The clutch block has a protrusion portion protruding radially from the outer peripheral surface and thus stress concentration is not generated on the plurality of fitting pieces.

Changing a distance between the first axis (A) and a second axis © allows the second segment (150) to be rotated about the first axis by the transfer element (130). A vehicle seat includes such an actuating device (100).
