GROUND POWER SUPPLYING APPARATUS, METHOD FOR CONTROLLING GROUND POWER SUPPLYING APPARATUS, AND NONTRANSITORY COMPUTER RECORDING MEDIUM
A ground power supplying apparatus provided with a power transmission apparatus having a resonance circuit and transmitting power to the vehicle and a control device shifting a state of the ground power supplying apparatus to a standby state when a predetermined suspension condition stands if the state of the ground power supplying apparatus is a main power transmission state or a power transmission active state and shifting a state of the ground power supplying apparatus to the power transmission active state when the suspension condition no longer stands if the state of the ground power supplying apparatus is the standby state.
VEHICLE, POWER SUPPLYING METHOD, AND COMMUNICATION DEVICE
The vehicle includes a first communication device for directly or indirectly communicating with the ground power supplying apparatus by wide area wireless communication with a communication distance of greater than or equal to 10 meters, and an electronic control unit. The electronic control unit is configured to request the ground power supplying apparatus cancel supply of power to the vehicle by the wide area wireless communication when a predetermined condition is satisfied.

METHOD FOR PROVIDING VEHICLE CHARGING SERVICE, AND VEHICLE CHARGING SYSTEM
A vehicle is capable of receiving electric power supplied from a charger and capable of receiving electric power supplied from a charging mat. The charging mat is movable and capable of wireless power transfer. A method for providing a vehicle charging service includes a first step and a second step. The first step is giving, by a server, an instruction for installing the charging mat on a lane at which charging congestion is detected or predicted to occur, the charging congestion being traffic congestion for charging the electric power supplied from the charger. The second step is transmitting the electric power from the charging mat when the vehicle is detected above the charging mat installed on the lane in accordance with the instruction, and transmitting no electric power from the charging mat when the vehicle is not detected above the charging mat.

CONTROL SYSTEM
A control system includes a computer configured to remotely control at least one of charging and discharging of a power storage device mounted on a control target. The computer is configured to transmit a first command indicating charging power or discharging power of the power storage device to the control target via each of a first communication path and a second communication path. The control system further includes a determination unit configured to determine whether or not any one of the first communication path and the second communication path is under a cyberattack by using a second command received by the control target via the first communication path when the computer transmits the first command, and a third command received by the control target via the second communication path when the computer transmits the first command.
