Vehicle having a folding mid-gate with an integrated seat
A vehicle including a passenger compartment and a cargo area extending from the passenger compartment. The cargo area includes a cargo bed having a support surface. A mid-gate includes a first surface exposed to the passenger compartment and a second surface exposed to the cargo area. The mid-gate is pivotally connected relative to the cargo bed between a first position wherein the mid-gate separates the cargo area from the passenger compartment and a second position wherein the second surface forms part of the support surface.
Locking system for a seat arrangement of a motor vehicle
The present disclosure relates to a locking system for a seat arrangement of a motor vehicle, which seat arrangement has an adjustment component which is adjustable manually into at least one locking position, wherein the locking system has a locking mechanism, and wherein the adjustment component is lockable and releasable in the locking position by means of the locking mechanism, wherein the locking mechanism has an actuation drive by means of which the locking mechanism is releasable in a motorized manner, wherein the locking system has a proximity sensor which is triggerable by a predefined operator control event and wherein, by means of the triggering of the proximity sensor, the adjustment component is releasable in a motorized manner via the actuation drive.
Seat state switching mechanism and seat provided with said seat state switching mechanism
Provided are a seat state switching mechanism which can achieve switching between a walk-in state and a reclining state even with a small number of components, and a seat including the seat state switching mechanism. A seat state switching mechanism is a mechanism which can switch a state of a seatback between a walk-in state and a reclining state, the seat state switching mechanism including: a movable bracket tiltable together with the seatback; a locking member for locking the movable bracket at a predetermined walk-in locking position: and an input member, a first biasing member, and a second biasing member, each composing a releaser, for switching the state of the seatback to the reclining state by releasing a biased state of the locking member in receipt of a reclining operation force.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat is provided. The vehicle seat includes a side frame, a tilt arm, a cushion panel, a receiving surface, and a pad support. The tilt arm extends from a coupling portion coupled to the side frame to a seat front side. The cushion panel is coupled to a front end portion of the tilt arm and support a front end portion of the cushion pad. The receiving surface supports the cushion pad from below. The pad support has a flange that extends downward from both ends in a seat-width axis of the receiving surface. The receiving surface is a substantially strip-shaped continuous surface. The flange is continuous within a range in which the receiving surface is provided.
Reconfigurable seat assembly
A seat assembly for an internal cabin of a vehicle includes a seat cushion, and a backrest pivotally coupled to the seat cushion. The backrest is moveable between a first position and a second position. The first position is configured to allow a passenger to sit on the seat cushion. The second position is configured to allow one or more cargo items to be secured on a rear surface of the backrest.
CONVEYANCE SEAT
A vehicle seat whose state is changeable when a rear load is input to a conveyance includes a rotary member configured to move from an initial position in association with the state change, and a lock pin configured to restrict movement of the rotary member. Where a load on the vehicle seat from an occupant based on the rear load changes according to the occupant's physique, weight, etc., when the load is less than a predetermined value and the rotary member moves from the initial position to reach a first position, the lock pin holds the rotary member at the first position. When the load is equal to or greater than the predetermined value, the rotary member, after having reached the first position, moves toward a second position beyond movement restriction by the lock pin, the second position being apart further from the initial position than the first position.
Convertible cabin attendant seat
A cabin attendant seat comprises a seat element and a backrest. The backrest is movable relative to the seat element between an upright position, wherein a backrest surface of the backrest extends at an angle of approximately 80 to 100 relative to a seat surface of the seat element, and a folded-back position, wherein the backrest surface of the backrest extends substantially co-planar with the seat surface of the seat element.
Sliding seat bottom for a boat
A boat includes a hull having a bow and a transom, a seat support structure, and an aft-facing seat positioned proximate to the transom and at least partially supported by the seat support structure. The aft-facing seat is positioned proximate to the transom and is at least partially supported by the seat support structure. The aft-facing seat includes a seat bottom configured to slide between an inward position and an outward position. When the seat bottom is in the outward position, the seat bottom is aft of its position in the inward position.
