Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat is capable of being shifted to a walk-in state without side support parts or a tilt part hindering the seat back from folding forward. A seat includes a seat cushion, a seat back, and a leg rest part. The seat is provided with side support parts at left and right sides of an occupant, and a tilt part that moves a front portion of the seat cushion upward and downward. The seat is further provided with a detecting part that detects a state of the seat back, and a control unit that causes at least one of the side support parts and the tilt part to transit from a deployed state to a housed state when the detecting part detects that a forward turn of the seat back is started.
Reclining seat assembly
A reclining seat assembly includes a seat frame, and a backrest frame supported by the seat frame for pivoting movement about a backrest pivot axis. A seat pan has a forward portion supported by the seat frame for relative longitudinal movement, for example, using a slider. The seat pan has a rearward portion that is pivotally supported along a rear seat pan axis by a lower extension of the backrest frame, such that the backrest frame reclines relative to the seat frame upon forward longitudinal movement of the rear seat pan pivot axis relative to the seat frame. A backrest recline angle adjuster on the seat frame, such as a pair of linear actuators respectively coupling the seat frame to each side of the backrest frame along an actuator pivot axis that is itself offset from the backrest pivot axis, maintains a selected position of the rear seat pan support axis relative to the seat frame to thereby achieve a desired backrest inclination.

Longitudinally adjustable vehicle seat
A longitudinally adjustable vehicle seat (1) includes a lower rail (5) and a longitudinally displaceably guided upper rail. A lower rail mounted end stop (40, 40b) delimits a comfort adjustment region interacting with an upper rail mounted stop element (36). The upper stop element (36) can be displaced beyond the comfort adjustment region into an easy entry region and is part of a stop module (30) that is pivotable about a pivot axis (S). The stop module (30) includes a deflector element (34) that moves upwards, when the stop element (36) has not been shifted away, in the vertical direction upon contact with a screw head (22) that is located in the cavity between the upper rail (3) and the lower rail (5). The upper stop element (36) form-fittingly engages with the end stop (40, 40b) when the end stop (40, 40b) is reached.
Vehicle seat
A restricting structure that restricts an allowable adjustment range of a backrest angle of a seatback is formed by a surface abutment structure of a bracket provided on the seatback, and an additional stopper provided on a seat cushion. The additional stopper is joined to a lower arm in a state positioned by a positioning hole in the additional stopper being fit onto a positioning pin that is integrated with the lower arm. A plurality of arrangement positions of the additional stopper are able to be selected by providing the positioning pin in a plurality of locations with respect to the lower arm along a path of a specific location along which additional stopper moves with respect to the lower arm, when the backrest angle of the seatback is changed while the additional stopper is surface abutted against, and temporarily fixed to, the bracket.

HANDLE INTERLOCK UTILIZING SEAT BACK ROTATION
An interlock mechanism prevents erroneous operation of a vehicle rear seat. The vehicle seat has a seat back rotatably coupled to a seat cushion. The interlock mechanism includes a handle pivot link, a latch pivot link, and an interlock bracket rotatably coupled to a pivot pin. When the seat back is in an upright position, the interlock bracket releasably couples the handle pivot link to the latch pivot link such that rotation of the handle pivot link rotates the latch pivot link causing the cushion latches to be released. When the seat back is folded towards the seat cushion, the interlock bracket is moved to an interlock position decoupling the handle pivot link and the latch pivot link such that rotating the handle pivot link does not rotate the latch pivot link and does not release the cushion latches.

ROTATING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE INTERIOR ITEM, AND ROTATING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE SEAT
A rotating device for a vehicle interior item is provided with latching means that is provided on a side of a base member having a rotation support part, and engagement means that is provided on a side of a rotating member supporting a vehicle interior item and being rotatably supported by the rotation support part, and can be switched between a state in which the engagement means engages with the latching means so as to suppress detachment of the rotating member from the base member and a state in which the engagement with the latching means is released when the rotating member attains the rotatable state, wherein the latching means and the engagement means are disposed further outside than the rotating member in plan view at least when the rotating member is in the non-rotating state. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress an increase in the height while suppressing detachment when the vehicle interior item is not rotating.
