HIGH-VOLTAGE BATTERY FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE, AND MOTOR VEHICLE
A high-voltage battery for a motor vehicle, the operating voltage of which is greater than 12 V, in particular, greater than 50 V, having two power connections at a high-voltage network power system of the motor vehicle, which can be connected without voltage through first safety contactors provided inside a housing of the high-voltage battery, and storage cells for electrical energy that are connected to the power connections via the first safety contactors. The high-voltage battery additionally has two charging terminals, which are connected to the storage cells by circumventing the first safety contactors by way of charging lines.
BATTERY MODULE FOR A SYSTEM FOR THE STORAGE OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY FOR AN ELECTRIC DRIVE VEHICLE
A battery module for a system for the storage of electrical energy for an electric drive vehicle. The battery module has: a group of chemical batteries arranged parallel to and beside one another; at least two connection plates which rest against opposite ends of the group of chemical batteries so as to electrically connect the poles of the chemical batteries to one another; two support bodies coupled to opposite ends of the group of chemical batteries so as to provide the chemical batteries with a stable mechanical support; two lids, which are coupled to the support bodies so as to create respective collecting chambers having at least one draining opening; and at least two tie rods, which are arranged on opposite sides of the battery module and tie together the lids and the support bodies in a packed manner.
BATTERY PACK
A battery pack is provided. The battery pack including a plurality of battery cells; a cell holder including a peripheral wall and a plurality of cell storage units; and a plurality of ribs integrally molded with the cell holder between the peripheral wall of the cell holder and the cell storage unit.
ELECTRICAL ENERGY STORAGE DEVICE WITH EFFICIENT HEAT DISSIPATION
An electrical energy storage device includes prismatic energy storage cells arranged adjacent to one another such that interfaces of adjacent storage cells run at a distance from one another such that the interfaces of the adjacent storage cells form an intermediate space. A respective first layer is arranged between the interfaces of adjacent storage cells, the first layer abutting one of the two interfaces of the adjacent storage cells under pressure. Either the respective first layer also abuts the second of the two interfaces of the adjacent storage cells under pressure, or a second layer is arranged between the interfaces of adjacent storage cells, the second layer abutting the second of the two interfaces of the adjacent storage cells under pressure. A heat-conducting device is arranged in or between the first layer and the second layer is conducted out of the intermediate space between the adjacent storage cells.
BATTERY HAVING AT LEAST TWO BATTERY CELLS, AND MOTOR VEHICLE
A battery with at least two battery cells, which are connected by at least one electric connection element to one another, and a superordinate control device. Each of the battery cells is provided with at least one galvanic element, a battery cell housing for accommodating the galvanic element, at least one sensor device for detecting a physical and/or chemical feature of the battery cell, and a communication device for communicating with the superordinate device. The superordinate device is adapted to control an energy flow in at least one of the battery cells and/or from at least one of the battery cells as a function of the physical and/or chemical features of the battery cell. The invention further also relates to a motor vehicle with such a battery.
All-solid-state battery, electronic device, electronic card, wearable device, and electric motor vehicle
An all-solid-state battery is provided that includes a cathode layer, an anode layer, and a solid electrolyte layer, in which a porosity of the solid electrolyte layer is equal to or less than 10%. Moreover, the batter includes a surface roughness Rz1 of the cathode layer and a surface roughness Rz2 of the anode layer, such that Rz1+Rz2≤25.
VEHICLE INFORMATION PANEL INTERFACE
Provided are systems and methods for facilitating a user to configure and retrieve personalized settings for an information panel in a driving apparatus. The information panel system may be configured to store a plurality information panel configurations. Different information panel configurations may correspond to different users of the driving apparatus. Users may be identified when inside the driving apparatus by capturing their biometric information. Following identification, an information panel configuration corresponding to the identified user may be retrieved and configured on a display device. The displayed information panel configuration may include an arrangement of display items. The display items may have been previously selected by the identified user, and the selection may have included choosing an information panel template with one or more partitioned areas and selecting one or more display items to place in different partitioned areas.
BATTERY SUBMODULE CARRIER, BATTERY SUBMODULE, BATTERY SYSTEM AND VEHICLE
A battery submodule carrier includes a monolithic cell tray configured to accommodate a plurality of aligned battery cells; a plurality of cell retainers configured to retain the battery cells within the cell tray; and a plurality of tray fasteners configured to mount the cell tray to a battery system carrier.
BATTERY MODULE CARRIER, BATTERY MODULE AND VEHICLE WITH A BATTERY SYSTEM
A battery module carrier includes a carrier frame configured to accommodate a first component carrier and a second component carrier. The first component carrier includes a control electronics assembly and a signal port, and the second component carrier is configured to accommodate a battery submodule. The carrier frame is configured to provide an external electronic connection to the first component carrier via the signal port, and each of the first component carrier and the second component carrier are configured to be individually attached and detached from the carrier frame.
SPLIT ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) BATTERY INCLUDING BOTH A REPLACEABLE AND FIXED PORTION
A battery for a vehicle having a fixed battery pack and a replaceable battery pack. The replaceable battery pack has electronic or mechanical locks to semi-temporarily hold the replaceable battery pack in place. The fixed battery pack is held in place via permanent or semi-permanent fasteners such as bolts. A battery controller controls the replaceable battery pack to power motors of the vehicle before controlling the fixed battery pack to power motors of the vehicle.
