ANGLE ADJUSTING DEVICE AND SEAT HAVING THE SAME
An angle adjusting device is provided, which includes a ratchet, multiple sliders, an expansion and retraction mechanism, and a sliding groove plate. The ratchet is provided with n inner teeth; and m slider groups consisting of the multiple sliders include one base slider group and m1 deflecting slider groups, where the outer teeth of the deflecting slider groups have an angular deflection about a central shaft of the ratchet with respect to the outer teeth of the base slider group, and the angular deflection is (Z+k/m)360/n degrees, and 1km1, and the expansion and retraction mechanism is capable of simultaneously push the multiple sliders to extend in radial directions. The outer teeth of different sliders can simultaneously abut against or be engaged with the inner teeth at different phases, thus achieving the stable securing and stepless adjusting of the ratchet position.
Angular adjustment device for a vehicle seat
A hinge mechanism for a motor vehicle seat allowing angular adjustment of a backrest relative to a seating portion. The hinge mechanism includes first and second hinge plates, a control member moving locking elements and biased to a locking position by first springs, and a drive shaft biased to a first rest position by second springs. The second springs are housed between the first and second hinge plates and are supported on the first plate.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat comprising: a seat cushion; a seat back; an actuator capable of changing an orientation of the seat back laterally by moving a pressure-receiving member and a controller configured to exercise control over the actuator. The controller includes a posture control unit configured to execute, during turning of a vehicle, a seat posture control under which the actuator is caused to move the pressure-receiving member from an initial position to an advanced position to cause the seat back to orient toward a turning direction. The posture control unit is configured to activate, when an execution time of the seat posture control has become equal to or greater than an execution time threshold value, a control under which the actuator is caused to move the pressure-receiving member from the advanced position to an intermediate position to reversely change the orientation of the seat back.
SEAT RECLINING APPARATUS
A seat reclining apparatus includes a base member and a ratchet on a seat cushion and a seatback, respectively or vice versa; a lock member which engages with and disengages from a meshing portion of the ratchet; a lock driver which moves the lock member between the engaged position and the disengaged position; and a meshed-state retainer including an engaging portion provided on the base member, and an engaged portion provided on the lock member. When the lock member in the engaged position moves in a direction different from a direction in which the lock member is guided by the guide portion of the base member, the meshed-state retainer moves the lock member toward the engaged position via engagement of the engaged portion with the engaging portion to retain a meshed state between the lock member and the meshing portion of the ratchet.
Recliner for vehicle seat
A recliner for a vehicle seat includes a first gear having a collar part extending from a center of one surface, a second gear configured to eccentrically engage with the first gear while being internally in contact with the first gear, a ring member coupled to surround the collar part, a socket coupled to surround the ring member, and a pair of wedge cams disposed between the ring member and the second gear and configured to restrain or release the ring member and the second gear.
