CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A MOTOR-DISPLACEABLE CARGO COMPARTMENT DEVICE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
The invention disclosure relates to a control system for a motor-displaceable cargo compartment device of a motor vehicle, wherein the cargo compartment device comprises a motor-displaceable closure element, wherein an operator occurrence sensor is provided, wherein a control arrangement monitors the operator occurrence sensor to determine whether a predetermined operator occurrence exists and, upon detection of such a predetermined operator occurrence, displaces the cargo compartment device with the aid of a motor, wherein the control arrangement displaces the closure element in the opening direction with the aid of a motor upon detection of a primary operator occurrence via the operator occurrence sensor. Further the cargo compartment device comprises at least one motor-displaceable cargo compartment component and the control arrangement displaces at least one such cargo compartment component with the aid of a motor upon detection, via the operator occurrence sensor, of a secondary operator occurrence following the primary operator occurrence.
Center armrest lock
A locking assembly for a vehicle armrest includes a pivoting catch member disposed below an armrest body and a catch wire disposed on a seat back frame member. A retractable stop pin maintains engagement of the pivoting catch member and the catch wire. A release is operatively connected to the retractable stop pin, which may be urged into engagement with the pivoting catch member by a spring. Armrest and seat assemblies including the locking assembly are provided.
OPERABLE TRAY TABLES FOR A VEHICULAR ARMREST
A vehicle includes an armrest rotationally operable between upright and downward positions. Stowable tray tables are slidable within the armrest between a stowed position within the armrest and a ready position extended from the armrest. In the ready position, each stowable tray table is selectively pivotable to a table position proximate a respective seating position.
Armrest Release System
A vehicle armrest includes an armrest base. The armrest base includes a pivot axle that extends along a pivot axis. The armrest base also includes a release mechanism that includes a pair of latch extensions supported on the armrest base for relative movement along a latch axis that is substantially parallel to the pivot axis. A latch spring biases the latch extensions apart from each other. A release handle is mounted on the armrest base for relative movement in a handle release direction. A pinion is mounted on the armrest base for relative rotational movement. Movement of the release handle in the release direction causes rotation of the pinion relative to the armrest base. And rotation of the pinion relative to the armrest base causes the latch extensions to move along the latch axis toward one another.
Armrest Release System
A vehicle armrest includes an armrest base having a pivot axle that extends along a pivot axis. The armrest also includes a release mechanism that includes a pair of latch extensions that are supported on the armrest base for relative movement along a latch axis. The latch axis is substantially parallel to the pivot axis. The release mechanism also includes a latch spring that biases the latch extensions apart from each other.
ANTI-RATTLE BUMPER FOR VEHICLE ARMREST ASSEMBLY
A bumper for a vehicle armrest assembly includes a base that extends from a first end to a second end. The base includes a front surface. The bumper includes a stop that extends from the front surface of the base. The bumper also includes a cushion that extends from the front surface of the base. The cushion extends a greater distance from the base than the stop does.
PIVOTABLE REST ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
A pivotable rest arrangement for a vehicle interior, and method for producing the rest arrangement. The rest arrangement has a rest body with a cover and a receptacle for a housing shell which is configured for holding at least one drinking vessel, the housing shell having an encircling collar. The collar in the mounted state covers the cover in the region of an edge of the receptacle, and the collar is connected to the cover in a form-fitting, integrally bonded or force-fitting manner.
ARMREST FOR VEHICLE SEAT
An armrest for a vehicle seat can inhibit liquid droplets formed due to condensation from entering inside of the armrest when cup holders are tilted. The armrest comprises a cup holder portion, a wall-like first blocking portion, and a wall-like second blocking portion. The first blocking portion is provided toward a pivot center line relative to the cup holder portion, extends parallel to the pivot center line, and projects upwardly when the armrest is in the stored position. The second blocking portion extends in a vicinity of a root of the first blocking portion parallel to extending directions of the first blocking portion to be interposed between the cup holder portion and the pivot center line. The second blocking portion comprises at least one first through hole that penetrates the second blocking portion for communication from the cup holder portion toward the pivot center line.
Vehicle seat
An increase in the lateral dimension of a vehicle seat equipped with a tip up lock cancel mechanism is prevented. In a vehicle seat equipped with a tip up mechanism for retaining the seat cushion at least in a tip up position and a tip up lock cancel mechanism for releasing the seat cushion from a retained condition effected by the tip up mechanism in response to a forward tilting movement of the seat back, the tip up lock cancel mechanism includes a cable encasing member having one end fixed to the seat cushion and another end fixed to a back side frame via a fixing part, and a cable slidably received in the cable encasing member and having one end connected to the tip up mechanism and another end connected to a seat base, the fixing part for fixing the cable encasing member to the back side frame being located on an inner side of the back side frame.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat including a seat back including a back pad and a back cover, wherein the back pad has a recess portion opened forward, through holes penetrating in a front-and-rear direction are provided in an outer peripheral edge portion of a rear wall portion of the recess portion, and a board is mounted on a rear wall portion side of the back cover which covers the rear wall portion, wherein at least one protrusion portion extending toward an outer side in an in-plane direction of the rear wall portion is provided on a part of the board, and wherein the back cover covers an inner surface of the recess portion, and the at least one protrusion portion inserted into at least one of the through holes is engaged and mounted on a back surface portion of the back pad on an opposite side of the rear wall portion.
