Vehicle seating arrangement
A vehicle seating arrangement includes a first seat and a first seatback. A side-wing seat extends from the first seat. A surface of the side-wing seat is vertically displaced from a surface of the first seat.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat (100, 200), transferable from a use position into a non-use position, includes a seat part (120, 220), a backrest (110, 210), and a base (140, 240). A front rocker (160, 260) is articulated via a first joint (I) on the base/adapter (150, 250) fixed to the base, and is articulated via a second joint (II) on the seat part with limited displaceability. A rear rocker (170, 270) is articulated via a third joint (III) on the base/adapter fixed to the base and is articulated via a fourth joint (IV) on the seat part. A locking device (162, 262) locks the first joint, the second joint or the fourth joint to lock the front rocker about the first joint. A fifth joint (V) pivotably connects the backrest to the rear rocker. A pivoting movement of the backrest about the fifth joint can be locked.
ARMREST
Armrest (10) comprising a base (19) and an arm (13) that can be moved by a mount (17) between at least one use position and a non-use position, wherein the arm (13) is movable by the mount (17) axially of a pivot axis (a) between a proximal and a distal position, and is pivotable about the pivot axis (a) between a primary and a secondary position, wherein the armrest (10) has an actuator (30) comprising a motor drive having a drive part (29) that is movable between a first and a second position in order to displace the arm (13) in a first direction (y.sub.1) between the non-use position and the use position, at least in part, wherein the actuator (30) has at least one spring (21) that can be tensioned upon movement of the drive part (29) or an additional drive part (29) of the actuator (30), wherein the arm (13) can be moved axially, in a second direction (y.sub.2) by the spring (21), which second direction is directed opposite the first direction (y.sub.1).
TRIM ELEMENT COMPRISING A DOUBLE SIDED FUNCTIONAL ELEMENT
A trim element having a functional element that includes a first outer surface and a second outer surface, opposite the first outer surface along a thickness direction of the functional element, the first outer surface having at least one display and/or control device relative to at least one function of the vehicle. The second outer surface includes a holder device for a nomadic electronic apparatus on the second outer surface.
Operation knob device for armrest
A operation knob device (10) for an armrest, that is configured to unlock the armrest and moves the armrest to a useable state, includes: a knob min body (30) having an operation knob (32); and an inner case (50) disposed around the knob main body (30) and configured to expose the operation knob (32) from a first opening (55). The inner case (50) includes a plurality of case protrusions (60) that protrude from a lower region (54a) of a lower edge of the first opening (55) toward the knob main body (30). The knob main body (30) includes a plurality of main body protrusions (40) that protrude toward the lower region (54a) of the inner case (50). The plurality of case protrusions (60) and the plurality of main body protrusions (40) are alternately disposed when viewed in a +Z direction.
REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE FOR SEAT BACK FRAME
A reinforcement structure for a seat back frame includes a panel material; and a frame material joined to the panel material. The frame material is formed as a hat-type frame material including a web portion which is formed as a substantial U shape from a cross-sectional view and which forms a closed cross-sectional shape with the panel material, and a flange which is formed as one with the web portion and which is also joined to the panel material. A bead is formed in the panel material in a position opposing to the frame material.
Control system for a motor-displaceable cargo compartment device of a motor vehicle
A control system for a motor-displaceable cargo compartment device of a motor vehicle, wherein the cargo compartment device comprises a motor-displaceable closure element, wherein an operator occurrence sensor is provided, wherein a control arrangement monitors the operator occurrence sensor to determine whether a predetermined operator occurrence exists and, upon detection of such a predetermined operator occurrence, displaces the cargo compartment device with the aid of a motor, wherein the control arrangement displaces the closure element in the opening direction with the aid of a motor upon detection of a primary operator occurrence via the operator occurrence sensor. Further the cargo compartment device comprises at least one motor-displaceable cargo compartment component and the control arrangement displaces at least one such cargo compartment component with the aid of a motor upon detection, via the operator occurrence sensor, of a secondary operator occurrence following the primary operator occurrence.
Deployable armrest
An armrest includes a gear assembly with a crown gear directly coupled to the armrest that imparts rotational motion to the armrest, a planetary gear engaged with the crown gear, and a pinion gear coupled to the crown gear that imparts vertical motion of the entire gear assembly, and the armrest, along a rack.
MOTORIZED SEAT
A motorized seat that may be used in various marine applications to help improve adjustability and user comfort. In one implementation, a left armrest motor, a right armrest motor, and a footrest motor are selectively controllable and configured to move the left armrest between a left armrest stowed position and a left armrest lowered position, the right armrest between a right armrest stowed position and a right armrest lowered position, and the footrest between a footrest stowed position and a footrest lowered position.
Lock for pivoting member in vehicle with push button release
A lock for a pivoting member in a vehicle comprising: a button having a depressed position and an undepressed position; a cam abutting the button having a rotated position and an un-rotated position; and a rod operably connected to the cam having an extended position and a retracted position; wherein, when the button is in the depressed position, the cam is in the rotated position, and the rod is in the retracted position. The pivoting member can be an armrest or a seatback, among other things. The rod includes a first grooved section. The cam includes a first finger adjacent to the first grooved section. As the cam transitions from the un-rotated position to the rotated position, the first finger of the cam interacts with the first grooved section of the rod to cause the rod to transition from the extended position to the retracted position.
