjusted to an amount capable of passing through the opening of the groove (175).
IMPLEMENT OPTIMIZATION BY AUTOMATED ADJUSTMENTS
An implement adjusting system having an implement with a plurality of adjustable components, a plurality of input values, at least one controlled system configured to adjust at least one of the plurality of adjustable components, and a controller that receives the plurality of input values, the controller configured to reposition the plurality of adjustable components based on the plurality of input values. Wherein, the plurality of adjustable components are repositionable by the controller based on the input values.
EMITTER, AND DRIP IRRIGATION TUBE PROVIDED WITH SAME
The present invention aims to provide an emitter and a drip irrigation tube that can suppress the variations in the discharge amount of the liquid in the drip irrigation tube. The emitter (120) of the present invention is an emitter for regulating discharge of irrigation liquid. The emitter (120) includes an intake portion for taking in the liquid in the tube (110); a regulating unit that regulates a discharge amount of the liquid; a discharge portion for discharging the liquid via a discharge port (112) of the tube (110); and a flow path communicating the intake portion and the regulating unit. The regulating unit includes a recess and a film, the film is fixed in a state of covering an inner space of the recess, a region of the film covering the inner space of the recess is a diaphragm portion, the recess has a through hole communicating with the discharge portion and a plurality of slits communicating with the through hole, and an edge portion forming an upper surface-side opening of the through hole, excluding the plurality of slits, is a valve seat portion. When the diaphragm portion of the film comes into contact with the valve seat portion, the film and the slits form communication ports to the through hole, and each slit serves as a flow path to the through hole. The emitter (120) satisfies condition (1):
Condition (1): Assuming a cross-sectional area of the communication port formed by the film and the slit required when the emitter has one slit to be 1, a cross-sectional area of a communication port to the through hole formed by the film and each slit is less than 1.
Emitter and drip irrigation tube
This emitter (120) comprises, downstream of a first pressure reducing flow path, a discharge amount adjustment part and a discharge part. The discharge amount adjustment part communicates with the discharge part via two flow paths: a first hole (173); and a communication flow path including a second hole (174) and a second pressure reducing flow path. An irrigation liquid is supplied directly to the discharge part from the discharge amount adjustment part through the first hole (173) when the external liquid pressure is low, and supplied to the discharge part from the discharge amount adjustment part through the second hole (174) and the second pressure reducing flow path when the external liquid pressure is high.
PRESSURE DRIVEN IRRIGATION SYSTEM
