SEAT BACK FRAME FOR VEHICLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A seat back frame for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a frame body consisting of a thermoplastic fiber reinforced composite material; a reinforcing agent joined to the inside of the frame body; and a cover sheet joined to the outside of the frame body. According to the present invention, the frame is lightweight while maintaining rigidity and strength like a steel frame, and a cover sheet is joined thereto, thereby enabling a board which is further joined to the seat back frame to be omitted, which leads to the achievement of a slimmed and fabric-integrated seat back frame for a vehicle. Also, a cover sheet is joined to a body frame by using a vacuum adsorption scheme, which leads to the achievement of a method for manufacturing a seat back frame for a vehicle having improved joining force and increased merchantability.
Vehicle seat back
A seat back for a vehicle seat comprising a panel (4) and a frame structure (6, 8, 10), the frame structure being formed of two metal tubes (6, 8) having first ends joined together by a crossmember ((10) and second ends joined together by a first member to form a tapering framework which is wide at the bottom of the seat back and narrow at the top of the seat back, wherein there is no cross-bracing of the frame between the top and bottom of the seat back. The framework is mounted to the panel such that in use the second ends are positioned near the lower portion of the seat back and the first ends are positioned towards the upper portion of the seat back.
Vehicle Seat
There is provided a vehicle seat including: a seat back frame standing from a seat rear end side of a seat cushion, a left and right pair of cushion frames, the seat back frame being supported to be tiltable in a seat front-and-rear direction, and the seat back frame structuring a framework of a seat back; and a seat back panel that is provided at the seat rear side of the seat back frame, an upper frame structuring an upper end portion at the seat rear side of the seat back frame, an upper end portion of the seat back panel being disposed at the seat upper side relative to the upper frame, and the seat back panel displacing toward the seat lower side when an impact load is applied from the upper side of the seat back.
Vehicle seating system
A seating system for a vehicle having a vehicle body includes a seat bottom and a seat back. The seat bottom includes first and second attachments to the vehicle body, where the first attachment has a locked position for securing the seat bottom to the vehicle body and an unlocked position for facilitating detachment of the seat bottom from the vehicle body. The seat bottom is slidingly attachable to and detachable from the vehicle body at the second attachment when the first attachment is in the unlocked position. The seat back pivotably connected to and slidingly attachable to and detachable from the seat bottom.
Seat mounted adjustable lateral headrest
An adjustable headrest assembly for use with a passenger seat of an aircraft, a seat assembly that includes the headrest assembly, and related methods. The headrest assembly provides lateral support for a passenger's head, and includes a seatback mounted rail, and a headrest that slides along the rail so that the vertical position of the headrest can be adjusted. The headrest assembly also includes a locking mechanism so that the headrest can be releasably locked in a desired vertical position along the rail.
All-terrain vehicle and its seat installation structure
The invention provides a type of all-terrain vehicle seat installation structure; it includes the cab frame and the seat backrest arranged on the frame; the back mounting side of the seat backrest includes the first mounting part and the second mounting part arranged up and down respectively. The first mounting part includes the upper support frame located at the upper end of the frame; the installation hole is arranged on the upper support frame; the installation pin inserted into the installation hole is extended out of the seat backrest. The second mounting part includes the lower support frame located at the lower end of the frame; the lower end of the seat backrest is provided with the installation buckle mounted on the lower support frame. The top of the seat backrest is limited by the installation pin being inserted into the installation hole; the seat backrest is supported by the bottom installation buckle; the top of the seat backrest is limited by the inserting installation structure of the installation pin and the installation hole to avoid the seat backrest moving up and down on the frame, so the stability of the seat installation structure of the all-terrain vehicle is improved. The invention also provides a type of all-terrain vehicle provided with the seat installation structure of the all-terrain vehicle as described above.
Child safety seat
The invention relates to a child safety seat for fastening to a vehicle seat, said child safety seat having a seat element, a backrest element, a first side element with a first inflatable air chamber, and a second side element with a second inflatable air chamber. The first side element is connected to a first longitudinal edge of the backrest element and a first longitudinal edge of the seat element, and the second side element is connected to a second longitudinal edge of the backrest element and a second longitudinal edge of the seat element. A first tensile element is connected to the first longitudinal edge of the backrest element and the first longitudinal edge of the seat element, and a second tensile element is connected to the second longitudinal edge of the backrest element and the second longitudinal edge of the seat element.
Seat beam clamp
A beam clamp (124) for a passenger seat includes a keyhole (126) configured to flex outwardly from an un-flexed position to a flexed position. The diameter of the keyhole in the un-flexed position is less than the diameter of the keyhole in the flexed position. A method of assembling the passenger seat includes assembling a seat base and connecting a seat back to the seat base. Assembling the seat base includes flexing the keyhole of the beam clamp outwards from the un-flexed position to the flexed position and inserting a support beam within the keyhole in the flexed position.
Dismountable seat
A dismountable seat assembly for attaching to an anchoring component of a vehicle includes an individual back hingeably attached to an individual seat, an attaching component and an emergency connecting component. The emergency connecting component connects at least a part of the individual seat which is attached to the individual back to the attaching component in a detachable way, so that the individual back and the at least part of the individual seat attached to the individual back are detachable together from the attaching component.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat in which a net structure may be attached easily to a frame while ensuring rigidity of the seatback frame. In the vehicle seat, a net structure is drawn within a seat frame. The seat frame includes: a net frame in which the net structure is drawn, a receiving frame formed integrally with the seat frame, and a fastening mechanism that fastens the net frame to the receiving frame.
