SEAT CONTROL DEVICE AND SEAT CONTROL METHOD
To prevent the occurrence of pinching again at another place due to a seat that reversely moves at the time of occurrence of pinching, and shorten the time until the seat that has stopped after the reverse movement moves to a target position. When the seat control device detects that pinching has occurred while the seat moves from the operation start position to the target position, the seat control device rotates the motor backward to move the seat from the pinching position in the reverse direction by the reverse movement amount. In this case, when the seat movement amount from the operation start position to the pinching position is larger than a predetermined reference value, the seat is moved to the reverse position using the reference value as the reverse movement amount. The reverse position is a position that does not exceed the operation start position.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat is provided including a base section fixed to a floor of a vehicle, a pair of seat sections that are disposed opposing each other as viewed along a seat width direction, that are each supported by the base section so as to be capable of tilting between a horizontal position and an upright position, and that each include plural cushion sections disposed in series and configured to support the body of an occupant, and a hinge mechanism that attaches the pair of seat sections to the base section such that the seat sections are capable of tilting, and that couples the plural cushion sections together such that the cushion sections are capable of swinging about an axis running along the seat width direction.
Seat module for cable arrangement
A seat module adapted to be attached to a seat having mechanical parts and electric devices for seat operation in a motor vehicle includes at least one operating cable for activating at least one device, and a module plate formed with a mounting feature for attaching to the seat and a retention feature for attaching the at least one operating cable. An end portion of the operating cable is temporarily stowed on the module plate in a pre-assembled state where the operating cable is attached to the module plate, and the end portion of the operating cable is connected to the electric devices and/or mechanical parts of the seat in an assembled state where the module plate with the retained operating cables is securely mounted to the seat.
Lumbar adjustment assembly
A lumbar adjuster for use in a vehicle seat including a lumbar mat, a frame member, and a support member. The lumbar mat is configured to face towards a backrest cushion when the lumbar adjuster is assembled to the vehicle seat. The frame member is configured to carry the lumbar mat. The support member is operatively coupled to the frame member and provided with a finger configured deflect from an extended position to a compressed position to bias portions of the lumbar mat towards backrest cushion to minimize a gap between the lumbar mat and the backrest cushion.
System and Method for a Vehicle With a Driver Assistance System for an Automatic Drive, Corresponding Vehicle, and Storage Medium
A system for a vehicle with a drive assistance system for an automatic drive includes an adjustment module for an electric seat setting of a driver seat and a control module that is designed such that, during an automatic drive operation of the vehicle, a seat setting of the vehicle seat is kept in a range which is suitable for allowing the driver to assume guidance of the vehicle.
Transmission System For Power Long Rail Assembly
A transmission system for providing sliding movement of a vehicle seat within a vehicle includes a dual output motor having a left-hand and right-hand motor output shafts, a left-hand bevel gearbox and a right-hand bevel gearbox operatively coupled to a respective one of the left-hand and right-hand output motor shafts, a left-hand long rail assembly comprising a left-hand power rail drive assembly slidably coupled to a left-hand fixed long rail and operatively coupled to the left-hand bevel gearbox and a right-hand long rail assembly comprising a right-hand power rail drive assembly slidably coupled to a right-hand fixed long rail and operatively coupled to the right-hand bevel gearbox. The dual output motor rotates the left-hand and right-hand motor output shafts resulting in each of the left-hand and right-hand power rail drive assemblies being transposed along the respective left-hand and right-hand fixed long rails.
LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTER AND VEHICLE SEAT
A longitudinal adjuster for a vehicle seat may have a first rail and a second rail. The rails may mutually engage around each other to form an inner channel. A spindle nut may be supported by the second rail and a spindle, operationally connected to the spindle nut, may be arranged in the inner channel. In one end region of the first rail, a screw drive driven by a motor and interacting with the spindle may be arranged. The screw drive may be enclosed by a housing. The housing may have at least one cylindrical bearing portion for bearing a worm wheel connected to the spindle. The housing may also at least one step adjoining the cylindrical bearing portion. The step may be designed to support the worm wheel in the event of a crash. A vehicle seat having the longitudinal adjuster is also provided.
CONTROL CIRCUIT, CHILD SAFETY SEAT, AND SEAT ADJUSTMENT METHOD
A control circuit according to the application is suitable for controlling an tilt angle of a carrier, wherein the control circuit includes: a sensor module, sensing a current angle of the carrier with a horizontal plane; a drive module, driving and adjusting the tilt angle of the carrier; and a control module, electrically connected to the sensor module and the drive module to output a control signal based on the current angle of the carrier with the horizontal plane, so as to dynamically adjust the tilt angle of the carrier. The application also provides a child safety seat and a method for adjusting the tilt angle between the seat and the base of the child safety seat.
Vehicle seat for a motor vehicle and method of positioning the same
A vehicle seat for a motor vehicle includes a seat bottom and a seatback displaceable relative to one another. A seat positioning system has an actuator for displacing one of the seat bottom and the seatback toward the other of the seat bottom and the seatback. The system further includes a position sensor for generating a seat position signal indicative of a position of one of the seat bottom and the seatback relative to the other of the seat bottom and the seatback. The system further includes a controller for generating an activation signal in response to the controller determining that the position is above the position threshold. The actuator displaces one of the seat bottom and the seatback toward the other of the seat bottom and the seatback in response to the actuator receiving the activation signal from the controller.
Safety device for motor vehicle
A safety device for a motor vehicle seat comprising: a seat, an electric motor for moving the seat or a part of the seat, and a control device configured for measuring/detecting at least one operating parameter of the motor among the voltage and/or the current of the motor and/or the speed of the motor, when the seat or the part of the seat is moving along a movement path when actuated by the motor, the control device being configured for ensuring that the motor is stopped when the at least one parameter of the current measurement crosses at least one threshold.
