A vehicle mounted chair assembly includes a grille guard that is mountable to a front end of a vehicle. A back rest is integrated into the grille guard such that the back rest extends upwardly in front of the series of members of the grille guard. A chair is pivotally coupled to the back rest. The chair is positionable in a deployed position having the chair lying on a horizontal plane to have an occupant is seated on the chair. Conversely, the chair is positionable in a stored position having the chair resting against the back rest.

A vehicle includes a cabin interior, a floor, and a tailgate at the rear end of the cabin interior, wherein at least a portion of the tailgate pivots between a vertical closed position and a horizontal open position. The vehicle has a first seat track assembly is supported on the floor in the cabin interior, a second seat track assembly supported on the tailgate, and a seat assembly. The seat assembly including a first seat panel, a second seat panel, a bracket that allows the first seat panel and the second seat panel to pivot between a forward facing position and a rearward facing position, and a guide supporting the bracket on one of the first and second seat track assemblies, wherein the seat assembly may slide rearward along the first seat track assembly onto the second seat track assembly when the tailgate is in the open position.

A folding truck bed bench includes: an elongate bench portion hingedly attached along a length of a bed rail of the truck bed such that the elongate bench portion is substantially parallel to the bed rail of the truck bed; one or more foldable supports attached to the elongate bench portion for supporting the elongate bench portion. In a deployed position, the elongate bench portion is substantially parallel to a floor of the truck bed to such that the elongate bench portion provides a support surface. In a stowed position, the elongate bench portion is folded downward such that the elongate bench portion is adjacent a side of the truck bed.

A tailgate seat, including a seat portion to receive buttocks of a user thereon, a back portion movably disposed on at least a portion of the seat portion to receive a back of the user thereon, and a base disposed on at least a portion of the back portion to removably connect to at least a portion of a vehicle.

A motor vehicle is disclosed having at least one transformable rear seat that can be transformed from a forward facing state to a rear facing state by rotation the transformable rear seat about a horizontal transverse pivot axis located at a rear end of the transformable rear seat.

An apparatus for a vehicle comprises a lid for covering an opening of a container and a panel pivotally attached to the lid to enable the panel to pivot between a stowed orientation, in which the panel extends alongside the first face of the lid, and a first deployed orientation, in which the panel extends at a positive angle to the first face of the lid. The apparatus also includes a cushion member and a cushion attachment mechanism attaching the cushion member to the lid. The cushion attachment mechanism is arranged to enable the cushion member to move between a stowed position and a deployed position.

A vehicle loadspace floor comprising a first deployable portion and a second deployable portion, the first and second deployable portions cooperating to form a rearward-facing seat extending through the opening of a loadspace of the vehicle when deployed from the loadspace floor.

A support device for supporting at least one person located on it includes a stiff frame, which comprises a plurality of structural elements and a plurality of supporting elements. Securing means are provided for securing the stiff frame to roof bars of a motor vehicle. A plurality of rotatable arms is provided, each of which is hinged in a specific supporting element and is rotatable from a rest position into an operating position, and vice versa. Locking means are provided for locking the rotatable arms in an operating position. A cloth, on which said at least one person can be supported has connecting means by which it is connectable to the rotatable arms. The direction of longitudinal extension of each supporting element is not parallel to the longitudinal axis of the stiff frame and each rotatable arm is made of two portions inclined with respect to each other.

A seating system for use with a vehicle. The seating system includes: a seat device arranged proximal to a rear edge of the vehicle, arranged to be deployed at least partially beyond the rear edge; and a platform arranged to be moveable between a stowed configuration and a deployed configuration. In the deployed configuration, the platform is arranged to be positioned for use as a footrest by a user seated on the seat device.

A covering for a wall of a vehicle cargo bed includes a first portion structured to be attached to a top portion of the wall, and a second portion rotatably connected to the first portion. The first portion has a first surface, and the second portion has a first surface. The second portion is rotatable between a first orientation in which the second portion first surface resides directly opposite the first portion first surface and faces in a first direction toward the first portion first surface, and a second orientation in which the second portion first surface faces in a second direction opposite the first direction. A shoulder extends from an edge of the second portion at an angle with respect to the second portion first surface.
