In a physical state sharable seat, a sensor is configured to acquire a measurement value specific to a physical state of an occupant seated on the seat body; and a controller connected to the sensor and thereby allowed to acquire the measurement value from the sensor is configured to be capable of communicating with other equipment. The controller includes: an evaluation unit configured to compute an evaluation value on the physical state, based on the measurement value; an evaluation value presentation unit configured to present the evaluation value at a terminal to be used by the occupant; a shared data acquisition unit configured to acquire an other-occupant evaluation value that is an evaluation value on a physical state of another person, acquired either by the evaluation unit or from another physical state sharable seat; and a shared data presentation unit configured to present the other-occupant evaluation value at the terminal.
Vehicle seat control apparatus and method thereof
A vehicle seat control apparatus for controlling seat vibration based on a sleep state of a driver and a method thereof are provided. The apparatus includes a detector that detects biometric information of a user and a driving device that controls a vibrator embedded in a vehicle seat. The apparatus further includes a controller connected with the detector and the driving device. The controller determines a sleep state of the user based on the biometric information detected by the detector, determines a frequency and a waveform of seat vibration based on the sleep state, and generates the seat vibration by controlling the driving device based on the frequency and the waveform of the seat vibration.
SEAT SYSTEM
A seat system capable of improving the comfort and convenience of a seated occupant by controlling a conveyance seat according to the state of the seated occupant is provided. A seat system includes a conveyance seat and a wearable device which detects biometric information of the seated occupant. The conveyance seat (S) includes a seat body which has a seat back, a seat cushion, and a headrest, a seat drive unit which changes the posture of the seat back and the seat cushion, a functional member that is provided in the seat body, and a control unit which controls the seat drive unit and the functional member. The control unit includes an acquisition unit which acquires biometric information acquired from the wearable device and controls the seat drive unit and the functional member based on the biometric information acquired by the acquisition unit.

A vehicle includes a massage unit mounted on a headrest of a vehicle seat to generate pressure and vibration, a transmitting/receiving unit configured to collect image information and voice information about an interior of a vehicle and traveling information about the vehicle, and at least one processor configured to analyze a condition of an occupant and a driving state of the vehicle using the image information and voice information about the interior of the vehicle and the traveling information about the vehicle, and control an operation of the massage unit using the condition of the occupant and the driving state of the vehicle.

The disclosure relates to a method for detecting an incapacitation of an occupant of a vehicle. The method includes obtaining first data indicative of a pressure distribution on a seat of the vehicle, where the seat is occupied by the occupant. The method further includes obtaining second data indicative of a position and/or orientation of at least one body part of the occupant. Moreover, the method includes providing third data indicative of an incapacitation of the occupant based on the first data and based on the second data. Moreover, the disclosure relates to a method for controlling the vehicle. Furthermore, the disclosure relates to a system for detecting an incapacitation of an occupant of a vehicle and to a vehicle including the system.
RECOMMENDATION AND SELECTION OF PERSONALIZED OUTPUT ACTIONS IN A VEHICLE
The present embodiments relate to selection and execution of one or more output actions relating to a modification of at least one feature of a vehicle. A series of sensors on a vehicle can acquire data that can be used to identify vehicle environment characteristics indicative of a status of a vehicle environment and an emotional state of the user. The vehicle environment characteristics and the emotional state can be processed using a user model that corresponds to a user to generate one or more selected output actions. The output actions can be executed on the vehicle to increase user experience. The output actions can relate to any of entertainment features, safety features, and/or comfort features of the vehicle.
