A seat back includes: a top-surface seat cover disposed on the top surface; a top-surface cushion pad arranged on a back side of the top-surface seat cover; a contact-surface seat cover disposed on the contact surface; a contact-surface cushion pad arranged on a back side of the contact-surface seat cover and under the top-surface cushion pad; and an airbag having adjustable internal air volume, wherein a lower end portion of the top-surface seat cover is fixed to a first anchorage within the seat back, while covering a lower surface of the top-surface cushion pad, and an upper end portion of the contact-surface seat cover is fixed to a second anchorage within the seat back, while covering an upper surface of the contact-surface cushion pad.

A seat back (2) has a pad (4) with a side surface covered by a trim cover (5) and a rear surface covered by a back board (6). A back board attachment structure has a folding portion (5a1) with a trim back surface edge portion (5a) folded back to a pad side. A fastener (7a) includes an element (7a2) attached to the folding portion (5a1) to face the pad side. An edge portion (6a) of a folding portion (6a1) of the back board (6), to be the backrest surface side, is folded back to the pad side. A fastener (7b) includes an element (7b2) attached to the folding portion (6a1) to face the pad side. The fasteners (7a and 7b) are engageable in a state with the trim cover provided from the backrest surface side and the back board provided from the back surface side, with respect to the pad.

A vehicle seat including: a seat pad made of foamed resin; and a seat cover being integral with the seat pad, wherein a seating surface of the seat pad includes a seating part and a bank part, wherein a portion of the seat cover covering a seat inner side portion of the bank part includes a seat cover main part and a planar reinforcing member arranged on a back side of the seat cover main part, wherein the reinforcing member is configured by a material bendable and deformable towards a seat pad side and includes a general section and a flexible section which can be more easily bent towards the seat pad side than the general section, and wherein a portion of the reinforcing member covering a peak side of the bank part is configured by the flexible section.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat provided with beads which bend easily in two dimensions in the plane in which outlet seam sections extend, are durable, and do not readily impart a sense of incongruity to people. This vehicle seat is provided with seat covers (2A, 3A, 4A) which cover the surface of a seat (1). The seat covers (2A, 3A, 4A) are provided with: a plurality of skin members (2A1-4A2); and beads (5A-5G) with which the plurality of skin members (2A1-4A2) are sewn together. The beads (5A-5G) are each formed from: a protrusion; and outlet seam sections which are provided to both sides of the protrusion, and which sew together the skin members (2A1-4A2). The beads (5A-5G) are formed from a woven fabric obtained by weaving fibers.

A headrest comprising a mounting frame on a backrest of a seat, a mounting structure for a loudspeaker, the structure being associated in the upper portion of the frame, the loudspeaker associated with the structure, a block of elastically compressible padding material covering the structure, the block being provided with a conduit configured to allow the sound emitted by the loudspeaker to propagate, a covering cover fitted over the block, the cover being provided with an orifice positioned facing the conduit, a grating for covering the orifice, the grating comprising a peripheral overhang covering a peripheral strip of the cover extending at the periphery of the orifice, a thickness of the padding material extending in alignment with the strip, the headrest further comprising a washer configured to stiffen the strip, the washer having an internal periphery of geometry analogous to that of the orifice, the overhang extending facing the washer.

Provided is an inexpensive fixing structure for a surface skin, an operation by which is simple. A fixing structure for a surface skin, the fixing structure being used for fixing to a core 17 a surface skin 14 having an opening 22, wherein the surface skin 14 in at least the portion in which the opening 22 is formed is formed of a soft material, the opening 22 is formed by an edge part 14c of the surface skin 14, a groove 20 is formed in the core 17, and the surface skin 14 is fixed to the core 17 by the edge part 14c of the surface skin 14 being inserted into the groove 20. Since the surface skin 14 is fixed to the core 17 merely by inserting the edge part 14c of the surface skin 14 into the groove 20 in the core 17, a simple operation is realized. Since there is no need to provide the edge part 14c of the surface skin 14 with an attachment device, the fixing structure for the surface skin 14 is inexpensive.

A seat device includes a cushion portion configured to elastically support a seated person, and a seat frame configured to support the cushion portion. The cushion portion includes a plurality of divided cushions divided in a seat width direction. Each of the plurality of divided cushions includes a seat pad, and a seat cover individually covering the seat pad. A divided surface between the divided cushions adjacent to each other includes a first divided surface extending from a seat front side toward a seat back side, and a second divided surface that is bent from a seat back side extending tip of the first divided surface in a direction different from a direction in which the first divided surface extends and extends toward the seat back side.

A trim cover for covering a pad, includes a hook and a skin, wherein: the hook includes: a base portion to which a first end portion of the skin is fixed; and a lock portion that is connected to the base portion and into which a second end portion of the skin is inserted; the first end portion includes: a fixed portion that is fixed to the base portion to be overlapped with a front surface of the base portion; and a folded portion that is folded toward a rear surface of the base portion along an edge of the base portion on a side opposite to the lock portion; and both side portions of the folded portion are arranged to protrude toward the lock portion and arranged to be overlapped with the lock portion and protrude to the outside in the width direction from the lock portion.

A cover material for a vehicle seat sheet is provided. The cover material for a vehicle seat sheet includes a first fabric, a second fabric, and a decorative piping member. The decorative piping member includes an approximately rectangular seam margin part, a tubular part connected to a widthwise end part of the seam margin part, and a core part arranged in the tubular part in an inserted state. The decorative piping member includes a warp and a weft that both form the tubular part and the seam margin part, and an insertion thread that forms the core part. These are integrally woven with a loom. The seam margin part of the decorative piping member is sandwiched by and between an end part of the first fabric and an end part of the second fabric, and these parts are sewed together in a mutually overlapped state.
