Seat recliner for vehicle
Disclosed is a seat recliner for a vehicle, the seat recliner including: a first flange provided with a plurality of guide parts being spaced apart from each other, with guide spaces defined between the guide parts; a plurality of locking gears disposed in the guide spaces of the first flange respectively, configured to slide forward and backward along the guide parts in a radial direction, and provided with external teeth at an outer end of each of the locking gears; and a second flange coupled with the first flange to be rotatable relative thereto, formed in a shape covering the guide parts and the locking gears, and configured to be engaged with the external teeth of the locking gears.
Drive member
A drive member including a motor with a longitudinal axis and with at an actuating end a gear mechanism. A support member carries a displacement rod that is movably mounted on the support member. The motor is with its actuating end connected to the support member. The gear mechanism includes a hinge member allowing pivoting of the displacement rod about a pivot axis that is oriented transversely to the longitudinal axis. The gear mechanism engages with the displacement rod and the support member is hingingly attached to a fixation bracket in a hinge connection that is hingeable about an axis which is oriented transversely to the longitudinal axis. The drive member can be used for the adjustment of the backrest of a rear seat in a motor vehicle.

Method for assembling a linear actuator for a motor vehicle seat
The invention relates to a method for assembling a linear actuator for adjustment of a first seat component of a motor vehicle seat compared to a second seat component of the motor vehicle seat, having the method steps of introducing a first part of the linear actuator in a first alignment into a bearing point of the first seat component, wherein the bearing point is a part of the first seat component or connected to the first seat component, changing the first alignment of the linear actuator to a second alignment and fixing the linear actuator to the second seat component.
Recliner heart having biasing members
A recliner heart includes a first locking plate, a second locking plate, a hub, a pair of wedges, a first biasing member, and a second biasing member. The first locking plate includes first teeth. The second locking plate is rotatable relative to the first locking plate and includes second teeth. The first biasing member is configured to apply a first biasing force to the wedges. The second biasing member is configured to apply a second biasing force to the wedges. The hub is rotatable between a first position in which the first and second biasing forces are applied to the wedges to restrict rotation of the second locking plate relative to the first locking plate, and a second position in which the first biasing force applied to one wedge of the wedges is reduced to allow rotation of the second locking plate relative to the first locking plate.
Vehicle seat
There is provided a vehicle seat that allows detection of forgetting to mount a bracket for centering in a recliner with a limited space along a seat-width direction. One aspect of the present disclosure is a vehicle seat including a recliner mounted to a back frame. The recliner includes a recliner plate, a recliner main body configured to pivot the back frame relative to the recliner plate, a bracket fixed to the recliner plate, and a hinge pin penetrating the recliner main body, the recliner plate, and the bracket. The recliner plate includes a confirmation hole not overlapping the recliner main body. The bracket includes a body portion having a first through hole, and a detection target portion extending from the body portion to the confirmation hole and overlapping the confirmation hole.
ELECTRIC CABLE DRIVING MECHANISM HAVING SELF-RETURN FUNCTION
Provided is an electric cable driving mechanism having a self-return function. The electric cable driving mechanism includes a housing assembly, an electric motor, a three-stage transmission mechanism and a multifunctional nut, the three-stage transmission mechanism includes a coil spring assembly, the electric motor is fixed to the housing assembly, and the three-stage transmission mechanism and the multifunctional nut are mounted in the housing assembly; and the multifunctional nut includes two cable mounting grooves and is in transmission connection to the electric motor by means of the three-stage transmission mechanism. According to the electric cable driving mechanism having a self-return function of the present disclosure, the three-stage transmission mechanism is used, and outputs a larger force compared with two-stage transmission; and a split multifunctional screw rod is easy to mount, such that mounting of a coil spring during assembly is prevented from scratching the screw rod.
Aircraft passenger seat assembly including a backrest tilt apparatus
An aircraft passenger seat has a seat back including a lower portion pivotably mounted to a seat bottom and an upper portion rotatably coupled to the lower portion. The upper portion may rotate in a forward direction relative to the lower portion during articulation of the seat. An inner diaphragm may be positioned between a headrest and a set of side frame members of the upper portion and is rotatably coupled to the upper portion and lower portion to provide support for an upper back and shoulders of a seated passenger. An actuating assembly may coordinate articulation of the lower portion, the upper portion, and the inner diaphragm to permit articulation of the seat between an upright taxi takeoff and landing (TTOL) position and a reclined position and to enable the seated passenger to achieve more ergonomic postures.
SLOUCH SEAT WITH LINK ARM
A vehicle seat includes a seat base and a backrest. A seat base track arrangement has a fixed track and a moveable track that is moveable along the fixed track. The seat base fixed track is connected to a vehicle seat support or fore/aft track to adjust an entire vehicle seat position. The seat base moveable track is connected to the seat base. A backrest track arrangement has a backrest fixed track and a backrest moveable track that is moveable along the backrest fixed track. The backrest fixed track is connected to a vehicle backrest support. A link arm pivotably links the seat base and the backrest. A seat base pivot connection is formed between the link arm and the seat base. A link arm and backrest pivot connection is formed between the link arm and the backrest and the moveable track.
Method of producing seat reclining apparatus
A method of producing a seat reclining apparatus includes connecting one of a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion of a biasing member to associated one of a base member and a lock drive member, with a lock member and the lock drive member supported on the base member, thereby bringing the biasing member to a temporarily held state; mounting the ratchet to the base member so as to cover the biasing member in the temporarily held state; and fixing the other of the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion to the other of the base member and the lock drive member through an opening which is formed in one of the base member and the ratchet, thereby bringing the biasing member to the biasing state from the temporarily held state.
